Portia:

It is a pleasure for me to begin a new relationship with you, dear Readers.  I will have some things to tell you that you will find astonishing, perhaps, thought-provoking, certainly, and refreshing, I hope.

Perhaps the term Manifesto sounds a bit pretentious, but I assure you this is not my concept alone.  All the Company of Heaven has been aware for some time that we need to talk with you about the rising Divine Feminine Power, as the New Golden Age begins.  It is time for all of us to begin to talk about these things in a way that will create a new paradigm, a new way of looking at what it means to be feminine, or masculine, and how these concepts will change in the New Earth.

Yes, I said "concepts," in referring to the male and female gender, because like all the other structures and institutions in your world, the differences between male and female have been largely determined and held in place by tradition.

Do not imagine that I am denying the obvious.  Of course, there are physical and some corollary emotional differences between men and women, but we are far more similar than we are different.  In the Company of Heaven as we are working with you, we acknowledge this by presenting ourselves to you as either male or female, but with each other as we move into higher dimensions, we transmute ourselves into Lightbodies of neutral or combined energies.  The distinctions are not apparent and are not necessary as we move to higher vibrations, far from the duality you have experienced here on Earth.

I give you this picture as a backdrop for our discussion about changing life on Earth, and what you have to look forward to, now that your last round of incarnations in lower dimensions is finished here on Earth.

First, let's start with the attitudes and beliefs that have held men and women apart for hundreds of years. It has been standard fare for both genders to fee separate and very different, and the "truths" that were perpetrated increased the distance until it became "The War of the Sexes."  You will be familiar with many of the old disparaging comments that men and women turned on each other.  I will repeat some of them here to remind you of what we are leaving behind, and to illustrate how far you have already come toward harmony.

Some of the most powerfully belittling comments are those which slip by in conversation - small innuendos that accumulate in the subconscious of the one who is the target of disparagement.  For instance, consider the emotional impact of hearing the term "women drivers!" or being called "Honey" by the auto repairman.  As recently as the 1960's many appliance and department stores would not sell a large appliance to a woman alone, without her husband, who was expected to make all decisions about such things, whether he knew anything about it or not.  In positions of power in politics and industry, women are still a small minority.

Most people who lived through the Women's Movement are very familiar with the toxic effects on girls and women of having been seen as "the weaker sex."  But have we truly considered the opposite side of the coin?  It is time to do the same careful analysis of our language and our patterns of behavior toward men as we have done for women.

Remember the Victorian upper class system of education which permitted only "the gentler arts" for a girl's deliberately limited education.  This tendency to believe that girls couldn't do math, or that women could not be trusted to run a business or to be a political leader, and that they should not "bother their pretty little heads" with worldly things has pervaded the brief system on the planet for thousands of years.

Any system which diminishes one class of people by elevating another has within it a rotten core, a dark heart of anger, sadness and revenge.  It could not have been otherwise for women who suffered unending humiliation and disparagement.  Even when a girl was immersed in a male-dominated culture from birth, and never experienced nothing else, she could not help but feel the sting of knowing in her heart that something was not right, even if she did not know how to fight back. 

It has not been fully acknowledged by either men or women that the damage done to an "underdog" or a "minority" will inevitably create simmering feelings of resentment and even hatred toward the oppressor.  And so it did.  The thousands of years of oppression tended to make women bitter, in spite of feeling awe and attraction toward the men in their lives. When a person lives with anger and hurt that cannot be expressed or redressed, it creates a tremendous challenge to remain loving and kind. 

Women did not simply suffer in silence for thousands of years until the suffrage movement came along.  They took matters into their own hands, banded together and found solace by talking amongst themselves about the "enemy" that controlled their lives. As the oppression which had begun because of the disparity in physical strength between men and women evolved into economic dependency, the disparity became even more pervasive.  Men went out to work, and women stayed home and talked to each other at every opportunity.  And so, a secret society was born:  The Cult of Feminine Power.

Like other cults, the hidden purpose was to "even the score," find allies in the campaign to gain psychological ascendency, to rebalance the scales. Inequality is felt as inferiority vs superiority, and no one wants to remain in the inferior position, and so new strategies must be developed.  Fueled by the resentment of thousands of years, neither side could truly envision equality, and so women resorted to gaining the upper hand in whatever areas were left for them to exercise their power.

Outwardly, women appeared to be victims, but it was not so simple as that. Driven by their position as the underdog, women became masters of psychological blackmail.  Yes, there is the possibility of using sex as a reward and punishment, but that was not the most powerful weapon in the feminine arsenal.  It was the pervasive "Truth" - the corollary to "women are weak" - which became the devastating power play.  It was the secret belief that men were truly inferior emotionally.  (Men may hold all the other cards, but women have the Ace of Spades and the Ace of Hearts)

I know you are shaking your heads through all of this, thinking it is way too extreme and too tough on women, but you will see that the picture I am painting is to show that women were not simply victims; they fought back in the best way they could, given their equal intelligence and resourcefulness.  This, beloved ones, is a case lesson in what happens to the psychological well-being of the group where inequality is the norm.

Now, I will expose the secret psychological techniques that women used to even the playing field.  You will recognize the tactics of any oppressed "minority" here, and it will help you to understand why your relationships have been so difficult and fraught with discomfort and mistrust. 

The secret which women harbored was the shared belief, handed down from mother to daughter, that women are really superior to men in every way that matters.  Men were looked down upon as brutish, uncultured and inept at things which have to do with higher levels of emotional development, the moments which are truly important in the daily life of a family and a community.

