Hello Dear Friend. This is the second of the basic meditation to help understand the flow. Some have hard time feeling the energy so sometimes what my people do to help is to perform water meditation. This is meditation when in water. I suggest doing this in bathtub only half full so you do not drown if you fall asleep or go into trance state. Perform same steps as meditation mentioned before but keeps hands in water and try to feel the flow around you and in the water. You can try adding salt to the water to help as well. Much love to you.
