We of the Arcturian Group wish to welcome all to this message.
We come to teach and inform, never to preach or push you into understanding something you cannot accept as of yet.
The main focus of these messages is to help you understand that you are in charge of YOU … no one else, and to help you remember and claim the power you have always held as spiritual Beings, but have forgotten.
All are in and of the Divine, and therefore all that you have been seeking is already within you. This is a difficult concept to understand if heard with third dimensional ears.
It is not that you have a little box in your heart holding all sorts of material treasures, but that within you is a spark of the Divine.
That spark, being in and of Source, automatically embodies everything also within Divine Consciousness - every Divine Idea and every facet of truth - your very life, intelligence, wholeness etc., all held infinitely in place by Divine Law.
Evolution is simply the process of awakening to truth, and because everyone’s past life experiences are different, everyone’s evolutionary journey will be different. Everyone unfolds progressively as they are ready, always under the guidance of the Higher Self.
Over time man forgot who he was and came to believe that he was separate from Source and all other living things which resulted in lives of struggle and suffering in order to survive.
Duality and separation became the consciousness of the world, always perfectly manifesting itself as the pairs of opposites - sometimes good and sometimes bad - two ends of the same stick.
Good appearances are no more spiritual than bad appearances - understand and ponder this truth.
Always there were the few who remembered who they were and tried to tell the world, but for this they were crucified, burned and tortured because others had discovered that by maintaining ignorance within the masses, they could draw to themselves great power and wealth - which is still happening today.
Open your eyes Dear Ones and start to see through much that is being fed to you as fact - begin to question. Listen to your intuition and not to the voices screaming at you from your televisions, radios, and pulpits.
Try not to preach new understandings to the world, for you may lose them in your attempt to verbalize to those not ready or able to hear. Simply hold each new awareness within, protecting it as a mother holds her unborn infant until it is strong and ready to be born.
Practice by translating all you see, hear, taste, touch, and smell into its spiritual reality.
Example: The common desire for a “right” companion is actually the material sense of a yearning to experience completeness and wholeness - translate and realize; “I am always Divinely and perfectly companioned and can never be separated from my perfect companion - Divine Consciousness”.
This realization (not simply intellectual knowledge) may then manifest in the outer scene as the perfect companion if that experience would represent completeness for you.
The practice of knowing the truth as you go about your day will change the world because each new awareness adds truth and eliminates error from impersonal universal world consciousness.
Others can then begin to access the increasingly enlightened world consciousness, which helps them to open and begin their own journey.
This is what it means to be a Lightworker. Many still hold concepts of what a Lightworker is, believing it refers only to those who heal, preach, or do fabulous psychic readings.
No, Lightworkers are all who bring Light to the world in through their evolved state of consciousness. This is reflected in the Light of your energy field - You.
Many will feel this and are drawn to your energy (or are sometimes repelled) for all innately yearn for that which you hold even though they do not know exactly what it is that you have.
Most interpret this attraction in very three dimensional ways (your clothes, your hair, your job, your money, your fame etc.).
Remember, always hold yourselves in compassion, never entering into the energy of sympathy, for in sympathy you align with another’s energy field and may find yourself drawn in and depleted.
Every soul on Earth is attracted to high-resonating energy because everyone is a spiritual Being - all resonate with it, even though they may be many lifetimes away from understanding or even being interested in this.
A very unevolved soul may experience this desire for peace and wholeness as the need to commit murder which, in their thinking, would resolve a discord and bring them the peace they long for.
They do not understand these longings to be spiritual in nature, and so interpret them according to their state of consciousness.
Many are still confused by issues of right or wrong. Intention defines the energy of every action according to the level of attained state of awareness.
This is how you forgive yourself for past actions - by realizing that you were doing what you deemed best according to your state of consciousness at that time.
You would not take the same action today.
Proselytizing and attempting to force a certain belief system - “my” way is the only “right” way” - onto others is an activity of ego.
Even when you can clearly observe where someone is missing the mark, it must be understood that the experience is their lesson and their path, which may be totally different than yours.
This does not mean you cannot throw out a helpful “seed” of advice, but then let it go.
No one can be forced into a state of consciousness they have not yet attained, and all have Guides, a Higher Self, and a contract they are following. Prisons are still necessary for those harmful to themselves and others, but should be places of healing and growth, not simply places of punishment.
Every soul lives out from a deep desire for completeness because although he has consciously forgotten, he innately knows it is who he is.