Now, understand that I have chosen the most extreme caricatures for the sake of creating a vivid retrospective of where many of us came from, in this life and others.  Also, please understand that I do not for a moment believe any of these insulting portraits of men.  I am aware, however, that the repetition of these nose-in-the-air condemnations of men by the women close to them have done dreadful damage to the male psyche, by covertly destroying his self-esteem.  Here the cycle begins to repeat itself, with the man's growing resentment toward his judgmental critic, The Powerful Woman, without whose ministrations he feels he could not make it in the world.

Here are the basic tenets of the Inadequate Male Concept:

Men are irrational, hot-tempered and out of control when it comes to their feelings.  They cannot be included in decisions which involve the personal life of the family members, because they are not capable of understanding something that others care about deeply.

If there is a crisis, a man can be counted upon to behave violently if he is called upon to defend his family.  This is a handy trait when women or others wish to use his irrational anger to start a feud or a war. It is a matter of pride for a woman to be the mate of a man who is a powerful warrior.  The honor he accrues reflects well on his wife and family, in life or in death.

 

Men can be trained by their mothers and others to take pride in their passionate willingness to go to battle to defend their own.  A woman can take this as a show of love, even if the violence is sometimes turned against her.

She must indulge him, because he "can't help it" because of his more primitive nature.

Men are not capable of intimate conversation.  They cannot express deep feelings because they are not in touch with them except when they are expressed as physical needs, like sex, hunger, or sleep.  They cannot be expected to be tender or considerate of others, because they are at the mercy of their physical needs.

Men are interested in the world at large, beyond hearth and home.  They can be left to make decisions about politics and international affairs, where they can huddle together like football players before a game, or a hunting party going after bear.

Men are big children.  They like to show off, and they find fun in things that children like, like rough-housing with the dog and playing card games with their equally child-like friends.

Men like to travel in packs, where they can make loud and crude jokes, especially about sex, bathroom habits and women.  Women are much more refined in their behavior.  They can be counted on to keep track of the lout and get him home when he has been drinking.

Here are some of the tell-tale sayings which capture this attitude:

"Don't tell your father - he'll have a heart attack."  (...whereas, I am sitting here talking to you about it and I have not had anything like a heart attack. I am obviously more sensible, collected and reasonable than he will ever be.)

"The way to a man's heart is through his stomach."  (Feed him well and he will be eating out of your hand.  He will become completely dependent upon your nurturance, since he has no idea how to prepare food or take care of himself.)

"He cleans up well."  (Under my supervision, he will be dressed and groomed so that he will be presentable.  Otherwise, he would see nothing wrong with wearing  plaids and stripes to work - he would be a laughingstock if not for me.)

"Wait till your father gets home!"  (Your father will discipline you harshly, whereas I am so loving and sweet that I cannot bear to raise a hand to you.  However, we know it must be done.  We leave all things related to physical violence and punishment up to him.)

Men have no taste or sense of esthetics, compared to women.  The rare man who understands the importance of the decor of the house is either a rare exception, or he must be gay, because most men are ignorant of these things.  Without "a woman's touch" they would live like bears with furniture.

You get the point.  I am not making the argument that these caricatures are true.  I am simply pointing out that these judgments were omnipresent, passed down the female line like a cult of defensive superiority, and it had a powerful influence on the attitudes that women adopted toward their men.  Like the corollary disparagement of women, it had a corrosive effect in relations between the sexes, because both men and women ended up feeling defensive and resentful toward their "better half".

Now, Beloved Ones, you have either had a good laugh or you are feeling resentful and defensive.  If you are upset by what I have revealed, look deeply into your own past to see if there is truth for you in some of the things I describe.

I say these things to help you open your minds and your hearts, to do the work you have been charged with in this time of your evolution.  As much as we need to replace the economic and political systems, we also need to expose the toxic, competitive undercurrents which unconsciously influence  gender relations.  Why else would there still be a large discrepancy in the pay scale for women vs men?  Why are there still "honor killings" and murders of women who are accused of "infidelity" - often the simple wish to leave a brutal husband?  Why are women treated differently from men anywhere, unless she might choose to decline from an activity that would require greater physical strength than she possesses?

My beloved twin flame, St. Germain, has gone a long way toward teaching that a man can indeed be elegant in his tastes and powerful in his humanitarian actions.  He is a being of great emotion, and he talks freely about emotional and spiritual things.  For this he is admired by both men and women.  I too appreciate him for this.  He has given you extensive writings to help encourage the growth of your spirituality and genuine self-esteem, which has nothing to do with ego or superiority over another.  It is now my responsibility to come forward to take this work to the next step, to the appreciation of the Divine Feminine in ascendance, equally beautiful and equally loved by God, and ready to live that equality in great joy.

When you reach for your connection with your Higher Self, your I AM presence, you know that there are no differences in value between a man and a woman, just as you see the travesty of racial prejudice.  We are on our way to creating a world in which there exists no prejudice, no lingering resentment from earlier judgments and oppression, whether it was psychological or physical abuse and discrimination.

In this regard, both men and women have justification for harboring anger.  We ask of you that you examine that remaining leftover from misdirected cultural  superiority on the part of both sexes.  There can be no peace and true happiness in Earthly relations as long as men and women see themselves as different and apart.  We are one, Dear Ones, mirror creations of the same soul.  We come from Creator as One and only later did we divide in order to experience the attraction and the charms of being here on Planet Earth in bodies which vary slightly but are completely compatible.

