Creating Space for the New

October will serve as an excellent time to simplify our lives, creating the space for us to receive new blessings and positive experiences.

Throughout our lives, most of us accumulate an abundance of material “things” that tend to take up a lot of space in our physical environment.

If a natural in-flow and out-flow isn’t occurring, we can form attachments to these material things. The heaviness of those attachments can constrict and weigh down our energies, which can lead us to identify with limiting beliefs. We may then create habits that weigh us down even further, impacting our emotional and mental well-being.

This can lead to us experiencing ongoing patterns of being triggered often, going into fear and worry, believing nothing is working in our favor, and feeling we are in lack, especially in our finances.

Other issues can then follow, including low self-esteem, self-sabotage, jealousy, being in judgment of ourselves and others, and other repeating challenges that can hold us back even more....+@
