Saviors Of Earth

The Unification Epicenter of True Lightworkers

I just wanted to share a interesting quote that has kept me in check a few times and I have used it for many years to keep me in tune to how I react to any given situation “The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”

Attitude is Everything...Use it in a BEST way possible....

Good point Simone I would hope it to help more than hurt but I do see how a person who has been abused could have a diferent thougt here
nice attitude posting this... :) ty
It is a healthy thing to practise such awareness, often kindling periods of genuine grace.

RE Simone: Agreed, it is extremely difficult to fight the tide of incoming negativity if that's your situation. For myself, meditation on the principle of "agency" enables me to forgive the encroaching appetites of others, as foreign habits sourced for validation/meaning, something all humans require in order to nourish the spirit. By all means, tolerate no abuse, but know that the abusers themselves are a link in a very long chain that has begun with loss itself, percieved or otherwise. Be gentle. There is freedom in wisdom.
