Something Strange During Visual Meditation

Okay, I just had to post this to see if anyone can answer this for me or has had a similar experience.

I checked out Brad's tutorial on visual meditation a few weeks ago.

I gave it a go, and I guess I didn't fully ask for protection before starting.

I had a vision of meeting 2 very tall slim beings with blond short cropped hair. Not the most friendly looking folk... They were wearing black almost "gothic" looking clothing. They turned and looked at me, and then a shadow passed my left eye in a downwards direction very quickly and that PRECISE moment, the audio on my ipod playing the ISO tones cut out for a split second.

Now I don't know if it was my imagination or what... but the day after I remember feeling quite bummed and not all that "up". I used the Solfeggios that following night though, and that put me back on track.

Thoughts?

Sounds wild... but yeah... it's very important to protect yourself always... masses of energy floating around out there... errr in there lol... I like the solfeggio too... always brings me to center... take care :)

Personally I have to wonder if that was perhaps a repressed memory, or a representation of something that has been buried somewhere in yourself. You perhaps we releasing it and bringing it up to the surface.

The sound on the ipod cutting out to me sounds like you were in a NOW moment - the holy instant - that point where time has no meaning.

Of course I'm not you, but I would be inclined to think you were sorting something out there.
