The Company of Heaven has revealed that in 2015 the monumental influx of Light and the powerful Celestial alignments Humanity has experienced, so far, have raised the vibratory rate of the collective energy, vibration, and consciousness of Humanity en masse. This has occurred in a way that is now providing opportunities for change and quantum leaps forward in the Light beyond anything we have ever experienced. These selfless Messengers of our Father-Mother God have expressed that the magnitude of what is happening on Earth at this time has never happened in any system of Worlds. In reality, we are in the midst of a unique experiment that is truly beyond the comprehension of our finite minds. But even in the face of that profound Truth, it is imperative that we realize we knew of this possibility prior to embodiment, and we joyously came to Earth with the Divine Intent of assisting Humanity and ALL Life evolving on this sweet Earth to God Victoriously succeed in accomplishing this unprecedented facet of the Divine Plan.
 
Now that the incredible Light from the rare Eclipse Series in March and April has been assimilated in the Earthly Bodies of Humanity to a degree, the Company of Heaven said we have reached a frequency of vibration that will allow the I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child on Earth to activate within the Divinity of every person’s Heart Flame the dormant Flame of Illumined Truth. This Sacred Fire is a beautiful Emerald Green Flame with a Sunshine Yellow aura. This is a gift from our Father-Mother God that we were invested with prior to our descent into the physical time and space continuum of Earth.
 
The Divine Intent of this gift from On High was to give the Sons and Daughters of God the ability to discern through the frequencies of Illumined Truth the various experiences we would walk through during our Earthly sojourn. When we fell into the chaos of separation and duality and became buried in the mud puddles of our human miscreations, we were no longer able to perceive the Flame of Illumined Truth within the Divinity of our Hearts and that Sacred Fire became almost dormant.
 
As people Awaken and return to Christ Consciousness, our I AM Presence is able to once again activate the Flame of Illumined Truth within our Hearts. This plays a vitally important part in helping us to discern the Truth of who we are and why we are on Earth at this time. It also helps us to know when we are being manipulated by things that are not true by people outside of ourselves and by the interference of our fragmented and fear-based human egos.
 
The process of activating the Flame of Illumined Truth within the Heart Flames of Humanity has been a gradual process as people Awaken, one by one. What the Company of Heaven want us to understand about the miracle taking place at this time is that we have at long last reached a frequency of vibration and a shift toward Christ Consciousness that will allow the I AM Presence of the masses of Humanity to activate this dormant Flame.
 
On April 19, 2015, through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth, an ancient portal of the Flame of Illumined Truth was reactivated and opened to full breadth. This portal pulsates in, through, and around Greensboro, North Carolina, and the surrounding area, in the USA. This portal was originally a tremendous pillar of the Flame of Illumined Truth that extended from the very Heart of our Father-Mother God into the center of the Earth. When Humanity closed our Heart Chakras causing the Flame of Illumined Truth within our Hearts to became dormant, this portal also became dormant.  
Not only has the reactivation and opening of this once dormant portal given Humanity new access to the Flame of Illumined Truth, due to the monumental acceleration we have all experienced this year the Company of Heaven is able to project through the portal higher 5th-Dimensional Crystalline frequencies of this Sacred Fire than the Earth has ever known.
 
To grasp the magnitude of what this means, just for a moment observe the misinformation and the disinformation Humanity is being bombarded with at this time. Imagine if within every Heart Flame people began to hear the “still small voice” within reminding them of the profound Truth that WE ARE ONE and there is no separation. Imagine if the reality that we are ALL Beloved Sons and Daughters of God, and that everything our Father-Mother God have is ours, resonated within the Flame of Illumined Truth in our Hearts in a way that inspired us to joyously cocreate the wonders of the New Earth and quickly manifests our Divine Destiny of cocreating Heaven on Earth. Well, that is the opportunity that we are being presented with and it is the next step of preparation that will clear the way for HUMANITY’S INITIATION INTO A HIGHER ORDER OF BEING, which will occur through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth in August.
 
One of the most powerful ways of expanding the various aspects of God’s Divine Light on Earth is on the Holy Breath. If you are inspired to assist Humanity by Breathing the Flame of Illumined Truth into the physical world of form, you can very easily do so by participating in the following exercise.
 
The Rhythmic Holy Breath
 
The Flame of Illumined Truth is an Emerald Green Flame with a Sunshine Yellow aura.
 