That is why the search for happiness and peace manifests in infinite form and variety - whatever makes sense to an individual’s state of consciousness.
Understanding this will help you to forgive the world nonsense you see and hear about, even within yourself. Remember that everyone is doing the best they can with where they are at.
Send Light to those who do not yet know why they do what they do, and know that regardless of appearances, this is a spiritual world of ONE governed and maintained forever by Divine Law.

We see your insatiable need for understanding of the many things that are happening within and outside of your reality and many of the explanations even though they feel so right are a bit of track as understanding the energies is something that is difficult for many.
We would like to explain this a bit more as your human brain is trained to know and understand your reality as it is right now.
Let us give you an example, you are being taught from the moment you are born all that you know and understand. For example, you have learned that one plus one is two.
Your brain has learned this and much more and uses this to find ways to explain realities you have not learned about.
Any experience by the human is translated by the brain, and the brain is like a huge google engine trying to find the answer to anything it doesn’t know yet by going through the database and find answers.
All that you have seen, have read and have experienced is part of that database.
When something happens to you that is new and you have not seen or experienced before, the brain will go through that database and give you a multitude of possibilities with on top the one your brain thinks applies the most.
Remember the database contains all you have read, heard about, and maybe seen somewhere.
So when you see something within the spiritual reality all that is being included in trying to find an explanation for this new experience.
In this way any experience or description that you have read by others can be used by the brain to find the closest to what the brain thinks it is seeing or feeling or thinks is happening.
This is why it is so important to have an open mind and to know that there is much more than what feels right to you.
For many they will gravitate to certain explanations, certain experiences by others and they will see some other explanation and experiences as not true or not what they want to experience.
When we say the brain is like a big search engine, it also works like that and the most visited will be on top of the list.
While in reality something that is on the bottom of the list is really what is happening.The subject might be the same, the explanation might be completely different, but your brain will use what is on top of your list.
This is why we would like you to pay attention to all that is and can be an explanation and not discard anything just because at that moment it does not feel right or it is something that you really do not want to know or would like to forget as soon as possible as it makes you feel uncomfortable and maybe even causes fear.
There are many questions out there and the answers you pick are the ones that feel good, make you feel good and in reality are the ones you like the most as it confirms sometimes something that you are really hoping for, or want to happen in certain ways.
When it is being said by some the world is really changing it might not seem to be changing on the outside but you can feel it within you, the reality is that whenever you feel something you will say this is the reason, you can feel it.
Some are very interested in solar flares and have been told through many messages it is the higher light coming in. in reality solar flares contain all frequencies and they express themselves in colors.
This means the solar flares or photons coming in through the solar flares are of all type of low and high frequencies.
When you can see them spiritually you will notice that the higher frequency photons or energy light packets are staying more higher up in your reality and mostly the lower energy packets are the ones reaching you as humans.
This is caused by the waves they admit; lower frequency packets have a lower or slower wave and are able to adjust to the slower frequency within your third dimension more easily than the faster waves.
The faster waves are slowed down through the lower frequencies upon your earth.
What you are feeling is the photons hitting your physical body, they do not pass through or enter the physical body as the density of the physical body prevents this from happening.
These photons or energy packets can pass through your energy bodies as they are less dense, but this is important to know, they pass through.
Photons move in a forward direction, these photons or energy packets move in a forward directions, they can bounce of a dense object but will never go back where they came from.
This means with all the buildings, even trees and more, many of these packets will in reality be bounced into a different direction before they even hit your energy bodies.
And even if they hit your energy bodies, they only pass through most of the time.
This in reality explains why you are feeling something happen during those solar flares, you feel the energy packets moving through you most of the time, some might actually stay within you, but many do not.
So yes, you feel a lot happening within you, but it passes and you return back to normal or regular feeling state after they have passed.
Whenever you cannot see all that is happening within the spiritual reality it is important to keep an open mind as the many explanations out there contradict each other in many ways and to just find yourself hanging on to one of them is not a knowing but another belief system that you have created for yourself.
It has also been discussed that you are not told everything, not really know what is going to happen as the many messages are divided on this as well.
There is much that is happening in the so called dark and light, we have talked about this before and in reality no one really knows what is going to happen.
The future is very fluid and creation is taking place within every moment, but many of these creations are in balance, by this we mean, light and dark.
The focus on light is just as great as the focus on dark.
This means that changes are not happening very much on a human reality level, some of them are happening on an individual level.
The individual level however is more belief based creations instead of real change for the human.
