This last thing could be like an Ego`s Agenda but i`m referring to the inanimated and abstract goals like Buying a new car, situations like Looking for a new job. Things like that.

Always very important too is to have an open mind. Try something new ! , you don`t know what lies next to you. Keep the options and analize them all until you make sure what is better for you, what is best you resonated with.

About Doing joggin i forgot tell you, first 3 months start walking as some people could be in oxide state........;).......anyway after 3 months done you can start first doing some warming just walking ant then start jogging. for example, you can do 200 meters and then walk again.....and then 200 meters and then walk again......an so on.

As you gain more resistance with time increase distance...but always making a pause....and the jogging again. So start strengten those oxidate muscles! ;)

Hi everyone....:).......another tip to get you feel better is to spill much water for several minutes around all your neck, because this is a zone that acumulate much tension. Hope this serve for you.

Also i have noticed that music that have women singers in their songs are better for listening. I think has to be because we are in age of divine femenine energies.
