Ok on this one instance I will listen to what Poofness has to say.

There's really nothing I can add to this message posted on rumormillnews, except to add a little clarity. Don't get hung up on terminology. I've heard so many different words to describe something with these programs, you would need a glossary of terms, to get to the point. I have learned sometime ago, they have had to alter plans many times over the years to get this overwith, this is probably 'plan z .547'. Just don't be thrown off by the uncommon approach of your delivery. People have had to become quite creative out of necessity. Some of these folks have been involved longer than people have even been in these programs.
When an action this huge goes on the move, since there's many moving parts, things are done sequentially. One action leads to the next, and so forth. Anyone who's been watching the markets knows 'something ain't right'...indicators are moving in the wrong direction, causing one person to burst out, 'that's it, it's all over, the market's gonna crash!' Obama is right, there's no more funny money left to jack the dollar back up. But, that was part of the plan anyhow, kill the frn, has been on the schedule all along. The world is sending signals, hinting about moving to a new system but, how many are paying any attention? Mostly just the bean counters out here, watching the computers.
Very necessary actions took place starting at the beginning of the week, some Historical, even while crap was being thrown at the president. he was right in the middle of the action and not in a bad way. There's things that couldn't even happen without the man's signature and right now, there are some very grateful exiled americans, who will now be able to return to these shores and see home and family. The signal went across the world and only those who were astute, did it have any meaning. He did it on thurs.
This is tier 5 of this process with many levels to it. I have 'counts' about exactly how many programs are being released. ( prosperity programs many light workers invested in and been blocked from access to funds since morning or 911) They aren't all related either and do have their own protocols and amounts being paid. I kept my focus on the 'mother' and that's the one where my intel revolves around. This is also not a roll over program, as I first presented back in 99, even tho CH used to tell everyone that's what this is. 'They' put those words in his mouth to disguise it's true birth place....which would also send people looking in the wrong places. All that was ,before the dragon clans got formally involved, thanks to mr chirac.
Right after the initial programs are dropped, the imf will be released, then the countries' funds will go liquid and folks will be able to start getting some things done that have been held up for years, while the banking wars raged. It's kind of pitiful, so many banks that shot themselves in both feet just because they just could grasp that an era has ended. They were from missouri and it had to be proved to them. It was like rocky telling ghwb, 'you can't beat these people at their own game, which they invented' and him not believing it. So they preceeded to make an example out of him. It goes, that the screaming going on about obama this and obama that, won't sit in my brain because these guys will roll over anyone in their way. What is not grasped in the public is, just what kind of global power is being brought to bear here. They are proving you don't have to drop nukes on people to accomplish something, there are many ways to skin the proverbial cat. But alas, our 'leaders' have taught us bad habits, we have come to think it actually works. You will never hear about when we've pulled stunts somewhere and we came up with a big pile of cow pies on us.
I've only included the message below because there are a lot of people on this list that never saw it. It is quite concise without dropping too much or exposing anyone. What you need to know is, the aftermath of the drops will be followed by a bunch of dominoes, falling nearly right on top of each other and that will be the proverbial hitting the fan. One more thing, anytime someone names off a time of deliveries, forget it! Does the military broadcast the moment, it's making a strike? The only thing you know is the pres gave the go ahead. There's not much different going on here, this is just another kind of strike, and the world will never be the same...I guarantee it.
I wish to thank everyone who has contributed to the cause, it was well needed and accepted. We sit at the edge of the cliff and transport across the chasm is rising to move under our feet, docking procedures are underway. Everything is ready both in the us and across the world and they have gagged folks from letting the moment out anywhere. This is an excellent time to stick close and be ready to be surprised.

============ ========= ========= ==== Yes, our abundance is on its way. The 'key' was activated on Thursday, May 21, 2009, charging the other packs. Because of all of the delays and blockages, the packs are being delivered in an unconventional manner, but, delivered none the same. Deliveries are coming in stages. Stage one of our deliveries will bring much relief to the people of America, will begin the process of unraveling the corp. U.S. in earnest and force the delivery of phase 2 & 3 of the abundance packs.
I can say, with personal knowledge, that the packs are truly incredible and beyond your expectations. A portion of the phase one delivery of the 'key' package was shown to a handful of highly respected 'economists' around lunch yesterday. Their reaction was one of "OMG, I have never seen any thing like this in my life!" I assure you, these packs do indeed contain our freedom and ensures an incredibly bright future for the American People. Please be aware that deliveries do not necessarily begin with a knock at your door. Open thy mind to the ways of the Universe! Again, the 'key' has been charged! You may post this message if you feel it will help, but, please do not post my name and e-mail, for obvious reasons. We have indeed turned the corner in this epic battle due the exhaustive work of all light workers.
Not every one will receive a phase one delivery as they have a specific purpose. Phase one has been an option which has been on the table for some time, to be executed only if and when necessary. It has been decided that the time has come to pull out all the stops! A plan is in the works to bring immediate assistance to those who do not receive phase one packs.
