I had to watch the video twice in order to realize that this 'ring' is rising. It rises so slow, you don't notice it unless you watch a second time. It just seems like midwest architecture, midwest wildlife sounds and Queen playing in the background at the beginning makes me think this is not the mountainous, distinct architecture of the Chile I know.
