The great West

This oil painting was inspired when I was flying back from a schooltrip from Las Vegas to Brussel. At one point we flew over a vast red plane were here and there a cloud casted shadow on the ground. I drew this image quickly in pencil, down in my notebook. Back in school I painted this work on a wooden board and is in width 1m50 and 1m tall
