I am Creator. I have asked Lady Portia to take this message to give to the world.
It is my great pleasure to make an important announcement. All important changes in the Universe require a special event to anchor them, to serve as the official beginning or end of an era. I wish to declare that today, Monday, January 20, 2014 of the current Gregorian Earth Calendar will henceforth be known as the First Day of The New Golden Age. It will usher in the beginning of new prosperity, peace, mutual cooperation and joy throughout all the Kingdoms of the Earth and beyond.
It is a time of change, a time of awakenings. You will be learning things you could not have even imagined a day or a week ago. You are all being raised up into the Light, given glimpses, a bit here, a hint there, of what you will be learning when you walk across the imaginary boundary which has held you in your 3 dimensional world. You will emerge at the culmination of your meditations into the higher dimensions.
These messages have brought you along, increasing the challenge you were given, to open your hearts and your minds to feel your way toward the Truth of One.
Often you were puzzled or frustrated or confused. The information you have been given seemed contradictory, and therefore not true. You were forced to either choose from amongst two or three "Truths" or open your minds to the possibility that there might be a whole other possibility - a greater Truth which might lead to further levels of unknown regions of the Heart.
It will come as a great surprise to you that We in the higher dimensions sometimes tell you half-truths. We do not lie to you; there would be no point in that. We are not untruthful in our dealings, ever. However, there are frequent occasions in which we can see that you are not at all ready for the whole truth - it would make you angry and turn you away, or it might pass right on by your understanding because you didn't have the background to understand it. This is why we have led you, day by day, month by month, toward greater knowledge and wisdom.
It is not a simple endeavor, to lead an entire civilization which has been immersed in a rigid, intellectualized society of argumentative, quarreling and combative individuals, to bring all of them together toward a true meeting of the minds - which can only be accomplished by opening their hearts. Yes, you have all been affected by the thousands of years of mind-over-heart and mind-over-matter arguments. The last 600 years or so have been the worst, especially since Descartes proclaimed the mind superior to human emotion.
Of course, there is nothing wrong with using the scientific method to identify trends and small facts about the things you wish to study. In some ways, it has moved you ahead, especially where some of your technologies are concerned, but it has done more to stifle originality than to expand it. The most brilliant scientists do their best work during their sleep hours, when they collaborate with highly advanced galactic societies who share their findings with those who are open to it. Of course, this has sometimes ended very badly, as in the premature development of nuclear fission, which was then immediately used to develop monstrously uncontrollable weapons and equally dangerous domestic technologies.
The use of nuclear power to generate electricity is a ridiculously reckless and inefficient method. Were it not for the enormous profits it has generated for a few investors, at the cost of the health of your entire planet, it would not have even been given a second glance. It is only thanks to the enormous subsidies of numerous governments that the plants have even been built. We are preparing to see all these unnecessarily dangerous methods completely replaced with the simple, efficient and clean technologies which will be given to you by your galactic Brothers and Sisters.
The technologies you will be given are far superior to anything currently in development. You will be amazed at the efficiency and ease with which all your homes, office buildings, civic buildings and even stadiums can be cooled, heated and softly lit, without a single drop of fossil fuels, and without producing a single carbon atom's worth of pollution. This is just a small example of the momentous changes that will take place, to literally rescue and reward all the wonderful beings who reside on Gaia, your Mother Earth as you know her.
You, Beloved Earth Ones, have hewn to the path of Ascension, carrying the Light and the message of Love. It is you who have created this glorious moment - you who have lifted your eyes to the Heavens in Faith. You have envisioned the New World. It is thus of your making.
We have taught you that your thoughts, combined with the energy of your hearts, create Reality. You have learned to manifest those thoughts with great clarity. When you focus on the vision of your hearts, powered by your great will, you are able to make wonderful things happen.
This is what you have done. Together, you have focused on Abundance. You have envisioned new housing for those who have lived in poverty, clean water for the people of the Earth who need it, food for the hungry, schools and loving teachers for the children who are starving for real knowledge, healing for the sick, and above all, peace on Earth.
So it shall be. It is an auspicious time on Earth. It is the first day of the zodiac sign of Aquarius, the celebration of Martin Luther King Day in the United States, and as the Chinese New Year approaches, the Year of the Horse becomes the new symbol - that of strength, exuberance and compassion. It will be a year of enormous spiritual growth, expansion and Ascension for the entire planet.
Everyone on the planet - absolutely everyone - will experience the good fortune which will now fill all cups to overflowing. Joy will replace fear as the predominant emotion. Random acts of kindness will become the norm rather than newsworthy exceptions.
