wow nice! probable is a pyramid, the angle looks right!
There are pyramids all over the world, and the biggest aint in Egypt :D
Get up there Jim4Hope and start digging !
Jim, I say the possibility is high. Just looking from the photo, when I zoomed in, the angles on each side look close to the same angle of declination. The photo looks as it was taken from a location that was not directly in front of the structure. That would compensate for the angles being slightly off in the photo. I'm a carpenter, I know when something is not level and I know angles. Also, it looks as if it has five faces like the mars pyramid. There is a mound near here in Natchez called Emerald Mound. I've been there a couple times lately. It has five sides but flat on top. It 35 feet high and covers eight acres. http://www.nps.gov/natr/images/EmeraldMound-285wide.jpg

I looked up Natches Peak and wow, some beautiful country up there. http://travel.webshots.com/photo/1017807680026823110jAWzsjPhoE?vhos...

Emerald Mound if just off the Natchez Trace Parkway. We pass by there when ever we take the kids to their dad's in Natchez. I just have to stop by there every time we go. http://s621.photobucket.com/albums/tt296/simppleman/Emerald%20Mound...

There are two secondary mounds on to of the main mound. The larger on the west end and the smaler on the east end. I think ther is a chamber in the mound on the west wend.
