We bear a message today regarding the speeding up of the manifestation of those concrete changes on your planet for which you have been waiting so long.

There is, at last, an over-balance reached which allows your intents, those of the ones you term lightworkers, to override more of the negative that still remains.

Therefore you will see, or are seeing, an almost daily increase in change within your societies, and even your media stories. A huge push is now being made to begin solid change which will develop into the beginnings of that higher dimensional life which you so desire.

Some incredible, from your viewpoint, technologies will become commonplace within your very near future. Those who will not be controlled by your power structures have found ways around those who would continue to block them.

We continue to hear many say that we should do more. And once again we say to you, not to accuse, but to instruct, that you need to be the ones who do more.

Heaven indeed does have feet and hands, but they are in your shoes and gloves, dear ones. And so we ask you to make a choice between involvement and patience. Lack of patience combined with non-involvement are not becoming to you.

Now, we realize that not everyone can be physically occupied with, or even know about, all that is going on. It is a very big world when seen from your viewpoint.

But when you daily offer your prayers, meditations, and intentions you are involved. Those who do that are not the complainers, you see.

Offering your agreement with the goals and then doing nothing but asking for more help is hardly what we have asked of you.

We have said over and over that the changes that you wish to see will be reflections of changes within yourselves. Yet many make no such changes and then take heaven to task for not saving them. It is never too late to begin, my friends.

But the time is soon to come when you may wish you had begun. You have lived long enough on your world to recognize that possibility for yourselves.

On a happier note, it is becoming more and more frequent that we see some of you having breakthrough experiences in consciousness and understanding.

We have spoken in other forums of the possibility of this occurring for large numbers of you soon. This possibility is bearing down upon you rapidly.

We know you feel the changes within more and more strongly. It is as if the final pieces of a puzzle are dropping into place.

This will be a year of good news, dear ones. Polish up your dancing shoes. Good day.

It is with immense love that we, the Celestial White Beings, step forth to greet you today. We surround you in the love that is shared with us from the Creator enabling you to boost your own alignment and connection with the Creator.

It is a time of tremendous wonder and magic upon the Earth, there are many meaningful and powerful opportunities manifesting which will not only allow you to boost your inner power but your belief in the Creator within your being and reality.

As we collectively enter into the new cycle of 2014 much energy emerges from the Creator to be noticed and recognised. This time is a time of manifestation, fruition and understanding the powerful vehicle that you are in this current reality.

You are being asked to continue to experience the energy of the Creator but to realise that you are aligned with a cosmic vibration which can only be described as magical.

Throughout 2013 you were preparing, synchronising, settling your energies into the new cycle and era of love, this will continue as you allow yourself to continue; to release old energies and habits but there is a greater awareness of that which you can manifest and that which you truly manifest as.

You will begin to notice with greater intensity the link and bridge between your own body, the way that it functions and the reality you experience upon the Earth.

This can become so magnified that you will be able to trace manifestations in your reality back to single thoughts, recognising how you felt and even how you created the thought, acknowledging the thought form, its birth to its manifestation or fulfilment in your reality.

This powerful recognition which will enhance over the coming years will build a new found faith and acceptance or confidence in your inner truth, thus encouraging you to awaken and unlock the most sacred treasure within your being.

It is a powerful time upon the Earth now as this is your true new awakening after the preparation of 2013, it is a time to search within your being to understand that which your soul wishes to manifest, to recognise yourself as your truth and to plan your journey forward through the planting of powerful focused and energised intentions which flow from the purest source of your soul.

It is time to give permission and space to your soul to step forth and create, weave and set in place structures of light which will be embedded into your auric field and energy bodies in order to prepare you for the next stages of your ascension.

These energy structures may resemble sacred geometry but they will be the soul anchoring energetically into the physical level of your being and reality.

It is important to realise that it is now time for the soul to have fun and create from higher dimensions of light within your current vibration of light and reality.

The soul must first anchor more fully as a stage of embodying the soul, becoming an energetic structure, engraving or form within the physical body and auric field.

With the combination of practising the art of intention and manifestation you are able to awaken a great freedom within your being as you realise that wonderful and miraculous opportunities can manifest and be experienced within your reality.

This belief and experience allows you to break away from limitations and attachments especially to the past, creating a wonderful state of being that allows and encourages your soul to manifest and create more fully the energies of the higher dimensions through your being and within your reality.

The soul stores within it endless possibilities which can only be accessed and experienced through your ability of manifestation and your belief in your experience of your own creation.