Open your hearts, Beloved Ones. There are no more questions that need to be answered about when and how these changes will take place. They have already begun. You have been blessed with a program of prosperity that will be completely inexplicable to the rational thinkers, the practical managers and the unbelievers.
We are here, your Guides and Ascended Masters, and we are bringing to Planet Earth the most powerful force in the Universe: Love. Awaken to the Truth that you will never again be made to suffer by forces outside your control. Now, as you read this, humane political and social systems are being instituted across the globe.
We now await the proper timing for the further announcements to be made, which you have called Disclosure - the revelation that you are not alone in the Universe, and that your neighbors are friendly - once all the cabal and its minions have been subdued and/or dispersed. What follows will be spectacular, astonishing even for those of you who have followed these messages for years.
Your minds will experience such information overload that only those with open hearts will be able to grasp the Truth of what is happening, for so many of the things you thought you knew were deliberately distorted. All the news that is coming is good news. The revelations will make your hearts sing.
I am overjoyed to be able to tell you this, at long last.
Look around you. The colors are brighter, people's faces are younger, and all worry and care are evaporating like the morning dew.

I have blogged and touched upon “expectation” in earlier blogs but now I revisit this at this time under guidance. For the old 3d earth is now pulling out all stops to try to slow down a process that cannot be stopped.
The old 3d earth frequencies now barely able to function albeit at a personal level within the human vehicle many are still running the old frequencies.
It is vital to become more consciously aware of how you are projecting these frequencies out into the world. At this time many are attempting to place pressure and “expectation” on those closest to them, this is not TRUTH and is therefore not supported in the New Earth.
Often this can be FELT and when it is FELT can be detached from but what may blind you is the reciprocal expectation that YOU are attempting to place on the other person.
I am having various lessons from my SOUL at this time in relation to aspects of my own personal life. Expectation has been shown to me over and over again. I had a friend stay with me for a few days and this lesson was intense for both of us.
The expectation that was worked with was a linear time frame of events and my holding of a space in order for events to happen. As with all expectations that are attempting to be placed upon me I detach fully from them.
This usually has the effect of creating much drama, the more that someone tries to place an expectation on me the more I detach and remain neutral. Any drama that then arises I attempt to detach from but some arise instantly.
It was the case this time with this particular friend who chose to leave rather than face the expectation and explore it more fully.
It was explained to me after we parted ways that the expectation was such that I had let this person down and caused drama to unfold in their life that was beyond what was already there.
In TRUTH I simply detached from the expectations of someone around me. Everything else that occurred came out of the fear that was running through them.
They could not make me comply so they tried to place more pressure on me trying to push me in frequency to a level they were comfortable with.
This negated how I felt, I need to continually RAISE my frequency and any attempts at lowering do not sit with me as I can FEEL the residue of the old 3d earth.
This is a teaching that many are playing with at this time, emotional manipulation of others is ENCOURAGED within the old 3d earth paradigms, it is TAUGHT as a way of Being and is NOT TRUTH.
For me personally this has led to me living a life that is anything other than what can be described as “normal”. I have stated over and over that I AM who I AM and many have attempted to play with this.
I can FEEL to deep levels and I take guidance at all times from my SOUL, therefore any emotional manipulation works to place me further away from anyone who attempts it and ALL attempt it at some point.
Many of you may be working with this just now. Emotional manipulation and expectation go hand in hand, it is often TAUGHT that you somehow “owe” someone in your life in some emotional way and this is NOT TRUTH.
Families are held together by this teaching, all blind to the running of it, relationships on all levels are created from this teaching and this is now beginning to break down for it is not TRUTH and works to persuade you to give your power away.
If you are under the expectation that you NEED others around you to accept who you are then you are giving your power away.
If you are under the expectation that life will somehow just transform around you with no input from yourself whatsoever then you are giving your power away.
If you place expectation upon ANYONE around you then you are attempting to anchor this teaching deeply within them. Some will accept this teaching and some will not.
For those who do not but are not consciously aware of their SOULs decision to dissolve this teaching this will see much drama unfold in your waking life.
Drama IS ALWAYS a sign that a teaching is playing out and is blinding you.
At this moment in my personal life there is a particular drama that is playing out and has been for some time, I am more than aware of the teaching but the other person is perhaps not, it is running blind within them and until they dissolve it then there is nothing more than I can do other than stand in balance and continue to pour the LOVE that IS through the entire situation.
Again the teaching of expectation attempts to blind me at times, attempts to persuade me to interact with the drama which in TRUTH would only seek to blind BOTH of us to what is playing out.
