Hello guys,

Have you noticed there were no messages posted from Jose Contreras Buenrostro? He spends a lot of his precious time and energy to keep us posted with excellent information. I intuitively sent a quick message to him yesterday to see how he was doing and he answered he was in the hospital having surgery. That's all he said. I didn't ask why or anything so I don't know. But I wanted everybody to know so we could all send him lots of love and light. I want him to know that his posts are missed and we look forward to hearing from him again very quickly, because we know he'll be feeling great in no time and will experience being better than new!