See yourselves as the beloved beings you are in our eyes, Dear Ones.

We love you with all our hearts; we admire your courage and your beauty, and we see no flaw in any of you, and there is no difference in how precious you are to God.

This is a time for all of us to see what it is that is within us and to follow the lead that speaks to us in our own language. The language is internal and universal. It knows no bounds and it sees no limits. It is the voice of universal contact that treats us to our own intellect and also to the illusion that we have been creating in our time on this earth.

Reclaiming your freedom is the first step to enjoying your lives in ways would’ve never thought possible, and if you aren’t in a lively enough space to do the work you’re on the earth to do, such work will be muddied and distorted.
It’s essential that you enjoy ourselves and put yourselves in as positive of a space as you can muster up while you go about your work for humanity’s ascension, and if you’re drained at the time of working, your creations won’t be nearly as pure or potent as many of you strive for them to be.
You have the ability and opportunity to produce work that’s immensely helpful to humanity’s ascension, and like we’ve said plenty of times in the past, it’s important to believe in yourselves and your abilities if you want to do anything significant or helpful.
Always keep in mind that you’re made of the stuff of dreams, and by this we mean you’re composed of the etheric matter you perceive when you’re in a higher state of consciousness. Even though you’re incarnate on the earth in physical bodies, your perception is rooted in various different realms and levels of experience at once.

Soul-Fragments

You’re currently perceiving the third-dimensional earth, and at the same time, you’re subconsciously perceiving various other realms that you’ve rooted aspects of your consciousness in for the purpose of helping those realms, as well as the earth, evolve.
The multidimensional realms so many of you are incarnate in are influencing the ascension of the earth, and this is in part why you’re in these realms.
Many, many fragments of your overall being are stationed in places that are important to the earth’s ascension, and the physical locations you’re each in are also important to your earth’s ascension and, specifically, to the energy you’re being given, which is helping you reach increasingly pure states of consciousness and awareness.
The energy is being turned up and intensified on Gaia, and in every moment, you’re being given increasingly pure banquets of it that are intended to give you a needed ‘boost’.
Your journey entails feeling energetic at times and depleted at others, and when you can’t seem to find the greater energy you seek, feel free to take a break and find the revitalization you seek by meditating, going out to nature, or doing whatever else fills you back up with energy and inspiration.
We don’t recommend taking a break for too long, however, because you each have a lot of important work to do and it’s easy to stop yourselves from doing this work. It’s very easy to let yourselves rest too often and forget about the greater purpose you’re on the earth to fulfill, but you’ll hold yourselves and the planet around you back if you do.
Resting is certainly important, but many of you can discern by this point how much rest you require and when it’ll be more helpful for you to jump back into your creative pursuits instead of continuing to rest. Your new world can’t be built if everyone constantly takes breaks, but some recalibration will be required at times if you want your work to remain pure.
We never recommend a striving seeker burn themselves out in the name of producing pure and potent work, but you can strive for your work to be as pure as possible if you feel led to do so. We know the conscious public wants their work to be helpful, and we note that many seekers tend to take it personally if the creative flows they seek don’t seem to be there.
Like we mentioned in a previous communication, creative blocks only exist to help the seeker who experiences them refine and understand their abilities in a greater way, and they’re nothing to be frustrated about.
They certainly don’t need to lower your self-esteem, but if you let them, you’ll set yourselves and your work for humanity’s ascension back and it could be more difficult to get back to the pure, inspired place so many of you want so badly to be in.
Creativity is a beautiful thing, and bringing through the expressions of the soul-self will fill the seekers who do it with a level of wholeness and invigoration that hasn’t been touched by most people on your planet. If you keep at your creative pursuits while allowing yourselves to rest when the energy doesn’t seem there, you’ll continue refining and expanding your abilities and your resulting work will be purer than it’s ever been.