So I stand in FAITH and TRUST of my SOUL and my guidance and continually work to come back into balance as the energies around me, through me and within me shift.
At some level I realise that I have reached another level of bandwidth (see yesterdays blog part 1 -3) as the feeling of being slightly “lost” on one level has arisen. I have managed to dissolve the teaching that sought to teach me that if I move again in frequency then I “leave behind” a person who I love deeply.
This is not TRUTH for LOVE JUST IS and I AM.
Therefore ONLY by raising my frequency can I allow myself to anchor the bigger picture and understand the reasons my SOUL has chosen to walk in this particular direction.
It is vital to understand that expectation is tightly linked and meshed with the linear concept. You “expect” a situation to unfold in a certain linear way, when it does not then frustration arises and the blindfold descends.
Only by moving fully into the heart and stepping OUT of linear and expectation can you begin to work to dissolve this teaching.
Again a useful phrase to help you at any time you feel blind is this “if ALL JUST IS, what is it that I BELIEVE to be true that is showing me the situation the way it is being presented?”
If you do not challenge and just feed the drama then the blindfold gets thicker.
It is not always about illuminating it for the other person, in the case of my friend who chose a particular course of action open to them, the choice was theirs, perhaps they expected me to persuade them otherwise, that is NOT my role and not a role that I will ever take.
The responsibility for your actions rests with you at all times. It was also telling that they chose to write to me to explain their anger with me rather than talk to me at the time the anger presented itself.
The New Earth will now begin to blossom fully but it will challenge ALL teachings that arise from the old 3d earth paradigms.
As the chaos now begins to build and drama begins to unfold at a WORLD level I would guide you to challenge the drama, do not simply interact with it, if drama has arisen for you personally at this time step back and look beneath it.
For it is being fueled by a fear, that may disguise itself as anger, for ALL anger is fear. Whether it be fear or losing someone, fear of leaving, fear of not being good enough etc but it is all fear.
That is the one emotion that was TAUGHT repeatedly in the old 3d earth. To have a life free of fear you must first of all turn around and look at it.
Much like a bully in the playground when they are challenged the fear will back down. It may sound like it means business but it has no bite as such.
Working to pour the LOVE that IS through everything will help RAISE your frequency, the LOVE that IS is the highest vibration that exists.
LOVE IS the answer, no matter the question. The challenge is to let go and LOVE and take expectation out of everything, LOVE JUST IS and ALL ARE.

12 Practical Steps for Learning to Go With the Flow

. No matter how much structure we create in our lives, no matter how many good habits we build, there will always be things that we cannot control - and if we let them, these things can be a huge source of anger, frustration and stress. The simple solution: learn to go with the flow.

For example, let’s say you’ve created the perfect peaceful morning routine. You’ve structured your mornings so that you do things that bring you calm and happiness.
And then a water pipe bursts in your bathroom and you spend a stressful morning trying to clean up the mess and get the pipe fixed.
You get angry. You are disappointed, because you didn’t get to do your morning routine. You are stressed from all these changes to what you’re used to. It ruins your day because you are frustrated for the rest of the day.
Not the best way to handle things, is it? And yet if we are honest, most of us have problems like this, with things that disrupt how we like things, with people who change what we are used to, with life when it doesn’t go the way we want it to go.
Go with the flow. What is going with the flow? It’s rolling with the punches. It’s accepting change without getting angry or frustrated. It’s taking what life gives you, rather than trying to mold life to be exactly as you want it to be.

A reader recently asked me to write more about going with the flow, so this is my attempt to share some of the things that work for me. As always, I don’t have any claims to perfection, and I’m learning as I improve, but the tips below should help anyone.
1. Realize that you can’t control everything. I think we all know this at some level, but the way we think and act and feel many times contradicts this basic truth. We don’t control the universe, and yet we seem to wish we could. All the wishful thinking won’t make it so.
You can’t even control everything within your own little sphere of influence - you can influence things, but many things are simply out of your control. In the example above, you can control your morning routine, but there will be things that happen from time to time (someone’s sick, accident happens, phone call comes at 5 a.m. that disrupts things, etc.) that will make you break your routine.
First step is realizing that these things will happen. Not might happen, but will. There are things that we cannot control that will affect every aspect of our lives, and we must must must accept that, or we will constantly be frustrated. Meditate on this for awhile.
2. Become aware. I’ve mentioned this step in previous articles on other topics, but that’s because it’s extremely important. You can’t change things in your head if you’re not aware of them. You have to become an observer of your thoughts, a self-examiner.