As you exist upon the bridge of understanding, acknowledging and experiencing your abilities of manifestation you are opening the door to greater limitless and profound possibilities as seeds of light from your soul enter your mind and are created within your reality for your wondrous experience.

Each focus, each step and alignment to the Creator is a process of freedom on so many levels of your being but also accesses freedom for your soul, thus allowing you to truly exist in the divine flow of the Creator.

With freedom comes limitless opportunities and experiences which allow you to acknowledge the Creator more fully. Your soul is preparing for its awakening and its unification with your entire being. It understands the new stage of your reality you are entering into and simply asks you to surrender to its light, love and truth.

Know that you are not giving your power away through surrendering to your soul but you are accepting and collecting your power indefinitely to pump it through your entire reality.

Your soul more than ever is connecting into the great network of light and universe of the Creator, its energies are travelling far and wide in order to achieve unification and oneness upon the inner planes, with a special focus upon collecting new consciousness.

As you surrender to your soul you are allowing the magical vibrations of your soul and its expanding understanding and connection with the Creator’s universe to magnify and pour deep into your being, channelling and surging throughout your being and reality.

With our explanation and your own experiences of this divine time you can identify that powerful shifts of awakening are taking place not only within your being and reality but for all within the Creator’s universe.

With intentions and the process of manifestation at the top of the list in regards to required focus we encourage you to ask constantly two questions to yourself, these questions can be phrased in a way that is preferable to you but let their core be the same.

It is important to ask yourself constantly, ‘What do I want or what do I wish to manifest now?’

This is to address what you might describe as your physical self, your body, mind, emotions, etc. Then ask yourself the second question, ‘What does my soul want or what does my soul wish to manifest now?’

This addresses your soul, spirit, higher self, the Creator, in truth all that is your divine self. You may say to us that you are both your physical form and spiritual form therefore separation is not needed.

We wish for you to begin with this process, notice whether the answers you gain are the same or different, is your soul and physical body in sync; are your wishes and guidance in harmony and attunement?

If there is a difference between the wishes of your physical being and soul, allow yourself to contemplate how you will and can bring harmony.

Maybe focusing on encouraging your soul to merge more fully with your physical body would be of service, or imagining the light of your soul integrating.

Your goal is for the answers to be similar therefore you can be certain that when you are addressing yourself and asking for guidance for yourself you will know and recognise yourself as a united being, integrated and integrating with your soul.

There will be no need to ask questions and guidance of your physical self and spiritual self because you will know with faith, trust and experience that they are the same.

This acknowledgement will grow through your own experience of connecting with your physical self and your soul self, observing as they merge and become one.

Know that you cannot force your soul to merge but can observe where the guidance, energies, thoughts and emotions are drawn from through this process which will encourage you to realise and recognise that bridge of freedom where your soul is able to create divine and sacred endless and magnificent possibilities.

Many of you may share that it is challenging to accept, hear, sense or acknowledge your own guidance, this is a belief from the past era which simply needs to be disposed of and released, it doesn’t require your focus or your attention but simply a detachment to the belief.

With trust and belief in yourself as a being that is able to receive guidance you are able to break free of limitations entering further into freedom and expression of the soul.

Through sensing or acknowledging the guidance within you even if at first it is two different pathways of guidance from your physical being and soul self, you can focus upon creating intentions that describe that you already experience what you wish and it is magnificent.

Allow yourself first to create two intentions and watch as over a period of time you begin to create one intention from your united divine self.

Maybe instantly or gradually your soul will step forth forming structures of divine intentions within your being thus raising your energy vibration, your intuition will also flow in and as the divine flow of the Creator.

The many action items that are required for the global currency reset have been completed. The next items involve manifesting the beginning of a new worldwide currency system. Along with these alterations are the ones dealing with a new banking system. The present changes are only the barest of beginnings of a new reality for humanity. These series of changes will lead to new governance that will put an end to the UFO cover-up. This cover-up started in earnest during World War II and continued with the infamous incident at Roswell in the summer of 1947. Once this cover-up is lifted, we can at last communicate with you directly. At this time, we can explain those things that you need to know before our first contact happens. Each of you needs to understand a number of things about the preparations being made by our mentors to help you become fully conscious. This will be followed by a training that readies you to be a full participant in your new galactic society.