I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of ALL Humanity. As One Voice, One Breath, One Heartbeat, and One Energy, Vibration, and Consciousness of Pure Divine Love I invoke the most intensified frequencies of the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Flame of Illumined Truth that Cosmic Law will allow. 
 
As I Breathe In, I affirm in the silence of my Heart:
 
I AM INBREATHING THE FLAME OF ILLUMINED TRUTH
THROUGH MY HEART FLAME TO BLESS ALL LIFE ON EARTH.

You Are Being Called to A Higher Service
 
This information is being brought to your attention by your I AM Presence because of who you are and what you have been prepared over aeons of time to do in order to assist Humanity and this precious Earth into the Light. Only your I AM Presence can reveal to you what your part of this Divine Plan is, but listen to your Heart and you will be guided unerringly to your right and perfect place. 
 
Please read the following information carefully and your part of this vitally important facet of the Divine Plan will be revealed to you by your I AM Presence through the Flame of Illumined Truth.
 
In 2012, we God Victoriously Birthed the New Earth in the 5th-Dimensional Realms of CAUSE. In 2013, we expanded the patterns of perfection for the New Earth and birthed a Renaissance of Divine Love. In 2014, Humanity en masse experienced the initial impulse of our return to Christ Consciousness through the Divine Intervention of our I AM Presence. Now, in 2015, we have collectively reached a critical mass of energy, vibration, and consciousness that will allow Humanity’s I AM Presence to Initiate us into A HIGHER ORDER OF BEING. This is the moment we have been longing for since our fall into the fragmented and fear-based consciousness of separation and duality. 
 
Several outer World events have begun to reveal the shift of consciousness that is gradually taking place within the masses of Humanity. Over the past several months we have witnessed massive demonstrations in several places around the World that indicate that people everywhere are reaching the conclusion that violence and aggression are not acceptable ways of solving problems. 
 
This realization will gradually inspire people to seek viable solutions that will solve the World’s problems through cooperation, mutual respect, caring, and a deep commitment to finding answers that result in the highest good for all concerned.
 
The next phase of the unfolding Divine Plan for Planet Earth is being revealed to us now by the Company of Heaven. That plan involves creating a global wave of Christ Consciousness that WILL amplify a thousandfold Humanity’s Initiation into A HIGHER ORDER OF BEING. The Company of Heaven said this facet of the Divine Plan will cocreate a quantum shift that will exponentially move Humanity and this Planet forward in the Light in 2015. 
 
The success of this Activity of Light will catapult every person on Earth into the next phase of Christ Consciousness, which will greatly intensify the remembrance of the ONENESS OF ALL LIFE within the hearts and minds of people everywhere. When this inner knowing begins to reverberate once again within the Divinity of every person’s Heart Flame, the thought of harming any part of Life in any way will be unconscionable. When the concepts of violence and aggression are no longer an option within the recesses of our heart, we will easily tap into the viable solutions in the Causal Body of God that will result in actions that genuinely take into consideration the Oneness of Life and the highest good for ALL concerned. 
 
Many powerful Activities of Light are being orchestrated in 2015 through the unified efforts of the Lightworkers embodied on this Planet and the entire Company of Heaven. These events will pave the way for Humanity’s collective shift into A HIGHER ORDER OF BEING which is destined to take place through the Divine Intervention of each person’s I AM Presence during the global event known as the  29th Annual World Congress on Illumination. This Activity of Light will take place August 15-20, 2015, in Tucson, Arizona, but it will involve every person on Earth.
 
Every Lightworker will be in his or her right and perfect place. No facet of this Divine Plan is any more important than another. What IS important, is that we respond to whatever our I AM Presence is guiding us to do. We must Trust and KNOW that if we are being guided to be physically present within the Portal of Light in Tucson, then our I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven will assist us in paving the way. This is true whether we need assistance with time, energy, or money to accomplish this facet of our Divine Mission. 
 
Our Father-Mother God and the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth are sending forth a Clarion Call to all embodied Lightworkers; this includes YOU. We are being asked to gather within the Portal of Light in Tucson, Arizona, which is the most powerful frequency of Healing Through the Power of God’s Infinite Transmutation and Transfiguring Divine Love available on Planet Earth. 
 