Be aware that you’re becoming upset, so that you can do something about it. It helps to keep tally marks in a little notebook for a week - every time you get upset, put a little tally. That’s all - just keep tally. And soon, because of that little act, you will become more aware of your anger and frustration.
3. Breathe. When you feel yourself getting angry or frustrated, take a deep breath. Take a few. This is an important step that allows you to calm down and do the rest of the things on this list. Practice this by itself and you’ll have come a long way already.
4. Get perspective. This always helps me. I get angry over something happening - my car breaks down, my kids ruin my microwave - and then I take a deep breath, and take a step back.
You know how you’re watching a movie and the camera zooms away and you can see much more of the world on the screen than you could before? How it goes from closeup to a larger, panoramic view of things?
That’s what happens in my mind’s eye. I start to zoom away, until I’m pretty far away from things. Then whatever happened doesn’t seem so important.
A week from now, a year from now, this little incident won’t matter a single whit. No one will care, not even you. So why get upset about it? Just let it go, and soon it won’t be a big deal.
5. Practice. It’s important to realize that, just like when you learn any skill, you probably won’t be good at this at first. Who is good when they are first learning to write, or read, or drive?
No one I know. Skills come with practice. So when you first learn to go with the flow, you will mess up. You will stumble and fall. That’s OK - it’s part of the process. Just keep practicing, and you’ll get the hang of it.
6. Baby steps. Along the same lines, take things in small steps. Don’t try to become that Zen Master mentioned above overnight. Don’t try to bite off huge chunks - just bite off something small at first.
So make your first attempts to go with the flow small ones: focus on the tally marks (mentioned above) first. Then focus on breathing.
Then try to get perspective after you breathe. And you might try the easier situations first - if your work problems are easier to accept than your frustrations with your kids, for example, start with work.
7. Laugh. It helps me to see things as funny, rather than frustrating. Car broke down in the middle of traffic and I have no cell phone or spare tire? Laugh at my own incompetence. Laugh at the absurdity of the situation. That requires a certain amount of detachment - you can laugh at the situation if you’re above it, but not within it.
And that detachment is a good thing. If you can learn to laugh at things, you’ve come a long way. Try laughing even if you don’t think it’s funny - it will most likely become funny.
8. Keep a journal. This is one of the best uses of a journal actually. Once a day, try to recall what all your tally marks were for - and then write about those situations. Why did you get upset? What did you try to do?
Did it work, and if not, why not? What can you do next time? This kind of recollection and examination, after the fact, will help you learn from the process.
9. Meditate. If you aren’t good at keeping a journal, at least do a daily review in your head. Do some meditation, or have a bath, or a cup of hot tea, and as you’re de-stressing, go over your day and examine it.
Don’t get frustrated - you’re learning. Do some deep breathing, and then go over each situation, trying to see it as a detached observer. This kind of review will help you improve in the learning process.
10. Realize that you can’t control others. Ah, one of the biggest challenges. We get frustrated with other people, because they don’t act the way we want them to act. Maybe it’s our kids, maybe it’s our spouse or significant other, maybe it’s our coworker or boss, maybe it’s our mom or best friend.
But we have to realize that they are acting according to their personality, according to what they feel is right, and they are not going to do what we want all of the time.
And we have to accept that. Accept that we can’t control them, accept them for who they are, accept the things they do. It’s not easy, but again, it takes practice.
11. Accept change and imperfection. When we get things the way we like them, we usually don’t want them to change. But they will change. It’s a fact of life. We cannot keep things the way we want them to be … instead, it’s better to learn to accept things as they are.
Accept that the world is constantly changing, and we are a part of that change. Also, instead of wanting things to be “perfect” (and what is perfect anyway?), we should accept that they will never be perfect, and we must accept good instead.
12. Enjoy life as a flow of change, chaos and beauty. Remember when I asked what “perfect” is, in the paragraph above? It’s actually a very interesting question. Does perfect mean the ideal life and world that we have in our heads? Do we have an ideal that we try to make the world conform to?
Because that will likely never happen. Instead, try seeing the world as perfect the way it is. It’s messy, chaotic, painful, sad, dirty … and completely perfect.
The world is beautiful, just as it is. Life is not something static, but a flow of change, never staying the same, always getting messier and more chaotic, always beautiful. There is beauty in everything around us, if we look at it as perfect.

Dear and beloved hearts, what a pleasure it is to be with you once again today.
I invite you to take a moment to feel my love for you, for I am overflowing in LOVE for and with you always, and cherish each and every one of you most deeply.
It would be my utmost delight to be able to share more of this with you as you turn your attention to receiving it, for that is how we grow most beautifully together, and it is my deepest joy.