Your beliefs are changing; this does not mean the reality is changing.
You are able to understand more, but you base your understanding upon beliefs many times as well as you use your database search system in compliance with your beliefs.
What does the future hold?
Remembering, but remembering is in a way just as much about beliefs as well, you remember what you belief at this moment to be true.
Integrating, but you integrate according to what you belief and your belief is based on what you think is truth at this moment.
What is integration?
Integration would be becoming more you, but becoming more you is understanding the you from every perspective to integrate the all.In reality this is not easy as the beliefs systems and we have spoken about this so many times prevent you from all that you can achieve many times.
Some would call it the ego, yet the ego is only the spokesperson for your beliefs. The ego is not the decision maker; it is only the translator for your mind and brain and even the heart at times.
This is not a popularity contest about who can give you the most wonderful explanation, as this is what you are in reality mostly hoping for within each message.
We are not here to delude ourselves or you.
Knowing and understanding are sometimes two different things.Knowing is more a feeling, understanding goes beyond the feelings and gives you a more complete truth at times if you can leave your belief system behind you.
Energy work is different from just thinking and believing, it is based upon understanding and ability to work with the energies.
Working with energies needs an ability to really see and understand the workings of each energy particle no matter how big or small.
This brings us to dark matter, dark matter is something that cannot be explained but only understood if you can see it. Since it is dark matter it is more difficult to view than the normal energy particles.
The last subject we would like to speak about shortly is ascension in the many varieties it is presented to you.
There are many different forms that relate more to the earth reality than the spiritual reality.Within the spiritual reality we would call them transformations.
Ascension in the physical reality is a slow phenomenon that seems to take place, but many times is only a feeling of changes.
Ascension in the spiritual reality is a transformation and leads to more understanding, but this can only be accomplished through everything else we have spoken about in this message and more.
We would love to explain this further as we can see many in need of more understanding, yet we are limited at this time by the understanding and beliefs that we see present and giving you another belief system is not our goal.
We are here to lead you to understand in your own way, we are not here to give you more beliefs.

The transformation of yourselves is quickening, and you are beginning to feel the higher energies within you and all around you, no matter what situation you are in.
In spite of the old system still playing its game with some intensity, you always sense that of higher vibrations and do not keep yourselves locked in the loop of lower vibrations.
This is your choice and we are so eagerly watching all of you that are raising themselves so very high and are giving less and less chance to lower energies to influence your being.More and more you are being drawn into your inner world and are guided to fully feel and experience all the changes within, as nothing happening on the outside world can satisfy your ever greatening request for higher knowledge.
It is inside of each of you, and your body is being changed the way that it can easily read and translate the exact part of knowing that you are in need of at each moment that you ask.
You are getting ready for all knowing state of being, and we know that you are starting to feel very comfortable with searching for all information in the inside.
The more wisdom you receive such way, the more trust in yourselves is created. Do practice it, as it is necessary in the process of your overall change, and no one knows better what you should do next than you.Your connections and experiences with higher reality are growing and you can see it for yourself that if you put your attention and intention to something, it will be revealed to you and will bring you very intense and powerful feeling of joy and happiness.
It is happening the way which is most comfortable to you, as we understand that you are still experiencing also “the other side” feelings of fear and anger and, if we can speak of it as being great difference between those feelings, this can create confusion within your mind.
We are carefully watching your progress and are intensifying our energies that are being sent.
We are strengthening our connections with all those that want to experience it, and we are sharing more with you than you would expect at this moment.
It is all within the energy that flows to and through you, and your heart is processing so much more information than ever before, and you can literally feel it in your own heart beat.
Remember that all your inner changes are also changing your physical body to be able to receive all the powerful Love and Light without being overwhelmed.
Your physical body also needs to be cleared from all the old, usually experienced as some kind of illness or pain.
You might forgot that you felt pain in some area of your body but your cells remember and with your physical transformation you might feel as being sick or feel pain on the places that you never would think of.
With higher energy spreading within your physical body, the process of your change is being completed as nothing more will stand between you and your experience of your higher reality.
So listen to your body and give it attention that is required, as your physical form is that instrument which enables you to sense and feel all that beauty of Love that once again is flowing so freely through you.
Express gratitude to the form that allowed you to gain such wisdom and is connected so powerfully with all life there is, and remember that all life is Creation and the difference between physical and non physical expression of Creation are thinning, as everything is created out of Love and is experienced as Light forming into endless forms.