Listen to your heart and know that it is critical that Lightworkers from around the world be physically present for this facet of the unfolding Divine Plan. Together we will form the transformer that will allow the I AM Presence of every person on Earth to INITIATE HIM OR HER INTO A HIGHER ORDER OF BEING. All of the Lightworkers who have been prepared to serve in this wondrous way on behalf of Humanity and all Life on this sweet Earth will know who they are through the inner promptings of their heart. FORMULA FOR LIFE

FORMULA FOR LIFE + + * *

Formula, Equations, Theorems, Derivations, Rules, Protocols – We have them all around us guiding us.

What to do? How to do? Where to do? When to do? Why to do?

But, applying these formulas is not so easy. All of them do come with certain conditions, limitations and exceptions. If we ignore them, we will land up with wrong results.

How about our life? Does it also come with a formula, a set of instructions, a collection of guidelines?

Well, not exactly the mathematical formulas, but there are rules and protocols based on previous experiences. These are passed on from generation to generation based on the experiences of our ancestors.

Now, have you ever played the “Chinese whisper” game?

It is a game played around the world, in which one person whispers a message to another, which is passed through a line of people until the last player announces the message to the entire group. Errors typically accumulate in the retelling, so the statement announced by the last player differs significantly, and often amusingly, from the one uttered by the first.

With this what I am trying to emphasize is that when the rules and protocols get passed on they differ significantly from the actual one. The most common flaw that stays is the inclusion of conditions and limitations. What may be a right step in one situation can prove to be a wrong step in the other.

For instance, it’s good to help the needy and poor. But, doing so to lure them for votes and politics is wrong.

Every rule is conditional. Many a times we follow the rules, but leave the conditions behind.

Have you ever faced these questions-

What to do? How to do? Where to do? When to do? Why to do?

We try to explore them to some extent. But, still there are lots of people who live their life without searching for answers to these questions. Instead of thinking, how we want to live our life, how we can decide what/when/where we can do, we just look at our parents, society, friends and colleagues. Instead of deciding our own path, and analyzing the pros and cons we just start moving on their path. We blindly follow all others.

Is it the right approach?

With this analysis, I am not trying to offend or dis-respect our elders. They do teach us good lessons and we have a lot to learn from their experiences. The only thing is, we shall understand the meaning behind every approach, every step. We shall follow the path shown by them, not just for the sake of following but for the sake of learning and understanding. We shall always be convinced of what we do. Being a blind follower takes us away from reality and satisfaction.

Lets share one story.

There used to be a closed room with a big ladder. On top of the ladder there was a platform with bananas on it. Then, monkeys were left in the room. Location of bananas was shown to them. The room was closed and a camera was placed in the room. All monkeys approached the ladder. Some of them quickly started climbing and others were left behind. They, then tried pulling back the other monkeys climbing the ladder. The struggle continued and after a while some of the monkeys were replaced with new ones. Monkeys were replaced again and again. Every time, a new monkey entered, he started following the same activity. After a few more attempts, even the bananas kept on top was removed.

Now what?

Nothing changed?

The monkeys still continued climbing and pulling down.

They just continued climbing looking at their previous counterparts. But, they are not aware of the motive behind it – Bananas. The motive was gone, but they all still continued the same activity. None of them bothered about why they are doing so? What will they achieve on climbing?

This is what happens with most of us. We are not aware of the motive, circumstances and requirements. We just become a blind follower without analyzing what & why we are doing?

I will just conclude saying:

YOU HAVE YOUR OWN MIND,

WHICH CAN THINK AND ANALYSE.

NEVER BECOME A BLIND FOLLOWER.

JUST THINK BEFORE YOU ACT!!

LIFE DOES NOT COME WITH A UNIVERSAL FORMULA,

IT’S YOU AND ONLY YOU WHO CAN CREATE IT FOR YOUR LIFE!!