Dear hearts, your uniqueness is what I come to speak with you about today, for in my cherishing and loving of you, it is also my joy to assist and support you in your remembering and discovering of yourselves, in ever-expanding and more delightful ways.
We have spoken before about fields of energy.
Beloveds, as many of you are aware, each thing or being that exists has its own signature vibration or frequency, which is made up of that spark-of-divinity's own unique resonance with the fields of energy that it creates with, or create it, for really this is one and the same thing...*smile*.
For the purposes of this message today, we could think of each unique essence as resonating with, or being made up of, certain qualities.
For example, you could see what you know of as the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine as being that which carries half of all the qualities or tones of All-That-Is, imbuing each thing of creation with its own perfect balance of the two, in perfect alchemy, always in perfect uniqueness and perfectly new expression.
You see this simply in the human example of men and women.
And this example also provides the wondrous complexity of possibilities within this concept, for as you are all very aware, although you recognise the concepts of man and woman, male and female, in a general fashion, you also recognise that within these general distinctions, each person is their own unique combination of these qualities, in infinite variety, even simply in their physical human form.
This is not even bringing into account their other lifestreams, or their cosmic lineage! *Laughs* Do you see, dear ones, how wondrously complex the simplicity of LOVE truly is...?
And this is why we wanted to focus specifically upon you today, beloveds, because the sheer vastness of any level of experience you choose to focus upon can sometimes be a little overwhelming, to say the least (smile), and so we wish to offer you a gentler, simpler way to notice your own essential essence, as it is already so very present in your lives.
Dear hearts, our suggestion is this: that which is most deeply familiar and comfortable to you is your guide to your own unique essence.
We smile as we impart this, for we know this will have many a mind scratching its head in confusion: 'What? But surely we need to be looking for what is new?
Surely we are not meant to look for comfort, but instead continue to head for joy and excitement and more more more!' *Laughs* Oh YES, my dearest ones! In this you are so right, in whatever ways feel most joyful for you.
And yet, what makes this most easy and most graceful, is to know the platform, the base from which you launch into the new in every moment, and that, dear hearts, is YOU. Your essence, your LOVE, your uniqueness.
And at this point we would like to clarify just how masterful you have become, dear hearts, for indeed along this pathway of ascension you have been guided away from that which is comfortable and familiar, to your human minds.
This is an important distinction, for your minds - and their restrictions - have been running your show. Until a certain point, it has been so very necessary to step away from the ingrained habits and restrictions a controlling ego - as you might see it - wishes to exert through fear upon you.
This has been most perfect in its unfolding, my beloveds, for this has been always your choice, and you have grown immeasurably from that experience.
You have all diligently stepped away from that which was restrictively familiarly, safely comfortable in that format, and have freed yourself from that which kept you trapped in energies small enough for those wounded and terrified parts of you to control.
This you have done, and this is why we wished to emphasise how strong and free you really are now, beloveds, for us to begin to talk to you of familiarity and comfort in this particular way. You truly are free to explore now, dear ones! We wish to assist you in doing so.
We would like to use this lovely scribe's experience as an example to you, for she has been giving this topic much thought and exploration in her own way, which is why she is able to communicate this message to you now in this form.
At the equinox last year, she began to consciously remember her own angelic lineage. This opened up to her very easily and quickly, and was intensely familiar to her, feeling like home in ways that suddenly made sense of many things that had previously felt unclear.
This experience opened her mind up to greater understandings about what it meant to be angelic, which was confirmed to her through her community and information she came across in a myriad of ways.
She began to think about the qualities of being angelic, and how these qualities, that felt so much like home to her, within her, had informed her experiences on this planet in this lifetime particularly, and this began to help her embrace the feeling of her own presence and purpose on this planet now.
For her own sense of growing familiarity and understanding helped her to consciously begin to recognise the essence of LOVE that she brings, expresses and makes available here, and this confidence and understanding helped her to love and appreciate her own uniqueness, and to explore it, with more and more joy.
Truly this is a beautiful process, dear ones, which is why it gives us so much joy to be a part of this expansion with you, and assist you in each of your beautiful expressions.
Indeed, her exploration and opening to this is what enabled this lovely scribe to open to working with me in thisway, for - as she has been discovering - she is very aligned with the softer aspects of the angelic expression; that which you might think of as feminine.
Qualities such as devotion, compassion, passion, adoration, delight, cherishing, beauty, harmony, peace, exquisite sensitivity and softness; these are all qualities that the angelic realm delights in expressing, creating and expanding with and through.
