BLOG HOGS AND CENSORSHIP

What is going on lately with a certain member clogging the blog posts with so many things that other member's blogs dont even stay on the first page for more than a few hours? This is SELFISHNESS at its best. Not only selfishness, but this particular blogger doesnt like when you same something contrary to his posts so he deletes them. Is this the new disinfo? Is this the new communist blogger? I have been on SOE for a while and I dont think its cool AT ALL to delete or censor what people have to say. Unless of course ssomeone is being down right cruel. Freedom of speech is being attacked all over this world, we dont need it on this site. If you are not open to people's remarks, DONT POST!!!!!!!  It was nice to go on the blogs about a month ago when there were several members reporting on different items. Now I have to scroll through half of a page of large pictures and the other half of someone's info that is not even reporting on relevant items of the week. Then I have to go through 3 previous pages of that just to get to a post I saw on here yesterday. WHAT IS UP WITH THIS?????  Stop the BLOG HOGGING SELFISHNESS and STOP THE CENSORSHIP!!!!!  This is bullshit!!!!!  Feel free to comment for or against what I am saying. Unlike others who dont like comments to the contrary, I accept all. Thank you.

TONY, I understand there is not a shut off switch for how many blogs one can post an hour, but this is just pushing the line of selfish not to allow others to have the front page for a minute.  I dont blog that much but I cant even fathom the thought of loading someone's blog page with all MY stuff. And judging by the comments on here and Kalima's repeat of this, I wasnt the only one bothered. Thank you for keeping an eye on things, but we are trying to resolve this without getting you involved, i am sure you have better things to do with your time ;-)

Besides I was referring to the posts of Dr Lamar, gone  posts about comments, and now this with starseed Claude ... yeah something is bothering him... maybe he has gone a little outside himself and has a hard way back,  so much for existing in this reality, when your head is already up there in the fifth dimension...  We Love You Sweet Soul Starseed Claude , don't stand above yourself for it is your only true survive before we All get hit ~*L*~

I completely get you Nonya! I'm getting annoyed with this as well. To be honest with you I didn't have time to read his blogs, but I do think he should limit himself to give a chance to others. Maybe we could suggest he creates a group and post most of his blogs there?

NING does not (as far as i can discover) have an option where the number of blogs posted can be limited to a daily quota. Nor is there an option for turning off a members ability to censor posts in their own blog/forum post.



Only the following can be done

- turn off blog and forum posts forcing everyone to subscribe to groups

- manually delete multiple posts (not a preferred option as this screams potential censoring)

- remove members from the site following a set number of complaints

- hope members listen to each other and resolve the matter



I will monitor as much as possible the coming days to follow reactions and then maybe take matters into my own hands



p.s. I believe forum posts and blogs have the option to be informed when an update is made, this way you can track threads via your email. Just an option worth considering.

I had the same ... couldn't find back an answers I had given, but then afterwards it seems that the person removed all his blog post, you know that kind of guys, the sorry ones when they publicate something that after answers been given. they change their attitutde, hè hè (^L^)