Using the power of Breath, Intention, and Resonance to Empower Your Voice

Though I have always been a musically expressive person, when I first heard about the chakras, I actually did not believe they were real. The idea of having seven major points that governed certain organs in my body, radiating different colors and notes, and spinning clockwise when in balance seemed strange to me. It was not taught to me in school (as it is to children in India) and seemed irrelevant. It wasn’t until I was faced with healing an 8 inch scar along my core, that I was motivated to explore the idea that maybe if I could put this knowledge to good use, I would heal faster.
This need emerged when doctors nicked my bowel by accident while performing a laparoscopy. The worst place for a singer to have a wound – outside of the throat, is the abdomen. In addition, due to an allergic reaction I had to the Morphine the hospital had been pumping into my veins as a pain killer, my body had purged itself of every toxin imaginable. I was so thin and so weak, I could barely lift my arms. I had to build my lung capacity by blowing into a tube to make the little balls rise above the line. I left the hospital weighing a mere 98 pounds at 5 ft 9. Doctors told me it would likely take six to eight months to heal. I knew I had to heal way faster than that if I wanted to survive financially!

The connection that I was able to make with my body, my energy and my breath taught me that I am much more powerful than I thought, and that my breath, energy and intention can literally shift my vibration and generate healing in my body. Every day, as I developed a practice regiment, more light and knowledge poured into my mind and within two weeks, I was riding my bike with my little dog. I wasn’t fully healed, but well on my way, and over time, I was able to take the amazing things I learned and provide a structure for singers and speakers to not only gain physiological advantages in their voice, but also mental and emotional advantages which open and heal the soul. By tuning in to your spirit in a way that goes beyond diaphragmatic breathing, you can learn how to improve your speaking and singing voice, as well as your communication, energy, presence and confidence.

BREATH PRECEDES THE TONE

The Arabic origin of the word breath stems from the word “spirit”. Breath creates the underlying quality of everything we do. The way we breathe can literally determine how we think, feel and the quality of our lives.

In order to relieve stress, most people say, “Take a deep breath”, but they are ignoring the fact that your thoughts and feelings while taking in the breath also play a huge role in how well you can shift from stress into empowerment. For example, if you breathe in a chesty, voiced breath while thinking a stressful thought about the future such as, “Oh no! I hope I don’t mess this up again!” you are breathing in fearful thoughts about the future. This tells your brain to send nerve signals down your spinal chord to your adrenaline glands, which release adrenaline, causing an increase of blood sugar, heart rate and blood pressure. At the same time, your brain’s hypothalamus signals your pituitary gland to release factors that tell your adrenal cortex to produce the stress hormone, cortisol, which will keep you in that “fight or flight” state. While you are in this highly charged mental state, your body is far from being involved with healing, peace, or empowerment. It’s simply trying to survive. Sadly, this is where many people live, and it’s amazing to consider how many more of us fall into this state before we have to use our voice for something important.

I’d like to share with you how just a little bit of awareness and a few tools can make a huge difference in your overall well being, which is directly related to the power of your voice. As you commit to doing these exercises below, you may notice your nerves start to disappear in important situations, your voice becoming more smoother, more rich, and more powerful.

The first step is understanding that when you inhale, you are literally taking in the world as you experience it, and you get to choose what you are inviting into your consciousness as you do this. Most of us do it subconsciously [about 21,600 time per day], but either way, the amount of love or fear you breathe in at any given time will have a direct effect on your mental, emotional and physical health. Before I learned to heal myself, I didn’t realize how this concept alone had a profound effect on the confidence and power of my voice.

The simple, yet powerful integrative breathing exercises I discovered and developed over the past 8 years after my accident, help people to naturally tap into their CORE connection, and from here, they are able to speak and sing from what I call their “CORE Voice.” Your CORE Voice is your free, authentic, voice that doesn’t have any vocal blocks [stress in body, tension, fear, etc]. When you are using your CORE Voice, your chakras are aligned and you are able to speak and sing freely, without being nervous or micromanaging your voice. In any situation you speak and sing from the truest part of who you are.

Below, I will explain the most important foundational key to creating the ease within that is required if you want to have a more balanced energy and confident voice. It has to do with how we take in the world.

Build PRESENCE with the Breath of Ah-wareness (BOA)

Exercise Instructions:

1. Standing or sitting with your chest risen, feet shoulder width apart and a straight spine, while you think the sound “ah”, inhale silently and lovingly through a relaxed, but open mouth.

What did you experience? If you allowed yourself to hear yourself say, “ah” in your mind as you inhaled, you may have noticed this breath fills you immediately and you may feel an inner calmness and natural expansion, but don’t try to create this–allow it. Keep in mind, you don’t need to take in a lot of air.