And through understanding this, and recognising this in her own ways of expressing, this scribe began to give herself deeper permission to simply BE these qualities in her own way, without striving to change them to fit anything other than her own sense of self.
Rather, this permission allowed her to relax and open to her own deepening remembrance of self-love, and how these qualities wished to be expressed through her, as her own unique beauty and presence.
Dear ones, we use this example because it was the familiarity of these qualities, as they were brought to this lovely scribe's conscious attention, which enabled her to begin to explore and expand more of her own core essence, and merge with more of her unique LOVE self within her own body and mind.
For when you give yourself permission to recognise that which is familiar to you in this way; that which feels like home, that which flows within you as if it were the most normal thing in the world, that which is like the joy of recognition embodied; that is when you open more fully to your own essence, and indeed can begin to gain access to deeper understandings of your cosmic lineage and your deeper purpose and intention for this focus on Gaia right now.
And this is always an ongoing process, beloveds, of course! And, dear hearts, each of your journeys and explorations is as unique as yourselves, of course!
Even if you are also angelic, your experience may well come through many different qualities and tones, even if you resonate with this scribe's experiences closely in many ways.
That is the wonder of LOVE in its myriad tones and colours, and we marvel in the beauty of each of you as you remember and expand simultaneously. Oh what wonders you are!
For recognise that, as you come to know yourselves more deeply, you are also coming to know yourselves anew, in each moment, in the fullness of your growing experience, as your remembrance adds to your conscious exploration of YOU, now.
And this is why we are so excited to make this experience more accessible to you, dear hearts, for really, as you consciously come to know your own essence, and knowingly begin to express it with more ease and delight, the universe that is YOU brings that essence reflected back to you in so many and varied ways for you to love!

So we ask you to consider this: when you think of yourself, in peace and in love, what qualities do you feel most deeply resonant with? What themes have run through your earthly life that have been present with you from the very beginning, as far as you can remember?
Have you always been intensely sensitive? Shy? Bright and sparkly? Tremendously active? Studious?
Consider, as these qualities or senses present themselves to you, the ways in which you most delight in expressing yourself in these areas?
How do you most like to express your joy? What is it you treasure most within your sensitivities and how you use them? What is it in these qualities which whispers to you of that which you love most about yourself?
Dear hearts, we offer here one lovely path of potential into the treasure chest of YOU. It is that which is most freely, joyfully and deeply lovely and abundant to you that holds the key to your essential nature.
Each of you has gathered such a deep alchemy of LOVE as you have explored and expanded in ways you have not yet remembered, as well as those you have, and you continue to do so as you shine on in this journey of awakening.
And yet, as you begin to know deeply of that which is at your core, that which informs your every moment with that which is uniquely and preciously - and most deeply - yours, you begin to awaken your deepest and most ardent abundance of passion and excitement; your own LOVE for you, the ultimate homecoming that informs your every moment of growth in LOVE. How exquisitely expansive! Or how amazing to experience your passionate, action-orientated self, who is always naturally wanting to explore explore explore the planet, learning to pay exquisitely soft attention to a dear loved one by listening devotedly with your full self, and delighting in that new and varied sensation! Oh we smile, dear hearts, because this is all so expansive. And we could give so many examples. Because by deepening your knowing of yourself, you open to the true adventure of taking your essential qualities and applying them in new ways, even in simply new versions of familiar ways!
By finding your own comfort and familiarity in your deepest self, you give permission to adventure with YOU, as YOU. By loving that which makes you up and deciding to expand upon it in your own beautiful fashion. THIS is the adventure, dear ones!
THIS is the reason LOVE loves to exist! Oh yes, indeed. Loving more and more and more of YOU, and finding new ways to love yourselves MORE.

A Message and Gift from Adama Channeler: Selene Aswell
Hello friends, this is Selene Speaking:
I am a channel and one of my joys is helping people to connect directly with Adama of Telos.
This new year, I felt inspired to offer IM chats where people can chat with Adama through me, as a support for stepping forward in life!
This has been really a wonderful experience, with truly magical experiences and uplifting messages of love. The response has been so great that I have decided to add Chats with Adama as a more permanent offering.
One of the things that I've noticed though, as a general trend, is that people often dis-empower themselves-- always seeking outside approval and confirmation of their choices.
This is kind of heartbreaking to witness, particularly because I remember doing that so frequently not too long ago, I STILL do it, even with years and years of encouragement from friends, the Ascended Masters, and the Archangels.
So, I asked for help from Adama, help to help everyone really connect with their Divine Light and Godself. In response, Adama inspired me to make this karma clearing video (Clearing the Fear of Success.

