A bit like The Fall of Rome, but less adroit. Step One: US President Barack Obama uses White House Executive Privilege, the US Supreme Court, US Treasury and US Federal Reserve to steal $400 billion of TARP Stimulus Funds which belong to the US taxpayer. Step Two: US President Barack Obama hides the stolen American money in one hundred and thirty five named slush fund accounts in Europe. Five of these accounts are used to bribe five different World Court Judges, including the World Court President, Hisashi Owada, of Japan. Step Three: The theft is discovered, the slush fund accounts are closed and the identities of the one hundred and thirty five bought-and-paid for conspirators are circulated internationally. Step Four: Have a cosmetic row with Israel to cover the scam.
US President Barack Obama is heard to say at a meeting: "The (World Court) Judges have been bought and paid for and will do exactly as instructed". The World Court President, Hisashi Owada, states that no one on the planet can overrule him and he will not release the names of the one hundred and thirty five slushpuppies. So somebody else does.