Liberation Can be Found in Purpose

Believing in yourselves will always be important for those of you who want to help others, and if your own self-esteem is low, you can’t expect to uplift or awaken others with the material you produce.
Understand that you’re divine souls – infinitely capable, growing beings of Source energy who are intended to pursue the creative routes that resonate the most with you. Doing so will fill you with the sense of purpose so many of you feel as if you lack, and liberation can be found in purpose.
Realizing that you each have a destiny – a reason for being on your planet at this crucial juncture in it and it’s people’s evolution, will motivate those of you who’ve been stagnant to start picking up on the energies and impressions of the higher realms and using them to help the conscious public.
Maintaining a higher-dimensional connection will give all of your creative works the added boost they and you require.
The purity that seems so common in the work of so many seekers is a result of their successful efforts to connect and reconnect with the higher realms, and when such a connection seems unattainable, you can remember that unattainability, like anything else that preaches finiteness, is an illusion.
You have the ability to do or obtain anything you desire, and this includes the greater connections you can each make. Your abilities are as limitless as your growing perception, and understanding this is key to transcending the frustration that can arise when one faces a creative block.
The entirety of the Company of Heaven continues to watch you experience the lows and highs of the earth, and we forever encourage each of you to find the balance you seek.
Balance, along with wholeness, will help you feel much better and more assured about yourselves and your existence, and when balance seems difficult to attain, we recommend stepping back from the situation that requires it, breathing a little, and doing whatever you can to find your calm center.
Balance is more important than we could hope to express, through this or any other scribe, and remaining balanced will help you navigate the highs and lows of the earth in a much easier way.
Overall, keeping in mind that balance will help you is one of the keys to remaining in your center in the face of the usual pains and stresses, and you’re encouraged to constantly keep in mind that even though duality is your world’s nature, you don’t have to be a part to fit.
You don’t have to lend your energy to the duality that’s so common on your earth, and instead, you can transcend it and become the examples of divinely inspired change for the rest of your planet to notice and benefit from.
The rest of your world will eventually open up to the existence of spirit and the importance of balance, and when they do, they’ll mirror and emanate those of you who are becoming the example. We aren’t saying the rest of society will conform to what the conscious public does, but your example will inspire them to become examples and start living the divinely inspired lives they’ll want to live.
Living for spirit will fill you with an unprecedented sense of love and wholeness, and the greater connections you seek can be found when you’re in as open and receptive of a state as possible. Keep yourselves open to the influence of spirit, dearest awakening seekers, because it’ll provide every bit of joyful elation and wholeness you seek.
We’ll make our final expressions for this communication with encouragement to continue ‘living the dream’ and filling yourselves with spiritual inspiration and energy as much and as often as possible. The more you do while you’re on the earth, the easier it’ll be for others to awaken and start the greatest of their work, and you’re each an important asset to the earthly and universal ascensions.
We’ve mentioned before that your earth’s ascension is the first step to the ascension of the universe, and the work you do now will be and already is inspiring other souls on other planets (and on your planet, of course) to start their work and, eventually, ascend themselves.
Ascension will be universal this time around, and when you’re finished on the earth, you’ll move on to help various other planets and civilizations find the higher state of consciousness they seek. Eventually, we’ll all be back in Source’s realms, and when we are, we can look back on our lower-dimensional experience with love and appreciation for the highs and the lows.
We’ll find that it was all a part of the game of growing and learning, and eventually, we’ll do it all over again. This is why we mention so often that your (and our) journey’s never complete, and in a sense, we’ll always be learning and growing to new heights – even when we start the entire journey over again.