2. Take a moment to feel how open and expanded you are.

3. On the exhale, you can either use a gentle unvoiced “hhhhhhhh” sound, or voice the sound “ah” as a sigh of relief, but keep your chest elevated as you do this.

The key to doing this exercise is in the silent, loving inhale. Subvocalizing the sound “ah” on the inhale allows you to naturally open your heart and create an expansion of the diaphragm without even trying. The result should be that you are completely present. If you are not used to this, it may bring up a sense of impatience or even tears. Accept whatever shows up for you and continue to work in harmony with yourself through this as it may take time.

4. You can inhale through your nose as well, but for most people at first, nose breathing feels more connected to the head. I want you to connect as close to the base of your spine as you can when you inhale. Once you become good at inhaling through the mouth, switch to the nose. When you do this, be sure to imagine the sound “ah” at the back of a relaxed throat.

5. When you become advanced in the BOA exercise, on the inhale, hold and exhale, you may affirm this phrase in your mind: “I am here now and I am okay!” or any other affirmation to help you manifest what you’d like to create, instead of what you don’t want to create like the example I gave earlier. I call this, “intentional breathing,” which means that now, instead of taking 21,600 unconscious breaths a day, you can actually put meaning into how you want to think and feel and spend part of your day breathing consciously. This is an important pre-curser for vocal expression. If you want your voice to show up the way you need it to, you must prepare it mentally and emotionally.

This simple but powerful breathing exercise has given my students instant access to expanding their diaphragm without spending several months on diaphragmatic breathing. It has given them the clarity and peace needed to create the favorable conditions for their CORE Voice to emerge.

The Breath of Ah-wareness [BOA] exercise works on 5 Levels to do the following:

Level 1
Create the open and expansive space in the body for the voice to emerge. [Access diaphragm].

Level 2
Create clarity and presence in the mind by literally hearing the “ah” sound in your mind and embodying it.

Level 3
Create more stillness and freedom in the body by releasing all tension.

Level 4
Shift nervous or unsettled energy into comfort by breathing in love.

Level 5
Intentionally allowing your chakras to align on the inhale and choosing healing in the body through breathing in love to specific areas of the body, or as a whole.

Regardless of the obstacles that show up while you attempt to do these exercises, resolve inwardly to make peace with them. Where there is peace, there is stillness. Where there is stillness, there is clarity. And, where there is clarity, there is the unlimited potential for you to create whatever you wish! Enjoy the breath of “Ah”-wareness as often as you like and gain the benefits of building stage presence and confidence as you speak and sing from your CORE Voice.

CONNECTING TONE TO BREATH

Part of why expressing our voice can feel so good is because when we resonate, we are literally validating ourselves at a cellular level. What does this mean? When we hum or sing the consonant “mmmmm,” every chakra along the spine gets stimulated. Think about it. When we say, “mmhmmm”, in many different languages, it means “yes.” Have you ever thought about why we do this? A few years back, Dr. Oz was quoted on the Oprah Winfrey show as saying, “humming” massages the inner organs along the spine [chakras]… and when you do this, you are releasing a natural gas called nitric oxide..which is a natural anti-depressant.”

So now, it makes even more sense as to why sustaining a tone can feel so good. We are literally validating ourselves, and when we do this, we become more in alignment. We are also massaging our vocal chords and inner organs along the spine. This was a very amazing and powerful part of my healing. I felt the “mmmm” way more dramatically when I wasn’t feeling well, then when I felt 100% healthy, because it literally MOVES energy that is stagnant.

In a symbolic way, resonating helps move energy through our “inner world” and makes it audible in the outer world. This can be a very deep, and empowering process. Many of us try to hide how we really feel, but when we resonate, or sustain our tone, we are sending out our unique signal from inside ourselves, and there is no other signal on the planet like it.

HOW OUR VOICE BECOMES TAINTED

Our western world is quite focused on teaching us external things, such as how to go out and earn this diploma and that job, and get that dream house and vacation. We were taught at a young age, that there are hierarchal levels, and some of us are “better” than others. In school we were judged, and our inner value oftentimes was based on a letter in the alphabet, for example: “I’m only a ‘C’ student.” As a result, most of us stopped playing those fun artistic games we enjoyed as a child, and learned to become part of “the real world” having to prove ourselves worthy. Soon the world became a much more serious place and there were expectations and more “important” roles placed on us. We were taught to be tough and that it is not always safe to show others how we really feel. That might make us look weak and thus, more easily destructible.

