The Moon phase shows the moon still only at 1%. This means that even if it is visible, you might only glimpse the very right side. At this stage of the moon phase, it isn't conclusive yet to say that its gone!

ive never known the moon to not be visible for 2 weeks before?

At the moment, we are still in the middle of not really being able to see it by normal means of the cycle.
In a week it should be a half moon.
It should be visible as a crescent moon in 2-3 days.

As always, keep an eye on the sky. in this case, no matter which way it goes, we will have our answer in a few days.

Just don't get hopes up, cos its too early right now.

i will admit that it is odd that all of you are saying that it hasn't been seen for a week.

If it has gone, should we not feel the physical change here on earth? Surly a change in tides would be noticed? unless 'they' have a means of keeping tides normal and whatever else related normal too? i don't know, but anyhow, lets wait and see.

We are in what is called the Dark Moon.. The Moon lies between the earth and the sun. Because the sunlit side is away from the earth, the moon is invisible to us.

best view of the moon right now is from the south pacific areas, australia, new zealand, new guinea, philippians etc. if it's visible at all considering it's about 10 in the am there.

I reckon if it is the case of our moon being replaced that who ever's replacing it would have the technological means to keep the rythym of the planet to a safe degree. oops... did I say that? lol

Well it would fit into the picture well. So it doesn't matter if they took the moon or not or rearranged it's frequencies because if the original is here they'll say it's new or a halogram anyway lol and we'll just keep on tickin' along like before. Except there'll be a new distraction for people to concern themselves about and that's to prove whether the moon is the moon or if it's a brand spankin new moon... not as in the phase, but fresh off the shelf. Oooh a new occupation... or entrapment so to speak.

So I've come to the conclusion with the illusion.

lol... thx I try... I have clouds :( but I'm way up in the northern hemisphere, completely on the opposite side of the earth where the moon isn't lol. But I'd love to see how Jupiter & Venus are coming along none the less.

Yeah i wish that site that HR posted showed the 25th and 26th viewing area. Clinton should be able to see it tonight and most of the world tomorrow. We'll see.

You know one thing though is, has anybody ever notice how people and animals get a little more crazy during the full moon. Let's see if there's any mood change.
