CAN ANYONE WORK OUT WHAT THIS LATEST CROPCIRCLE MEANS?

This cropcircle is in oil seed rape adjacent to the Wilton Windmill www.wiltshiretouristguide.com. It is approx: 200 ft in diameter. It has 12 segments, each 30 degrees, lines within segments add up to either 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11

This definitely represents some sort of communication, whether it be in binary, maths or music. It certainly resemble a computer disc? If it were rotated on a disc drive what would be communicated? Any explanation most welcome as I believe this is important.

I read them the wrong way around. Someone not quite as scatter brained as me has already got the binary right (I read 0 for 1 and vice versa) and has the results posted in the other thread. Still not convinced this is all there is to it.

Translitered this into binary, regarding the formation as a radius of strings rather than a collection of segments. The total digits thus obtained is the same, but it eliminates the problem of how to interpret the 'double line'. I chose to start with the line pointing towards the windmill and work my way from there clockwise. Used the first line as a checksum, assuming it always means '1' to avoid ambiguity as to up/down for 1/0. This is my result:
