Q: Why is it so hard to stay in the moment? This is a game, why did we make it so hard, nearly impossible for us?

P’taah: Oh it does not need to be hard! It does not need to be a struggle at all! Being in the now is simply paying attention, and being aware of where your thoughts go – you are the one in control after all!

So when you find yourself looking to a future which is perhaps fearful, or perhaps the uncertainty make you fearful, then indeed bring it back to now. You create your future from now – your past has gone, your past has brought you to this now, you see?

And when you are, indeed, at peace in the now, when you are in the joy of the now, when you are paying attention in the now, you may say thank you for all of the gifts, for everything that has brought you to this moment, to this now.

And when you give forth the thanks, you know, you are in your now. You are in the abundance of now when you say your thank-yous – no past and no future – and from that moment you create your next step forward, so to speak. So keep it simple Beloved Ones, eh?