Once again I have the opportunity to communicate with you and Trusting that it is appropriate to do so at this time.
Indeed. We are able to resume communication and find it most pleasurable to do so.
Last night I dreamt of seeing a ship of coloured Lights in the night sky. Some had seen it, others hadn’t … Yet, even in my dream, it gave me such warmth in my heart. Again, I reiterate from the last link up … it’s not about proof … it’s about KNOWING that once you are around, things can shift and advance so much more.
This we appreciate. Yet, we too reiterate … that much is taking place … even though for you upon the Earth plane, it does not seem so. Let us express the fact that due to the vibration of many becoming Higher … the plans are well on course. Do not underestimate the power of your Light. Each one of you stands as a beacon. Each one who is aware of the LIGHT and TRUTH of themselves, are able to diminish that which does not serve. You are working too, for the many that choose to remain asleep at this time. Rather like shift work ... Yet, the shift does not change its workers.   YOU HOLD THE LIGHT. YOU ARE THE LIGHT. You are becoming that which you had only imagined. And NOW … that which you imagined is becoming reality. HOLD ONTO YOUR DREAMS. HOLD ON TO YOUR FAITH. KNOW within yourselves … that with each breath that takes in and releases LOVE … you are assisting ALL that is to move into that which is of the brightest LIGHT. Dearest friends upon Earth … the darkness that dampens your spirit has reigned for too long. NOW in the dawn of the New Age ... you are able to let go of all that has brought you down.
Ok … These words are indeed beautiful and I thank you for them. Truly … they come from a place of LOVE and upliftment. Yet … with respect for giving this High vibration … which is your aim … may I say … I could probably click on any channelling over the past  six years and you would be saying more or less the same thing.  Six years for you … may be in the blink of an eye. Six years for us … is a very long time … for us to keep on keeping on … hearing the same uplifting words … yet not actually seeing much change … on the bigger scale that we are expecting.
How we admire your forthrightness. And indeed we have come to understand much. May we say … that WE have not changed in our perspective of that which we choose to offer in wisdom and KNOWING. For … for us … we are still on the direct pathway to that which we KNOW is coming about.
Really, we could go round and round in circles on this matter and we often do.  I just want our relationship to assist the planet and those upon it. That’s why we have it, I FEEL. My position frustrates many, as I do not ask you questions some feel are necessary and important. My feelings are … if there was something of GREAT importance you needed to impart … you would.
It has to be understood … that there is much that we may know that we are unable to impart. It does not sit well to do so … in the fact that there are rules and regulations that must be adhered to. We have no intention of interfering in a manner that causes disruption of thought. We wish only to oblige in the raising of the soul’s FEELINGS into a place of Higher Love for the self and ALL. This as you know, is why we come. We did not have an agreement with you Blossom, to discuss matters that are not to be discussed. Even though one may have an inquiring mind on certain matters. We are not at liberty to give you answers on such things that are not of our ‘agenda’. These rules are in place for good reason and we have no intention … indeed it is not within us … to consider breaching such rules.
This I understand. I agree and respect that. So … how’s the weather? Kidding! What matters WOULD you like to discuss, that you feel would benefit the whole?
That which serves the soul. That which enhances the beauty of that which you are. Why would we choose to speak of things that were not of this nature? How would it serve you? One would be wise to consider the same. For indeed … there is much in your world that is spoken of, that does not allow the betterment of mankind to shine through.
That’s probably because there is much in our world to speak of, that carries that energy. It’s all very well … KNOWING the right way ahead … yet, not always that easy to walk its path, when there are obstacles of such negativity to stumble on. Truly, the lives of many seem so ‘out of sorts’. The lives of some … seem ridiculously inhumane! Have we really progressed at all … when one considers the suffering that so many have to endure? We hurt deeply to FEEL the suffering of so many that live alongside us … WE WANT IT TO STOP … NOW. That’s why we appear to be so impatient. Do you see?
Yes, we see. Yet we are not the ones who can stop these atrocities.   Are we?   To a certain extent. Yet KNOW … that those who offer conclusions to such affairs … do so … on an advanced understanding. And although YOU OF EARTH may FEEL that so much is going by unnoticed ... by those who are 'in the know ‘ and have the power to change it … it is by no means being passed by. The Universal Laws CANNOT be broken … and if they are … then there are deep repercussions.
So … that which is knocking humanity about in such a huge way … those who wish to ‘take over everything’ and are doing quite a good job, by the looks of things … why are they allowed to carry on? Surely it is time … it has been time for a long time … to put a stop to it all … Instead of allowing the deep repercussions to carry on getting deeper. You say you cannot interfere… some think that by ‘your kind’ even talking to us … you already are. Sometimes in our world … when children get out of hand … the adults have to step in to sort the situation out … just saying!
We do not consider our talks with you to be interfering. We consider them to be of a manner that allows the soul to ‘get back to itself’. Offering wisdom … we assume to guide you. To offer a brighter way … a brighter day … To intervene, on the other hand … is another matter altogether.
Yet … if we are the ONE FAMILY … you and I and everyone ... being brothers and sisters of LIGHT … what’s the big deal? Intervene away! That’s what I say! In all ‘YOUR TRUTH’ … did you ever expect things on Earth to get so low?
We would say dearest Blossom … that we are not in control of anyone’s chosen action. That which comes from any soul … is their prerogative to project.
Even when one can see that it is doing such harm to another?
You can feel … can you not … that there is a much bigger picture that simply cannot be understood? The grand scheme of things is far greater than that which your mind's … in the human form … are able to comprehend. Many of you have forgotten … and wisely so, at this juncture … that your world and those within it … have been in a similar situation before. This FEELING that burdens your heart has been with you before. You have carried it before … yet, the ending in before times … the climax to a world that has ‘got out of hand’ … has been very very different from that which is taking place in your world IN THESE TIMES. IN THESE TIMES … You are not destroying yourselves. IN THESE TIMES you are taking a different pathway and lifting yourselves OUT OF THE VIBRATION CREATED … instead of sinking alongside it, when it had gone too far. Try to understand that for EVERY thought … there CAN be an action. EVERY possible scenario CAN be enacted … EVERY POSSIBLITY ONE CAN CONJURE UP … CAN become reality. Therefore, there is NOTHING that cannot be exploited ... if one chooses that to be their way. On the other hand … there is NOTHING that cannot BE LOVED ... if one chooses THAT to be their way. Dearest souls … this Universe that is part of your existence, is but a small part of The Whole … ALL that lies within EVERYTHING is created within each breath of each living thing. This is THE DIVINE RIGHT OF ALL. There is the choice given to serve or to not serve . Each one has that DIVINE RIGHT. Yet we say … EVERYTHING THAT IS … EVERYTHING THAT WAS … EVERYTHING THAT EVER WILL BE … COMES FROM LOVE … BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING THAT EXISTS THAT IS NOT OF IT. FOR THERE IS NOTHING ELSE. Learn to LOVE … LOVE ... Be it of a High or low vibration. As you understand that LOVING EVERYTHING is LOVING ALL THAT ‘YOU ARE’ … you understand that there is nothing else other than YOU.
Yet … how can one say ‘I Love war’… or ‘I love lies’ … because … I don’t! I would be lying!
Yet, allow the soul … the TRUTH of all that you are … to rise above that which is war … that which is a lie … and simply generate LOVE OVER EVERYTHING … In the KNOWING that LOVE ITSELF … in its HIGHEST FORM of itself … is the OVERALL ANSWER TO EVERYTHING. LOVING WAR … does not mean you condone it … LOVING WAR means POURING YOUR LOVE INTO IT. When LOVE … in its purest form is poured into /onto anything … the situation/circumstance is softened and offered PEACE. For LOVE IS PEACE. When PEACE resides … there can be no war. When LOVE is offered to the lies … when LOVE is poured into/onto that which is not TRUTH … that which emerges … HAS TO BE TRUTH … LOVE CANNOT PRODUCE ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRUTH. You are of much concern upon your planet of all that is going wrong … WE ASK … WE IMPLORE … BECOME THE LOVE THAT YOU ARE … IN THE HIGHEST FORM THAT YOU ARE ABLE …. I greet you again and note that so many more of you are awakening to the increase in vibrations. They are gradually introducing you to the new levels that are being established as you enter deeper into the Photon Belt. The result is that you are experiencing heightened senses of what is going on around you, and beginning to understand the Oneness in which you exist. Gone are the times when you felt alone and isolated, and now you can appreciate and feel the higher energies that are very uplifting. Furthermore, your levels of consciousness are expanding, and with it comes a greater understanding of higher levels of existence. You are lifting up and being carried along by the higher vibrations, and those souls who have progressed at a slower rate are finding it hard to keep up. However, as we have intimated previously, there will be a dividing of the ways and that will place souls at a level that suits them to enable the continuing progress of their evolution.

