Where did you find the best information on meditation?

Even since an early age i've liked meditation and have always felt a call to do it but it took me a while to find good meditation techniques,

There are many meditatioons on the power meditiation page and explanations about them on the surrounding links

I felt a little scared reading through the site first as it is about satanism but the meditation techniques are second to none.
