As you are stepping out into nature, you can benefit from these energies. 

We invite you to take conscious walks into nature, wherever it  is available to you and to take in the light that is beaming from every tree, flower, bush, grass and animal life.

As you are on such a walk, become still and become aware of the grandeur of God in every living thing.