The fact is Dear Ones, that where your evolution is concerned you cannot stand still. There is also a driving force within you that subconsciously seeks expression, and you will always seek higher and higher levels of consciousness. As you progress back to the Light the journey becomes much easier and your goals more clearly defined. With you are other souls that also follow the same path and you become a unit of consciousness where you all become the One, yet you retain your own level and individuality. You will always be drawn to souls who have a similar vibration to your own, making evolution a most satisfying achievement. However, at your present stage you are still so to say, finding your feet and seeking out the path that fulfils your needs. Your destiny and success are assured, but you still have a long way to go on your spiritual journey back to the Godhead.

As we see it the present time is most exciting for you as at long last you are lifting up out of the lower vibrations, having surmounted the many challenges that have faced you. It has been a journey that has at times sorely tested you, but you have a driving force with you that keeps you pushing forwards at all times. You have now reached a stage when by comparison it will become a lot easier to progress, and you will not be challenged at every turn by the lower vibrations. You will in fact notice how much easier life moves along in harmony with your desires and is more fulfilling. So you can release any attachment to the vibrations that no longer serve your purpose. From hereon you will rise up more rapidly and life will become a pleasure, providing you do not maintain your past links with situations that have proved to be of a negative nature. You are progressing to a point when you will break your associations with anything less than the Light, as they no longer serve your true purpose.

To some of you the tasks ahead may sound frightening, but bear in mind that there is always help not far away if you need assistance. Indeed, there are unlimited sources of help and there is no situation that cannot be overcome. Your progress is followed at all times by those souls that dwell in the higher dimensions, and particularly at this time because your success is also important to their evolution. Every soul has numerous helpers that cover each stage of your evolution as if you were to fail, the delay would put back their evolution, but have no fear as your future success is assured. Also do not be concerned about other souls that you may know, as all of you will find your exact level quite automatically and there cannot be any mistakes in this respect.

Every living thing whether animate or inanimate is progressing and evolving however slowly, and you are what you might say, the centre piece that is evolving very quickly. It is probably a good time to remind you that you came to Earth by dropping down through the various levels. So as you rise up again you are in fact returning to levels that you were once present in before this particular time. Life is all about experiences, and once you rise up out of the lower dimensions you will have more say in where your future incarnations take you.

Life abounds everywhere in the Universe, and whilst on Earth you have been “isolated” for your protection to prevent interference with your evolution. It is true that certain ET species have been allowed to contact you over many centuries, but their presence has been monitored and carefully followed. They have been allowed to alter your future by their actions, but only to give you experiences that have assisted your evolution. As you will learn in the not too distant future, you have in fact been held back from truly evolving by the dark Ones  You have been prevented from advancing further into the true Space Age, by not being allowed to benefit from progress denied you by those who have kept  it for themselves. However, once they are out of the way we can openly meet you and your evolution will take a giant step forwards.

We hope you understand the full implications of the period you are in, and if you can stand aside and let events progress as needed, you will be much better for it. Naturally some of you are unavoidably drawn into the issues of the day, and if so simply make allowances for what needs to take place to bring you fully into the New Age. Your responsibilities in the end times may be already be known to you, but if not by finding a quiet period and going “inside” yourself as you do for meditation, you should be able to come to the realisation of what it is. If not simply keep an open mind and be prepared for something new to come your way. Certainly most Lightworkers will be called upon to do their bit to bring the changes into being. Every little helps to form the larger picture which will become apparent in a relatively short time. 

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and enjoy these times when we can use our influence to prepare you for the New Age that you have recently entered. You will benefit from having experienced the changes and in fact are privileged to be present on Earth at such a time. You can attune to our energies slowly and steadily, and after connecting with us so many times, you’ll be able to bring us through with relative ease. We’re working to help our channels on earth connect with us in increasingly pure and direct ways, but we can only help you if you’re open and receptive to the greater energies and impressions we’re offering.
Allow yourselves to be as open to the voice of spirit as you can, for in doing so, you’ll strengthen the link between you and us – a link that, until now, has been weak. Many of you are already strengthening this link, and you’re making it easier for the aspiring channels who’ll emerge in the next few months and years of your time to strengthen their links as well.
We use the opportunity to speak to you for various purposes, one of which is to deliver the pure energy you’re integrating and radiating for the rest of humanity to benefit from.
Another reason we speak to you is to remind you that you’re infinitely divine souls who are capable of manifesting the miracles you’ve looked to the higher realms for, and if we can get this message out to any of you who struggle with the difficulty of the dense state of consciousness you’re incarnate in, then our main purpose for communicating with you, which is to help, will have been achieved.

