Recently I have found my perception both externally and internally have changed dramatically. The world appears more and more as waveform or lines of energy. If I meditate outside I see many moving geometric patterns and eventually small points of spiralling white dots of energy. If I close my eyes I see a bright green or white light which is orb like. This can be focused with practise into a brighter smaller orb.
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this phenomena ??

I hope you're having a great day! Normally I send friend requests, but for some reason on this site my Add as Friend link is not working. I have had trouble sleeping for quite a while now and I am always awake very early 2am - 4am however I am not seeing orbs of any colours but I am getting strong premonitions and strong dejavu lately.
