theannouncement is made, Mark, I wanted to find out, because I heard
itand don't know if it's true or not, that 90% will be taken out
of ourinflation. For example, out here in California, gas is $2.45, then
ifyou take out 90%, it would be about 24¢? Do you have any
information onthat?
Mark:It's a very simple equation. At the end of 30 days, after
ourannouncement, we will have a re-indexing; that is a 1 to 10 ratio
tobring the inflation out of the dollar. This is going to happen all
overthe planet. No one will be disadvantaged. Not only that, instead
ofpaying sales taxes, let's say you are paying a 5% sales tax on
$100,that's $5; when you take that down to $10, now it's only
50¢. Soeveryone automatically is going to have more money, spendable
money intheir pockets, in addition to the fact that we won't have
income taxesas such. We will only have a national sales tax, and that
will only beon non-essential items with medical, food and all of the
essentialsexempt, and all used items will be exempt.

essencewhen you go to a hologram. That means that the holograms are here

Mark:Okay, there are two separate things here. The Wingmakers are of
alldifferent categories. Right now, we have several situations; we
havethree ships over the North Pole; we have three ships over the
Equator,and we have three Wingmaker ships over the South Pole. These
areWingmaker ships, and they are staffed (crewed, if you wish)
byWingmakers, which means they have advanced abilities, 12thdimensional
abilities. We have a friend here that Rama talks toregularly, in town
here, in our cities, who works in advanced physics;let's just call
it that. She is from 175 million years into the future.
She is an Essisami human, which means she is a zeta human hybrid that is
a Wingmaker, which means she fully ascended, a fully 12thdimensional
being. That's what these are. Wingmaker.com is a web sitethat holds
four Dr. Neruda interviews. We have cited those in the pastbecause they
deal with the ACIO (Alien Contact IntelligenceOrganization) and the
Labyrinth group. Labyrinth group which is 38levels above the president,
and this is where Faction 3, the King ofSwords and all of, you might
say, our intelligence comes from, thatlevel. This is why no one else has
this stuff because they are allFaction 1 and Faction 2, all at the level
or below the President.

theythink I'm a nut. I'd like to know if Sananda is going to
come back likehe did look like 2000 years ago or is he going to come
back in an alienform?
Mark:That was the other part of the question you asked before. The
answer tothe question is, first of all, Sananda and Yeshua are not the
sameperson. One is the higher self, if you will; if you want to call
itthat, the higher self. We all have higher selves, and we're going
toreintegrate with them. Right now, for this discussion, since Sananda
isnot, we call him Admiral Sananda and the Ashtar Command, the
hierarchyof this solar system and galaxy and universe. But the truth is
that hecan appear in any form he needs to. There is going to be a
roundtablepanel discussion, if you will, that's going to include
Buddha.
It'sgoing to include all of the great Avatars that each religion
accords anhonor to. They are all going to come together, and they are
going tosay "Hey, we all come from the same source, and we are all
expressingdifferent things in different ages to prepare people for this
moment.Now that this moment is here, we need to tell you, we are all
one. Thiswhole thing that you have been told has been distorted."
Now that doesnot mean that sincere people with an open heart are wrong.
No, that isalways correct. What it means is the teachings, by which they
have beencontrolled and dominated are not.

Mark:They are part of the spiritual hierarchy, that doesn't matter
whichreligion you're talking about, because the spiritual hierarchy
hasalways been a united hierarchy that actually oversees this
universe,and all life and the spiritual progress ion of all life. From
the 100thdimension on down, this has always been true. People are not
going tohave any problem. Let's say you have a favorite; don't
worry they'restill going to be your favorite and it's okay to
have that. The thingis when you realize they are all different aspects
of the same Godhead. That's the thing. There's a bumper sticker
out there that says`God is too big to be limited to any one
religion.'
Thatkind of tells in a funny way that we've got to get over
thesedifferences. As different landing parties look different,
differentlanding parties came from different places at different times.
But theyare all here again, and we are all them. They are not different
thanus. Everyone of us has been in all of those. Matter of fact, as
Taralikes to say, "One of the biggest secrets never told is that we
agreed,in order to resolve the issues between groups, to incarnate into
eachof the 12 tribes". So there were 12 tribes and a lost tribe.
When theyreunite within us, that is to say each of us, as we heal
ourdifferences within ourselves, we bring the 12 crystal skulls
together.That ignites the crystal skull in the center, which is the
13th, and we then become the 13th tribe.
Thishas always been so, and we are going back to that. When we get
done,this is called unity consciousness. It's called the Law of the
One andthe Family of One. That is all up on the agenda so anyone who
isthinking somebody is lesser or somebody is greater, gotta get over it.
Tara: It's also considered the age of the divine Mother returned.
It's called the age of Mahat returned to the planet.
Q: (Queenie) What is your viewpoint on the recent activity in the
Himalayas announced on the radio Sunday night?
Mark:I think that they were talking about . . .; there are several
differentactivities going on. She wasn't specific enough as to the
particularpart. If you go to www.indiadaily.com, you will see lots of
storiesdealing with UFOs in the Himalayas. You have to click on
technology inorder to get there. But when you go there, that's
www.indiadaily.com,you'll find that they have lots of scientific
articles on how the shipshide, how they can see them taking off and
coming out of the earth, andhow the ventricular forms in the sky, where
we called cloudships, arehidden, and how this all happens.
It'sa very interesting thing to pursue. We are going to be thrilled
whenthese kinds of discussions can be had in the open here, among
ourscientists, all of our people. Because until we're talking about
this,as if it were something that is real, we're not going to get
beyond ourdifferences on it. We will get beyond there, because
that's what weare. There's not one of us that is not that.
That's the only thing Ican talk about is that they keep reporting
all of these UFOs going inand out of the area there between India and