These empowerments will come through me once a week, beginning in February. They will include karma clearing, a blessing from the Heart of Telos, attuning you to the frequency of the Realized Potential of the Enlightened Human Being, and an activation.
Each empowerment will be focused on a specific topic. I'm really excited about these energies as I feel that they will help everyone who receives them at a more profound level.
What I mean is--- my ultimate goal as a channel is to help you until you no longer need my help. It is my dream that all my clients eventually no longer need me.
By receiving these empowerments, we will be creating transformative changes within ourselves, making it easier to access our own inner wisdom, our own connections to the Masters, and our ABILITIES to see and interact with them.
By connecting with our Godselves more directly, everything will shift into alignment with the true intention for life on Earth as a human. Divine, Joyful, Abundant Living.

I am surrounding you with my love. You can imagine that I am placing you into my heart, that I am wrapping you in my heart light, like a warm blanket, or a gentle embrace. I love you.
Because I love you so much, I have dedicated my life to service. I have opened my arms, everyday, to embrace all of humanity, for longer than history remembers.
Love is a transformative force, it is the force of life, the blood of life, the divine essence which sparked all of Creation. This is something very beautiful to say, but even more unspeakably beautiful to experience as true.
It is my dream to serve you as you remember yourself. As you awaken once again to your true heart's self, your godself, your Soul Self, your higherself.
I want you to imagine, not that you have to go anywhere, do anything, or be anything that you are not, right now, but that you can simply be-- all that you are, without effort.
With your permission, I would like to reach out to you, across time and space, whenever you read this, however often you read this.
I would like to very gently touch a fingertip to your solar plexus, your place of self knowing and self embodying, that place which is the engine within you, supplying you with the strength and determination and presence to be what you truly are.
I would like to transmit a blessing from the Heart of Telos to your Solar Plexus. This will activate those parts of your solar plexus which currently have been sleeping.
It will cause a major shift in you, which you will experience unfolding in your life and sense of beingness. It will help you to meditate more profoundly and to explore your Soul Mission more accurately (with focus, precision, and joy.)
If you choose to receive this touch, this blessing, just say to me, "Yes!!" and then breathe, breathe, breathe, until you feel it is complete.
Then, get to work my friend! Find a paper and write or draw your dreams, your goals, your hopes and aspirations for life, for beingness, for humanity, for Gaia.
Find a friend and hug her, touch a tree and dance dance dance in the wind. Whatever you do doesn't matter so much, just that you step into motion, drawing inspiration from your solar plexus.
The key is not to force anything, but to allow the energies of yourself to unfold into joyful, vibrant, living. I AM Adama and please remember that you can speak to me directly, anytime, and I will always respond.

Your chakra system is your gateway to and expression of the Creator’s universe, it is your source of spiritual and energetic nurturance and enables a constant flow of the Creator’s light to support your continued existence in oneness with the Creator.
All aspects of your chakra system are continuously altering and evolving, even their purpose can change as the vibration of energy within and around you heightens.
Your chakras are personal to you and act as a personal connection and expression of the Creator through your being.
Sometimes when you experience blockages in certain chakras this symbolises the area in which your connection with the Creator needs to be contemplated and enhanced.
For example, if you have a blockage in your heart chakra then it may be that you have issues with connecting with, receiving or expressing the love of the Creator so there is a need to connect consciously into the chakra to decipher that which the chakra wishes to share with you concerning your connection with the Creator.
Remember that your greatest purpose upon the Earth is to express and radiate the purest vibration of the Creator’s light, love and consciousness. Anything that is hindering you in doing so is asking you to glimpse an aspect of the Creator that you may not be familiar with or may be fearful of because of past circumstances.
You then are presented with the most precious gift, a new focus and understanding of the Creator and a new pathway to gain a deeper unity with the Creator.
Your chakra systems are akin to energy gateways, pumps, distributors and collectors, they are tools in which you can anchor the vibrations of the Creator upon many energetic and physical levels of your being.
Therefore preserving their purity and strength is essential if you are focused upon embodying your soul and the vibrations of the Creator.
Each day you can invoke the purification, cleansing and strengthening concentrated light of the Archangels to flow through your chakra system to maintain and preserve the purity of your chakras and therefore retain a high vibration of light within your entire being.
‘I invoke Archangel Michael to oversee the cleansing and purification of my entire chakra system. I ask to receive the concentrated light of the Archangels focused upon the purification, cleansing and strengthening of my entire chakra system.