The Spiritual Benefits of Exercise

We in the higher realms are doing as much as we can to help humanity become aware, and at a certain point, the responsibility lies in the awakening humanity to start doing what you can to raise the planetary vibration and build a new world.
You’re forever encouraged to pursue creative acts that you enjoy and that fill you with wholeness and elation, and you’re especially encouraged to do things that get you moving; that get you excited and put you in a higher, more enjoyable state of mind and heart.
We’ve encouraged exercise in the past, because it gets your physical bodies moving and opens you to the influence of spirit in a greater way. Exercise, along with doing things you enjoy that get your blood flowing, will open you up to spirit like never before and help you become increasingly sensitive instruments for the divine.
There are millions of light holders incarnate on dearest Gaia who are tasked with bringing the energies and impressions of the higher realms through in much greater and purer ways than you have thus far, and those of you who feel as if communicating with the higher realms or translating the energy you’re being given is your mission are encouraged to take the development and expansion of your abilities to new heights.
It might be hard for some developing channels to believe that they can constantly connect with us, but indeed, they can. Even if you’ve channeled a lengthy communication, a few short moments of rest will see you able to reconnect with us and strengthen the already strong connection you had before.
Connection in the higher realms is instantaneous, and in every moment, you can connect with us and reap the flowing rewards of such a connection. One of the problems many earthly souls have is that their physical and etheric bodies are too blocked up with negativity or toxins to be able to connect with us in a clear and pure way.
If you eat a big, unhealthy meal, for example, connecting with spirit or doing anything else that requires livelihood will be more difficult. Your channels will be muddied, and you higher connections will be much harder to find and act on.
We encourage eating light and giving your developing temples the proper nutrition they require to soar, and with exercise and the general livelihood that helps you enjoy your existence, you’ll quickly become sensitive receptors for the divine and your creative pursuits will reflect this sensitivity.
From our standpoint and that of many developing seekers, it makes little sense not to pursue the greater connections you’re making. You’re infinitely able to connect with the higher realms, but many of you act on this connection much more sparsely than you could be.
We don’t say this to condemn you, of course, because your experience is yours to live and it certainly doesn’t require the over-utilization of the gifts you’re beginning to realize you carry within, but at the same time, you could be connecting with us much more and expanding your already strong abilities.
As long as you keep yourselves in a clear and pure enough state to receive the teachings of the divine, you’ll connect with us relatively easily and this connection will feel wonderful to say the least. We enjoy connecting with all of you, and we’re happy to do what we can to help you awaken to the greater revelations and concepts we’ve been waiting for you to decode and understand.

How Open Do You Want to Be?

There are a plethora of insights and revelations for you to learn, and your reception of them depends entirely on how open you choose to be to them. Do you want to open up as far and wide as you can, or are you content with the bare minimum; with opening up slightly and enjoying the trickles of information and energy you receive?
You’ll benefit far more from pursuing and exploring your developing perception, and even though it’s easy to block yourselves from the influence of spirit, doing so will only make your reception of the divine more difficult and less rewarding.
The longer you’re immersed in a creative venture, such as writing or channeling, the purer the creative flow will be and the more energy you’ll be able to bring through.
After channeling us for so long, for example, the channel will have refined their abilities and become a much purer instrument for our expression. Like we’ve said before, with love and the intent to bring the energies and communications of the higher realms through, any connection one seeks to make will be made easily.
We speak of connecting with the higher realms as if it’s so simple because it really can be. We want to encourage those of you who see channeling or being creative in general as a difficult venture that requires too much of you to understand that in reality, no seeking or striving is involved.
All you have to do is open up to what’s already naturally there, and if for some of you, mental gibberish seems to be the only thing there, you can channel your way through it and reach the pure connection you want to reach.
You have the ability, but if you keep yourselves from acting on it, you’ll never see what could’ve been if you’d pursued it. Connecting with the higher realms will offer invaluable energy and insight into your lives and experiences, and the higher self will provide very important and direct advice that pertains to your personal paths.
We have so much to help you feel and remember, and we have so much to tell you about the future you’re entering and creating. If we could outline everything about this future through our scribe, we absolutely would, but instead, we (and you) will have to be content with what we’re able to communicate while our communication is less direct.
We’re able to speak to humanity clearly, but our connection isn’t as direct as it’ll be when you’re back in a higher state of consciousness, communicating with us face-to-face. When you are, you’ll find that communication is constantly telepathic – energies, impressions, and signals are sent back and forth to convey things that take a lot of your earthly words to convey.
A single higher-dimensional impression can translate into an entire book’s worth of earthly information, and we hope you understand when we say that telepathic communication is very complex and very, very real in the realms beyond.
Communication isn’t the only thing that’s telepathic. You’ll be able to create entire realities and planes of existence with your connected minds and hearts, and the creation will be instantaneous. You’ll instantly create things out of your sheer love for creating, which’ll grow far more than it has thus far.
Your ability to pick up on the divine will be purer than it’s ever been, and your resulting work to help others become aware will be very, very potent.