Q:Could you over again about the information that the IRS and the
FederalReserve is out of business. The question is how is the IRS still
ableto threaten and attach bank accounts, social security funds, etc?
Tara:The simple answer is the IRS hasn't been doing that; the sub
have beendoing that, called the dark side, ever since 2007 for the IRS.
Rama: They've outsourced themselves to other agencies.
Mark: They hired people like Blackwater.
Tara:That's right and also for the Federal Reserve. The Federal
Reserve hasbeen gone all since then. Yet something was done about all of
thisgraft and stealing and fakery in March. On March 31st atmidnight,
Paul Andrew Mitchell, who had been working on this since1991, and this
is a lawful endeavor since 1991. He declared theDeclaration of
Insolvency lawfully for the Federal Reserve and the IRS.That means they
have been out of business officially, thereforeany kind of actions where
things have been going on since then areunlawful officially and
therefore can be dealt with. Of course, therest of it is in Patrick
Fitzgerald's indictments.
Mark:Since we're now talking about this, you heard the dates that
Obama setfor all of these actions to take place. Without detailing them,
he gavethe whole time frame for it. As this takes place, as these
arrests takeplace, that's all we are waiting for, folks. As these
arrests takeplace, all of the rest of these things are going to happen.
That meansall the illegal actions will be reversed. So, do what you need
to do tostay out of jail and to keep your house if you can. But
understand,either way, it's going to be reversed as soon as we have
ourannouncement. Next question.
Tara:I just wanted to say something pretty exciting. Tom Hanks is on
JonStewart right now. His movie opens on Friday, and it's called
Angelsand Demons. The whole Vatican will be ripped wide open, and
everybodywill see the source of the evil on this planet without the
question ofa doubt.
Q:(Roxy) I was just going to see if anyone had watched the
movie"Knowing" about the crystalline and the different things,
if Tara, Ramaor you have seen that?
Mark:I have seen the movie, and it's forgettable. A lot of people I
knowliked it. It wasn't that I didn't like it or see anything
good in it,it was that it actually contained distortions. Let me tell
yousomething here, in a movie that takes children and separates them
fromtheir parents artificially, when there is a loving relationship
betweenthem; this is not Galactic; this is not Universal Law; this is
not theLaw of the One. This is an arbitrary, think about it; this is
somethingthat creates fear and separation.
That'san Illuminati program. So for that reason, I could not warm up
to themovie. There were parts of it that were good, but they kept
emphasizingover and over again; they used patterns of behavior that were
actuallypathologic. They didn't use good examples. They didn't
use, if you sawthe Last Mimsi, you see the difference. Here were the
children andparents coming lovingly together and uniting their futures.
That's whatwe are doing here now. That's what the Crystals, the
Indigos and theRainbow and all of the other new kids are doing.
They're not creatingseparation between parents and families and
Galactics and Humans.
Thatis all Illuminati. If you hadn't have asked, I wouldn't have
said it.But I got to tell the truth and that's the difference.
That's what Ihave against it. It's entertainment – okay, go.
You might find someenjoyment in it, but frankly it left me cold on the
key essentialhear-related, spirit-related truth. We are not interested
intechnology. What we're interested in is the heart, the spirit and
thesoul progression, because we're all ascending, and that's
what we are.