As adults many of us are left wondering why when we open our mouth to express our voice, [which is directly connected to our feelings and emotions,] we feel vulnerable and exposed. Could it possibly be that it has something to do with the fact that we were never really taught how to feel safe in our inner world? When we sing or even speak, we’re having to share something deep from inside of us and bring it into the outer world that judges. Most people do not like the idea of being judged.

UNDERSTANDING CHAKRAS AND THE VOICE

We have chakras all over our body, but most of us stop seeing them after infant hood. Chakras are the name we give for the energy, or electrical life force which expresses our internal world. The word chakra means “wheel or disc” and although we have many, I will be sharing with you a brief overview of the seven major chakras and how they relate to vocal expression and healing. When balanced and in alignment, each of these “wheels of light” spin clockwise and are known to radiate different colors. We can activate each chakra by singing the vowel that it is connected with. When we do this [preferably with an intention], we stimulate that part of the body. I have already discussed that “m” is the one consonant that activates every chakra along the spine. I used the information below to heal the organs along my CORE. You can do more specific healing work on yourself by singing the vowels associated with each organ/chakra as outlined below.

Below are the seven major chakras paired with their underlying issue which can help be cleared through the vocal toning sound next to each chakra.

  1. ROOT CHAKRA
    Sound: “OH” as in “toe”
    Color: Red
    Location: base of the spine/tailbone
    About: This center governs the reproductive system. When it is balanced, you feel grounded and secure in life and all it has to offer. It is known as your tribal center and related to survival.
    Psychological Issue: Fear of being judged and not accepted
  2. SACRAL CHAKRA
    Sound: “OO” as in “shoe”
    Color: Red
    Location: Just below the naval
    About: The second center governs the spleen, adrenals, kidneys, Uterus and Ovaries. It is your creative center and when it is balanced, you feel a flow in your creativity and your emotions feel at peace.
    Psychological Issue: Feeling guilty for hitting bad notes and not being perfect either now, or in the past.
  3. SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
    Sound: “AY” as in “stay”
    Color: Yellow
    Location: Stomach area
    About: This center governs the pancreas, stomach, liver and intestines. When it is balanced you feel a mental clarity and secure sense of self. Criticism doesn’t hurt and you own your actions.
    Psychological Issue: Being ashamed of how you sound or how bad you sounded in the past. Being disappointed in your voice
  4. HEART CHAKRA
    Sound: “AH” as in “father”
    Color: Green
    Location: heart
    About: This center governs the Lungs, Thymus, Lymph, Immune System, and Blood Pressure. When it is balanced you feel a healthy sense of forgiveness and deservingness. There is a healthy flow of love and harmony within.
    Psychological Issue: Feeling like you’re not worthy of being loved or having a voice that is lovable
  5. THROAT CHAKRA:
    Sound: “EE” as in “see”
    Color: Turquoise
    Location: The throat area
    About: This center governs the thyroid, neck, nose, ears, and teeth. When it is balanced, communication and self expression flow with ease and grace.
    Psychological Issue: Telling yourself your are not good enough and believing it.
  6. THIRD EYE CHAKRA
    Sound: “OHM” like the monks say!
    Color: Indigo
    Location: In between the eyebrows
    About: This energy center governs the pituitary gland, the eyes, and autonomic nervous system. When it is in balance, your intuition is clear, you have given up any addictions, and you understand what you have to offer humanity.
    Psychological Issue: Believing that when you are singing, there is a separation between you and the audience.
  7. CROWN CHAKRA
    Sound: “NG” as in “sing”
    Color: Pink
    Location: The top of your head
    About: This energy center governs the pituitary gland, the eyes, and autonomic nervous system. When it is in balance, your intuition is clear, you have given up any addictions, and you understand what you have to offer humanity.
    Psychological Issue: Being attached to what other people think of you.

Now that I have defined each center, you have an opportunity be more aware of the thoughts, attitudes and beliefs that govern each region of your body. If you feel blocked or tense in a specific area, breathe into that center, then continue by singing the vowel sounds. You will be surprised at how the body is quick to respond and heal; for our natural state is wellness, and singing reflects our present state.

