Bishop you're absolutely right. The high ups on all sides have been going through "heart attacks" and I'm not falling for it either. My guess is the technology for hidden anti-plague urethral implants to protect them from plague attacks isn't working too well, and they're shattering inside them. Or it could be psychic assassins, that sounds just as likely to me.
