I awoke this morning and the way the clouds were cast in the sky it looked like it was the afternoon. It was really trippy. It messed with my brain because I had just woken up and I am always in tune with the light of the sun and what it looks and feels like.

A deeper inquiry tells me that things are going to start feeling different. A new cycle. A shift in perspective. A new focal point. I received an intense download the other night.

As I have mentioned before when I do I feel flooded with so much information in the moment it’s too much to get out. I have to acclimate to the energy or I can’t seem to put things into words.

I was in deep integration yesterday. The back muscles and spinal channel are purifying and clearing out. I’m definitely still feeling remnants of the energy moving today but it’s a bit more bearable than it was.

When you are anchoring light it can certainly take a toll on the physical body but just remembering that it is temporary seems to ease the overall process. I like to “think” of the experience as an energetic upgrade...+