This movement away from the present distress of your debt-ridden societies is part of a greater movement to set the energies for your new reality. Before you can become fully conscious, you require instruction and, above all, a working experience of what prosperity truly implies. In this new set of possibilities, you can explore what this realm is really about and what is expected of you. This goes beyond your present daily experience. It is time to read, interact and learn about Spirit and what this world is about. The mindless business that surrounds you is to be transformed into a daily time of learning, reading, and understanding the numerous changes now happening everywhere. Once the mass landings are complete, you will meet your mentor and learn about what is to happen next. Consciousness is Life. It has the ability to express the great unity of all life and to simultaneously explain the wondrous uniqueness that is you. Our joint responsibility is to be ever aware of this and to note that the Divine is unfolding its magic even as we speak! Handling Our Sexual Feelings

Q: Let's start out this new year with one of our more popular topics, and that is "How can we better handle our sexual feelings?"

P'taah: By understanding that you are sexual beings. You have grown in a society that hides the sexuality as a not quite nice part of who you are. That there is something dark about it. That there is something not very nice about it. And you continue to teach your children, give them very mixed signals, about sex.

So really it is about being very honest in the knowing that all of you are sexual beings from the time of your birth until the time of your death. And even if you are not physically engaged sexually, you certainly do think about your sexuality or think about sex. And it is really to be healthy about your sexuality. It is really to be honest about it and to be open about it in the understanding that it is a valid part of who you are.

You know, you look at your personalities in your quest to know who you are. And especially when you are being "spiritual"-- and this is on a very high plane--your sexuality is a rather nasty part that should not be acknowledged and you pretend that you do not have a body when you are trying to get closer to God.

Q: Yes.

P'taah: You see, and this is such nonsense. You bring yourselves forth in the physicality to take joy in every portion of you. And however you are about yourself, you cut off your sexuality and say, "This is a separate part of me".

It is not. And whatever issues you have come forth in every facet of you, including your sexuality. And sometimes particularly in your sexuality because so often you have such mixed feelings about it. So, we would say the first thing is to create a healthy attitude and to know that however you are within that spectrum of sexuality, you are not alone.

And we also say that you can indeed separate your sexuality from love. However, the more that you are in that loving place with who you are, then indeed that affects every portion of you, including your sexuality. And we say love is love is love. However it is expressed, it is appropriate where it is of love. Where the sexuality is expressed out of fear, very often that leads to aberrations where peoples become hurt, where sexuality is used as a tool of power or a tool to damage other peoples.

And we say again, your issues, your fears and troubles, are expressed in all aspects of your life. If there is a part of you which is very unhappy with the way you express in your life, and that includes your sexuality, then it is to deal with the issues. To deal with the feelings. To deal with the ideas and beliefs. And this is very important because the more you hide it, the more you suppress it, the more you fall further and further off your center point, out of balance.

Q: Yes, and there seems to be quite a large school of thought that in order to be enlightened or transformed or whatever, you need to separate from all feeling and sit on the mountaintop and chant "Om." And what you are saying is that definitely is not so.

P'taah: You know, for some peoples this may be a way, and this may be the only way, that they can come to a feeling of being closer to the greater part of who they are.

You see, you say closer to God, but you have no idea what God is. And in fact of course God is a misnomer. And so what you are really trying to do is to come to that place or that part of you that knows itself as a Perfect Eternal Expression of Creation, that is in harmony in a way with the Unified Field of Consciousness.

And for some peoples they feel that the only way, and indeed some peoples who have grown in this discipline or that discipline find that this is the way to come to that knowing.
We say that you have birthed yourselves into this lifetime, into this physical reality, to have this physical experience. And what is possible is that you may, simply by learning to love absolutely who you are, to be in the love and gratitude for everything that surrounds you, to be in the knowing that whatever you create is a gift to you to come to have a greater understanding and knowing about this perfect and eternal beingness that you are.

And so it is not necessary to try to divorce yourself from your body. It is not necessary to sit on top of the mountain. It is only necessary to live with awareness, to be conscious. And of course you have the desire to be more of who you are, to know more about love.

And we say to you that the enlightenment, en-light-enment, is really the natural result of coming to love who you are absolutely. But you cannot love what you do not know. You cannot love what you do not own. So until you can come to that place of owning every facet, every thought, every feeling. Owning it, acknowledging it, embracing it. Until you do this, how can you love who you are?