Note: After much research and exploration on this subject, I have found several different interpretations as to which vowels, notes and colors are associated with each chakra. I have found contrasting African, Eastern, Native interpretations, and Western interpretations. My research and experience with literally thousands of students has led me to conclude the above, and that it’s not always important what vowel or note you sing, but the intention that you hold along with it, and the space you create within yourself for the shifts to occur.

VOCAL TONING

Tribes and ancient civilizations from Babylon, Greece, Tibet, and India have used vocal toning for healing themselves and others by using the bridge of sacred sound. Releasing pent up energy through the voice can help clear tension and open up blocked energy in the body. Sound was thought to be the principle healing tool of the ancient mystery schools of Egypt where tones and chants were used to manipulate energy fields and bring about balance in the body. If we accept that harmonious sound is fundamental to health and well being, we can begin to harness it as a positive and powerful creative force with which to transform our lives. Our voice encapsulates our essence and emotional state, and is a powerful instrument of healing and communication. All sound carries a momentum of power, creating balance and harmony, or imbalance and discord. Toning is a simple process in which you influence the energy patterns in your body in a beneficial way. It doesn’t involve melody or rhythm, but the simple sustaining of a vowel sound that is within comfortable range. You can play with the pockets of resonance in your face by changing the position of your lips, tongue and vowel placement.

HOW IT WORKS

We release our emotions through vocal sound, sending a ripple of vibration through the physical body and energy surrounding it. The vibration of the tone ripples through the body and subtle energy system, drawing upon the body’s natural inbuilt systems of self-healing to strengthen and balance the electromagnetic field. Our thoughts and feelings are carried in the tone of our voice. Through vocal toning we restore health by stimulating the circulation and releasing held emotions and impacted memory.

One of my favorite sounds to sustain is the vowel, “AH”. As mentioned above, it is the heart chakra and also the widest of all the vowels, [mouth is open with a relaxed tongue touching bottom of teeth] making it the most vulnerable vowel to sing on a physical level. Also, “Ah” is known as the sacred sound of God. In most languages, words that mean deity or reverence for deity have “ah” in them. Examples spelled phonetically: “Jes-Ahs”, “Jehov-Ah”, “Ahmen”, “Y-AH-weh”, “Halelu-Yah”, “All-Ah”, “Budd-AH” and the list goes on.

Earlier in the article, I had you silently inhale, while hearing yourself say “ah” in you mind. This unlocks a sacred door within you that is connected to your heart, and allows you to expand from within, and yes, activates your diaphragm. I go into more detail on how to center this chakra in my other books and materials, but it’s best to start with just the idea of inhaling a silent “ah”, and toning [exhaling] on “Ah” can help you balance and release any energy that is stuck.

ACTIVATE YOUR VOICE, ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE!

With dedicated practice and integration of the exercises, you can watch the quality of your entire life improve, and in turn, so will the quality of your vocal expression. Remember: the way we do anything is the way we do everything. When you are able to slow down and become more consciously aware and present in life, you will have this ease and presence on the stage. Doing your C.O.R.E. work can literally transform your whole being into a lighter, more powerful, freer you. This includes: connecting to your silent loving, “ah” breath, taking more conscious breaths throughout the day with more love in them than fear, humming more often to stimulate your entire body, and toning, which can literally shift your vibration and lead to healing. The exercises I have shared can help anyone start to reprogram their nervous system in a positive way, creating the best kind of conditions for a confident, powerful voice to emerge.

29th April 2015 –  LOVE IS ALL AROUND US

I slept in this morning and seemed to dream endlessly . . . dreams within dreams. I struggled to disentangle myself and fought to surface once more in my conscious world. I made a drink of lemon juice and honey and went out into the garden, sitting above my sanctuary and letting the wind blow away the cobwebs from my mind. Last week we were away visiting family who have now all succumbed to a virus that wracks the body in coughing fits, from the very old right down to the little ones and we are all feeling weak. A few weeks ago I’d had a dream about a baby who had pus pouring out of his left ear and I held him up to God asking for help! I alerted my daughter who told me her baby’s ear was inflamed and during our visit it erupted with a yellow discharge. Another of my grandsons who is four was rushed into hospital with this viral infection made worse by asthma but thankfully the crisis has been averted and he is home now recovering. My brother-in-law has been in hospital for nearly three weeks having suffered a massive stroke and as yet we do not know the outcome; he is constantly in my thoughts and I have been sending out healing for him and all the family. I can see now why Spirit recently asked me to have strength, courage and fortitude for the times ahead.