The Prophesized Ascension

Like we’ve said in the past, some of you will probably decide to incarnate on other lower-dimensional planets to help their civilizations find enlightenment and ascend, and practically any planet you could incarnate on after the earth’s ascension is complete will be easier than the planet you’re currently on.
The earth has been a hub for extreme darkness for millennia of your earthly time, and ever since Atlantis and Lemuria were submerged, darkness has temporarily ruled and the minds and hearts of humanity have been blocked from the influence of spirit.
You’re opening your minds and hearts back up now, and in doing so, you’ll achieve the ascension that was prophesized in Atlantis and came very close to happening before the destruction took place. Even though war and chaos are rife on your planet, more so than in Atlantis in some senses, the Company of Heaven is here to help you ensure you don’t go down the same negative road you did in Atlantis.
You have the assistance of billions of star beings, angels, archangels, and various other unnamable species and civilizations who are bent on helping humanity see the light and ascend this time around instead of descending into the darkness that’s already been experienced.
We’re confident that many of you are ready to leave behind those devastating experiences, as well as the memories and soul-level imprints that came with them, and to do so, you’ll have to be able to transcend the energies those experiences left lingering in you and move beyond the influence of energetic parasites who’ll drain your greater energy and vitality in a heartbeat if you let them.
Even many incarnate lightworkers and starseeds still deal with a lot of unsurfaced pain and trauma related to Atlantis and various past lives that were rooted in darkness, and you’re each undergoing a process of transmutation, release, and refinement as you continue opening up to spirit and clearing the energies that don’t resonate with the realms you’re growing toward.
We certainly aren’t the first souls to encourage you to release your latent, inner wounds, and plenty of scribes for the Company of Heaven have picked up on this important reminder.
Clearing the dross that’s clogged your individual and collective consciousness is essential to connecting with spirit in a pure way and ascending when the time is right, and we’ll make our final expressions for this communication with love and appreciation for the efforts of those of you who diligently connect with the higher realms every day.
You’re finding the purity of your connections strengthen with each attempt you make to connect, and it’s well-known on your planet that practice makes perfect. This is a well-known fact in the higher realms as well, and practicing your greater abilities will obviously help you hone and refine them so you can use them to help others find a higher state of consciousness.
Re-finding the higher realms is one of the main purposes of your existence on the earth, and soon enough, your entire planet will be awake and aware of everything that needs done before your society can enjoy the higher vibration that waits for you all.
We excitedly await this time for many reasons, one of which is that we’ll be by your side, helping you construct the utopian society of your dreams. You’re already starting to construct this society, and your efforts are earning you the title of heroes in the realms beyond.
Your existence on the earth and the work you’re each doing is celebrated more than you expect, and we love and appreciate you far, far more than finite earthly words can express. Keep on keeping on, dearest awakening starlights, and always remember that the divine is instantaneously accessible – you just have to believe it is.

Beloved Ones, Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as grace. This quality is present in an individual who realizes that their life here on Earth is a gift, and they seek to live in harmony with the supreme power that creates everything in the universe which brings spiritual, emotional and mental freedom and profound feelings of happiness. They realize that the universe contains infinite blessings which support them with abundant life, joy and prosperity. There is a recognition that there is always a flow of good into their lives, even though they feel that they have not done anything to deserve it.  When a person lives in alignment with reality rather than struggling with illusions, they are living in a state of grace and their expanded awareness inevitably leads to intense gratitude and actions motivated by compassion towards others. Grace frees an individual from the impulse to act on feelings that serve anything less that the highest good. Giving service to others is a natural expression of grace, and its associated feelings of kindness, love, compassion, radiance, joy and serenity. Grace gives from a sense of abundance. When one is in the state of grace, service to others never feels obligatory or has any trace of resentment in its expression. By maintaining balance and equilibrium in the face of challenges and obstacles upon their path through life, a person lives in a state of grace.  Grace is a process of enlightenment and gives one the ability to discern priorities from the countless distractions that clamour for one’s attention. In the grace of unity with the ultimate source, one is able to let love flow through them, allowing for a deeper intimacy with others. Grace allows one to see their connections to those beyond their biological family so that even as they see flaws, one can also see their divinity.  Grace is the warmth in one’s heart that gives the courage to carry the knowledge that love will prevail in the face of seemingly impossible predicaments. It is having so much love in one’s heart that giving up is not an option. This expanded awareness leads to intense gratitude and actions that are motivated by compassion and the realization that the power that creates the universe, (Creator, Source, God) supports the individual and that if they align with these forces, they can co-create a life of abundance and joy by effortlessly surrendering to living in harmony with reality. When one has developed the ability to thrive with grace under challenging conditions, one develops faith that one can attain grace at any time, knowing this individual is certain that their thoughts, feelings and actions will always be in harmony within them, no matter the uncertainty about the outcome of a situation. Grace is feeling gratitude for all that is. It is feeling gratitude for one’s blessings, despite the circumstances. It is the individual’s realization that trillions of cells in one’s body all coordinate to give them life and they become aware of all the events, synchronicities, and coincidences that must happen to support them in their life. Grace is a state of mind in an individual in which they freely acknowledge the adversities in their experiences and which they transcend by rising above them. As an individual moves in unison with all beings, all things and all events, it leads to a deep sense of belonging and connection, which is a state of divine love. A person living in grace realizes the interdependence of all existence and depends upon no one person or thing. The individual experiences the realization that self and the other ultimately arose from the same place and are thereby not separate, but are connected as part of the whole. Grace is when one is at peace with themselves, their communities and the world. The state of mind in grace is pleasing to the Creator and such ineffable power enables one to maintain this state. Grace is the sense one feels that the forces in the universe are conspiring on one’s behalf as they realize that they are being supported by something beyond their own individual power. Grace is all around each person like the energy of the universe. As a spiritual strength, grace allows a person to realize their convictions, to do the right thing even when it is difficult to do so, and it is cultivated by exercising right actions each day, nourishing one’s spirit, and taking breaks from the challenges of life in order to replenish one’s vitality and life force. All living things wish to survive and thrive. When humanity experiences grace, they know they are thriving in harmony with themselves, with all others and with the universe. Grace is a benevolent transformation into greater wisdom, compassion and joy as a result of communion and connection with the Source of the universe. All people, regardless of religion, personal history or ability have access to grace. I leave you now with the thought that your hearts and minds be opened and filled with grace from above in the realization that everything is working for you and that the entire universe is conspiring on your behalf.