WELCOME TO 2014

As the New Year births itself, with or without our permission we all come to the edge of ourselves seeking a new horizon a new vista a new view inside and out. 2013 seemed to chew up our soul a little, we all tried so hard and yet we still seem to have fallen short. We looked for the magic in every interaction and lit up like a christmas tree when we found it. We tried so hard to pass the magic along to another, yet by the time it reached them all the fairy dust had fallen thru our hands. We knew in our heart of hearts 2013 was a turning point year full of illusion and mirrors as the universe escorted us down the yellow brick road the hard way. 2013 was about ownership and stuff and what is it is worth and do we ever really own anything or does matter own us?

The molecular atomic structure of matter itself will change in 2014, as the very atomic numbers will be doing a jig changing about what was thought to be impossible. Mankind has asked the molecules of matter to produce its riches century after century, time after time. Matter itself is also coming into an enlightened state and may be quite contrary as it bucks every system of manifestation. The rules have changed and 2014 is a declaration of that in all its glory. A molecule of matter will not go back in time, forming what was. It will only go forward. All atomic structures upon earth are shifting into an zenith of creation previously unmatched. Like nannites on a personal quest matter marches forward into a new form. All Stress lines upon earth, self and material will be seen and felt.

2014 And Its Numerical Encoding

The number #20 in itself is a powerful presence. The #20 is our inspiration our guardian/ a universal service a call to action. 20 is about knowing both good and evil/ light/dark and consciously choosing the higher path. The vibration of 20 is blessed with Gods protection. It asks for a king Solomon type of awareness, wisdom balanced with honor. Always doing the right thing when the wrong thing would be easier. Twenty is the death of the old, letting go of the cross and moving toward the crown. #20 asks you to recognize the precious energy of time and use it wisely with love.

Number 14 is a Karmic number and not the easiest of energies to walk thru.. The great need in life for the vibration of 14 is to achieve balance, harmony, temperance and good sense. They have the motivation to make a success in anything they do. They are warm and creative and have a great deal of natural wisdom. This number is one of everlasting movement and brings trials and dangers from a great variety of experiences

The receptive quality of the 14/5 allows change and freedom. The energy of #14 needs constant challenge, otherwise they may quickly become bored. They can only think and work with one thing at a time, so they need to make sure their projects are worthwhile before they start them. If you give the #14 too many things to think about at any one time, they can become overwhelmed and not get anything done.

2014 will offer the opportunity for Magnetic communication with the public through writing, publishing, and all media. Dealing with speculative matters brings luck; likewise, movement and travel associated with people and nations can be fortunate. In 2014 both gains and losses are temporary, due to the strong currents of change. '14' warns of danger from accidents related to natural elements, fire, flood, earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, tempests, and so forth. In 2014 you will need to rely on self. It's a mistake to rely on others. everyone is in their own wind tunnel. Rely on the intuition of the self, the voice within.

Being a multiple of 7 the number 14 partakes of its great importance. Being a double measure of “7” means spiritual perfection X 2. The number 14 represents deliverance and recovery and is used twenty-two times in the Bible. The term "14th" is found 24 times in scriptures. Seven represents completion - thus 7 + 7 = 14, indicating a double completion. So tie down the flaps and get ready for 2014. Seven in all of its forms is the vibration of the spiritual warrior. One who walks a fine path within self and soul. Seven works for the light, by the light and with the light. Sevens eat drink think and speak the light. Sevens are not allowed to stray outside the boundaries of light for more than a fleeting notion. Seven brings you home the place where miracles are an every day event. Seven is a place where wonder, magic and miracles are seen as natural events. Seven is your natural state of being. So in 2014 see all this times 2, opening unpredicted doorways of opportunity.

TUCSON 2014 CRYSTAL INVESTORS

This is the largest mineral show in the world and a crystal vortex of powerful light An estimated 100,000 people flock to Tucson each year to look for minerals, fossils, gems and jewelry, and everything in-between. The show consists of 3,700 exhibiting companies and 19,000 crystal stores fronts, both retail and wholesale, exhibiting at several locations. The Dealers that come from all over the world sell from motel rooms, lobbies, parking lots, lawns and marquees, vacant lots and the convention center. Almost every country in the world is represented at this massive Crystalline event. The show runs for several weeks through January and February, even that is not enough time to see everything.

Every year my husband and I drive from the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee out to Tucson Arizona. The last few years the weather has been so intense we decided not to take our RV anymore. Trying to keep on iced roads with a 30-foot RV was no picnic. It is almost 2000 miles one way as the crow flies, so the trip is always interesting before we even get to Arizona. (let alone the fact you have 2 control freaks in the car for 12-14 hrs every day :) )

Most of the dealers at the Tucson Gem show come from counties so poor that what they make at the show takes care of entire families/villages for the year. I always try to shop and support the little guy. We have a wonderful relationship with these dealers and every year we find another crystal heart connection.

