Richard, wow, thanks, that explains a lot - they keep talking in the different videos about touching the idiogram but they didn't explain that part. So if you don't mind, you close your eyes, draw a quick idiogram, then open your eyes and touch the idiogram to experience the sensory perceptions? I really appreciate your help. thanks, alan

I have used the voyager training and the biggest difference I see in your tactic is that after your idiogram you need to use your pen to experience even once it is drawn.

This probing of the idogram to experience feelings, taste, smell is where i get my information.

Also the 8 digit random number to identify the target is important so that you can come back to the same target.

So overall you get the feeling, get the idiogram, and then probe the idiogram again to keep reexperiencing the whole enviornment and gathering more information. You actually probe and push down on the paper and feel through the pen.

hello all - RV has fascinated me for several years but it was only a month or so that I learned it's something everyone can do to some extent. As I work on the Gold Standard course I have hit four out of five targets. The problem I hope ssomeone can help me with is - I've been closing my eyes to get the information but I am only getting some of it. After a brief meditation I begin closing my eyes, then opening and drawing what I saw (idiogram) but I don't pick up any other data such as smell, textures, etc. Am I doing it right or should my eyes be open all the time during the RV process? Thank you for any help.