I looked across at the tree my husband fondly calls the ‘dancing tree’, now shimmering in new leaf. I wasn’t sure whether to go inside and have some breakfast or to sit in meditation, I was so glad I decided on the latter.

As I sat in preparation for meditation I was shown the face of Jesus as he is depicted in the Turin shroud. I began to sing: –

Oh God our help in ages past, our hope for years to come, our shelter from the stormy blast and our eternal home but instead of home I sang Sun.

I visualise the golden light flushing through my entire body, flushing away the viral infection that has me in its grasp, flushing away the toxins and the debris it carries, flowing through my bones, my flesh and blood, taking away the pain, taking away the sorrow, leaving behind peace and gentility of sprit.

Throw off that overcoat of pain and sorrow . . . throw off the heaviness and cast it aside . . . be now forever in Peace.

I step through that portal in my heart . . . that golden doorway that leads me to Heaven in greatest Joy. I love this journey into the unknown, a kaleidoscope of shapes and patterns that welcome me home once more. I sense the pinks and greens . . .  flowing patterns of Light washing over me . . . cleansing me as I travel through this soft tunnel of Love.

We welcome all here who have the highest aspirations . . . we welcome all who come in Love.

The soft purple is so beautiful and I can see an eye in one of the purple clouds and a fan of golden patterns.

These we bring to honour our connection and we delve deeper and deeper into the vortex.

I can see a thick carpet of white flower petals that are becoming luminescent – thank you my friends, thank you so much, this is so beautiful. I have the feeling now of being back in the womb surrounded in Love . . . a delicate vibrancy that deepens and lightens in colour.

I’m breathing in the peace . . . filling my soul and then decided to chant three very deep Ohms, they resonated deeply within my soul and the purple and gold became more vibrant in pattern and colour. I’m surprised I was able to do this considering my chest and throat has been so bad.

 

The pattern of Love is deep within you! We sever connections, moving on and fulfilling our destiny to shine like the brightest star. We are Immortal. We are Truth. We are Light. We are studded with information that can be accessed by going within the core of your being. This core ignites a thousand memories and more, much more. We depend on you to bring about greater clarity in these proceedings and we are known for our demonstrations of Love of that there is no doubt. We point you in the right direction to achieve the bliss that you desire and we have taken mammoth precautions to allow these incidents to happen on a far larger scale right across your world.

We come in all essence of Love and we interpret a wide array of messages . . .  pulsating across the universe and into your hearts and minds. We begin to probe and access those conduits that will help us in this endeavour and we ask you to be prepared for a mammoth summary of services right across the globe. We bring into this equation a detonation of services that will allow you greater access to the vaults of time, the vaults into which you step from time to time when you are accessing our memories.

We have portrayed a greater Love than you could ever envisage and we come now to press you to continue on this highway of Love. We will decode messages as they come in from the ‘Great Divine’ and we allow you access to these in good time. Please take our advice and let us come closer to you in times of stress and indecision. We register your concerns for those on Earth who cannot listen or heed our words but please believe us; we are doing our utmost to bring aboard those who are afraid to listen.

There is a greater time being made available to those on Earth who wish to study with greater velocity of intent. We bear down now to wish you the greatest honour with respect for those less fortunate in not coming to terms with all we wish for you in the times ahead.

I feel I’m being magnetised with pulsating purple, lilac and golden shapes. I am caught in this beam of Light unable or wanting to move.  I can breathe at last more clearly. Great Spirit I thank you for this healing, I thank you for your Love.

You are most welcome my child and this is available to all who access this portal of Love that is within all of you.

I felt the urge to sing!

Love is all around us and so the feeling grows . . .

Love, Love, Love, Love, Love, Love, Love, Love, Love –Love is all there is!

Great stuff in this audio, (thanks, L, for sharing) and not a repetition of his earlier talk from the Conscious Life Expo. Lots of (almost) incredible new info.

He said that there is a tussle over who is going to disclose the ETs. He also says that most of we “awakened ones” are going to be absolutely bowled over when actual disclosure of the extraterrestrials happens.

He also explains WHY they have fought disclosure for so long. It’s not what we think.

He said even WE have NO IDEA of the immensity of the coverup and the reality of it all. Now I’m even MORE eager to get this all out!