Chinese New Year of Horse

Horse is one of Chinas favorite animals. Horse provided people with quick transportation before automobiles. Therefore Horse is a symbol of traveling, competition and victory. Horses like to compete with others. They pursue their freedom, with passion and leadership. People will have very busy schedules in the year of Horse. Horse is connected to heat, fire and red.

Dragon and Horse are auspicious symbols to the Chinese. The Chinese say the best flyer in the sky is Dragon and the best runner on the ground is Horse. Dragon and Horse are the symbols of movement, leadership noble practices. Chinese history book says Horse has 30 percents of Dragon personality. More than 8-foot tall Horse is called Dragon-Horse. Chinese sometimes encourage people using the Spirit of the Dragon-Horse. Dragon-Horse Spirit is a person pushing himself to transcend his potential.

Every Chinese dynasty looks for sturdy and beautiful stallions. The stallion must be tall and be able to outrun other horses. Genghis Khan built the Mongol Empire by horses. The Mongol Horses were a smaller breed, they were bred for endurance, not for speed like stallions. Genghis Khan conquered Eastern Europe so quickly Because Mongol cavalry arrived so fast and they didn't have enough time to prepare the defense. They said each Mongol cavalryman had three or four horses, changing horses when one got tired. Mongolian horses took turn and got rest. Mongol cavalryman knew how to sleep in the saddle. That's why they can travel long distances without stopping. We all know horses can sleep while standing. Mongolian horses ran in a group, the horse in the center can sleep while running.

Horse is intelligent animal that can be trained to become useful to humans. Without mankind’s guidance Horse would just be a wild animal. If Horse beckons you, you will feel a power within that maybe hard to control, wild free and fiery! People with Horse as a power animal are fiercely independent, love to travel and have little tolerance for anything that limits their freedom. They have the promise of adventure. Taming the horse within is not easy, as their spirit of freedom is an eternal fire burning within them. Horse symbolizes loyalty, friendship and companionship. Horse has faith in his master. He is also your warrior spirit, giving safety in all your journeys.

Entering the Heart

The vibration of the heart comes around the snowy peaks we are asked once again to look at our heart and see its true value. There are so many flavors of love, for love is a many splendored thing. Once love has touched you, you are forever changed. Love is movement and seeks to fly on the wind like a seed of hope seeking fertile land.

Love is constantly evolving shifting changing, never staying the same for more than a fortnight, but leaving an eternal impression that will influence a lifetime. The saying ‘that love beckons and begets love’ is true. For only when there is love in your heart can you reach out and embrace other flavors of love. Some flavors of love are only there once never to be tasted again.

The heart is a sacred symbol for the vibration of love. In religious texts the heart had mystical significance. The heart is genuinely believed to have divine attributes. Many philosophers and scientists, including Aristotle considered the heart the seat of thought, reason and emotion often rejecting the instructs of the brain.

Valentine's Day stems from the Roman festival "Lupercalia", it was a very sensuous affair. Young women would place their names in a box and young men would draw the name out. The man did not ask for a date, plan a dinner etc, just drew a name, and off to love. This Valentines day make sure you 'have a heart and give a heart' with every breath you take. Your HEART and the healing of Earth are one in the same, opposite ends of the same word and rainbow.

Eclipses mean changes, good and bad up and down and everything in-between. Eclipses always escort in significant events-- marriage, divorce, death, birth, career change. They strongly magnify everything and are living parenthesis forcing us to look at what we have turned our pretty heads away from. Finally I got the memo it was time to release these powerhouses the first week in 2014. Initiating a new blueprint of creation. Somehow I made it through the workday even though I was feeling like crap. In Denise LeFay's latest blog (1.5.2014) she mentions a whole list of ascension symptoms. So, I have most of them: slight headache, sore and swollen throat, fatigue, aching head (along occipital region), slightly nauseous and achy stomach... all of this without being REALLY sick. Makes for an interesting day, I must say.

Apparently Planet Earth received a "mild" S1 CME solar flare today and being sensitive, I'm, or rather my body, is reacting to it. I'll survive, but okay already! And despite it all, I can still manage to do my job, be semi-cheerful and stand upright when needed.