Imagine that I, Archangel Michael, stand behind you orchestrating and instructing the concentrated light of the Archangels to be absorbed and to flow throughout your chakra system.
As you experience the deep purification process let yourself focus upon your breathing, as relaxing the body will allow for any shifts to take place with greater ease.
When you are ready allow yourself to focus upon your soul light which can often emerge from your heart chakra.
As you allow your soul light to radiate throughout your chakras notice how empowered, expressive and expansive your chakras and their expression are.
With your focus upon your spiritual evolvement and awakening the truth of the Creator within your being your chakra systems and their purposes are constantly evolving, even the colours and sound frequency of the chakras can alter considerably even from day to day.
Your chakras constantly update their energies as new shifts in energy and consciousness are obtained within your being but also by humanity and the universe.
It is at this time that I wish to make you aware of the shifts and updating that is occurring within your chakras so that you may be conscious and attune to the process taking place.
At this time the Archangels have been given permission to oversee, assist and inspire many new activations for souls upon the Earth.
The Archangels are accepting this responsibility so that many Ascended Masters upon the inner planes can work on a more general level re-attuning the Earth and the universe of the Creator as one.
The Earth and the universe have always been connected but the Ascended Masters are being guided to create new pathways of light from the Earth to the inner planes and universe of the Creator due to the speed at which humanity is evolving.
In the past when Ascended Master’s ascended they discarded their physical body, moving into their light body they travelled into other dimensions and the inner planes to continue their journey of growth.
In doing so they created pathways of light likened to tunnels that assisted more and more people to ascend from the Earth.
It can be likened to a new road being built. The more pathways that the Ascended Masters created the easier it was for others to raise their vibrations and achieve the same, they allowed for higher vibrations of light to be channelled into the Earth but they also assist in creating areas of high vibrational light upon the Earth that would inspire others and allow for a space to be accessed that already had a strong attunement to the Creator thus making the shift of ascension easier.
It is the same when you meditate in the same room for a long period of time, the room and its surroundings hold a high vibration and so if people enter the space who have never meditated before they will be supported to do so by the energy created.
Due to the ascension process of souls evolving and many souls being able to remain in their physical bodies after ascension the process and demands of ascension have altered meaning that many of the pathways created by the Ascended Masters are no longer needed.
Now from the inner planes the Ascended Masters are creating new pathways of light from the Earth into the universe of the Creator.Not only does this mean that higher vibrations of light are able to penetrate the Earth and your being, it also signifies that there will be sacred spaces upon the Earth or energy consciousness that can be accessed to support the new process of ascension and attunement with the Creator.
While the Ascended Masters are achieving this, we the Angelic kingdom are inspiring and overseeing the activations of light within your being.
This is why we ask you to be consciously aware of the updates occurring within your chakra system.
Golden petal like energies are forming from the hearts of the Archangels born from a vibration of freedom of love.These golden petal like energies coil themselves into a funnel shape as they connect with each of your chakras, entering into your chakras with the smallest part of the funnel first.
It is as if the golden petal like energies have umbilical cords connecting them to the hearts of the Archangels.
As the golden petal of a funnel shape anchors into one of your chakras, it begins to draw and pour a great volume of light from the hearts of the Archangels into that chakra thus updating the chakra with consciousness, pure angelic vibrations of love and a freedom that can only be born from supreme and pure love.
This is a process that you can allow to occur during meditation simultaneously to all of your chakras.
You may then experience that each of your chakras becomes or holds the vibration of the angelic kingdom, with the consciousness of selfless love and service and unconditional love this may cause a deep and powerful opening and expansion of your chakras allowing the light of the Creator to pour with great abundance throughout your being, flooding your entire being with light.
Not only will this raise the vibration of your chakras but it will also activate a deep remembrance of being of service with and from a space of love allowing you to integrate this vibration throughout your entire being and reality.
Updating your chakra system is focused upon allowing you to experience the Creator more fully within your reality.
While it assists to be conscious of the process there isn’t a need to fully understand the process as this is different to being aware.
You may wish to use the invocation below to support your conscious acceptance of this updating process of your chakras.
‘I invoke Archangel Michael and all the Archangels to surround me completely as I gain a meditative state of being.
Please protect and oversee my process at all times. I call upon the light of the Archangels to penetrate my being and chakra systems, let the golden petal like energies from the heart chakras of the Archangels anchor into my chakras simultaneously like funnels of golden light.
I allow for the light and consciousness of selfless love and service and unconditional love from the Archangels to pour into my chakras allowing for a deep expansion and experiences of freedom born from love to be sensed and accepted within my chakra system and entire being.
