Here is Bashar (Darryl Anka) sharing what it means to either choose happiness or sorrow, and how you directly influence your experience.
I found the animation that you'll see here, on YouTube from Vancouver Film School made by Michael Lewicki. I thought it would work perfectly with what you'll hear, so I combined it with Bashar and a great tune by Ulrich Schnauss. Somehow things magically sync well in these videos, but who knows, I could be attracting it. Haha, All the best...IB