So, what's in store for all of us? I know it's really important to find a neutral centerpoint in which to view the world and what's going on. Not a pretty picture in many regards, but a whole lot of karma is being played out by a whole lot of people. It doesn't HAVE to affect your space unless you CHOOSE it to do so. And it is a matter of choice these days. This is not to encourage you to close your heart, but to understand that it is necessary to allow people to experience what they came to do. One cannot judge from the outside of another's experience. And it is pointless and exhausting to judge your own progress and lack thereof.

We're encouraged to "just be", but what really is just being. Personally, I feel that is a moment to moment experience. As you go through the process of ascension, you're going to be different almost every moment. You aren't restricted to doing things the way you were taught in school or the way you think you have to do things. You DO have a choice. Do you want to get involved in a particular project? Then tune in and decide if this really excites and resonates you; don't do it if it is I "should" do that or I "ought" to that... or to get brownie points from other people. Find those things that make your heart sing.

Yes, we still have to make a living to keep a roof over our heads, food on the table, etc., etc., but even there you can find ways to invent new ideas. Tool sharing, sustainable communities, permaculture... the ways are many and more people will be stepping forward with still new ones. Life is going to have to get simpler, for everyone.

Personally, I would like to see communities where artists and artisans can work and live without having to struggle to support themselves. And I feel that change needs to come from within each of us, not by our placing expectations that we feel should be met by "other" people or especially governmental agencies.

Bureaucracies seem to enjoy complicating matters and tend to work from the top down, seldom getting input from the people who do the REAL work on the ground. So... where can we go and what can we do to learn to work together, as a team. Getting creative people to work together can be similar to herding cats, but it can be done if there is a heart-felt resonance between a devoted group of people who share a dream.

Start with self, discover your joy and you'll probably find yourself attracting like-minded people into your life. The new energies are supportive of such creative endeavors, but don't try to tell another person what it is that he / she should do. The time for bosses and supervisors or know-it-alls is over.

Apparently there is a lot of fragmentation in the light worker community. A lot of people are dissatisfied with what is still being given out in channeled messages and wondering when change is REALLY going to happen. Expectations have not been met. Well, folks, you're still putting out 3D vibes and expecting 5D results; doesn't work that way.

Being a messenger myself, I've been careful NOT to give out dates or specific promises, as time is a rather fluid thing in higher dimensions. Our linear time does not compute and expectations set to a linear timeframe will not be met. Our inner clarity and balance is needed now to raise the vibratory levels of the entire planet. I'm not sure if people realize just how POWERFUL they are, especially when they get upset and irritable with something that doesn't meet their expectations.

We are creators, all of us. If we can all arrive at a still-point of calm and neutrality, we can disengage from expectation and allow things to happen and flow into our lives. In other words, get out of your own way. Your higher self would like to work with you, but do you allow your dreams to manifest or do you allow your focus to wander and then get upset when things don't happen as you want them to? Through focus and intention and then allowing the desired outcome to manifest when it is appropriate, will allow change to come into your life in a more graceful fashion.

Sure, I have a lot of work to do in this aspect, as well as any of my readers. And some of us have progressed beyond this point. We cannot judge our progress against that of another person's as we all have different blueprints and experiences that have been planned by our higher self. And each of us is so utterly unique that one person's perspective on the same outcome will be totally different.

Coming from a neutral place where you can allow happenings into your life, doesn't mean that you are a shallow person devoid of feeling. It is simply that you are able to retain a neutral perspective on whatever enters your life and do not go into judging yourself or others as a result. You simply undergo the experience and are grateful for having the opportunity, whatever form it takes.

Nelson Mandela and Gandhi are wonderful examples of people who overcame all obstacles in their lives with grace and dignity. May we all carry ourselves with such dignity and presence.

Coming from a place of self-love is so important in this ascension process. Try falling in love with your Self, dear ones. I working on that one, too. If nothing else is accomplished in this lifetime, learning self-love and being grateful for being alive will be accomplishments for anyone, but especially for me.

All of us need to overcome so much self-hatred and self-judgment, especially about our bodies. It will take allowing your body to be as it is without expecting it to be something it's not. This means disengaging from the images that you see in mass media and the niggling degree of fascination over the tiniest wrinkle on some starlet's face. Silliness, pure silliness, and carefully designed to make women especially feel powerless and to willfully dislike their bodies and themselves. We're discovering just how air-brushed and manipulated professional photography and hence magazine lay-outs are these days. What would Marilyn Monroe be thought of with her curvy figure?

Allow yourself to be as you are now and as you are becoming. Learn to love the wrinkles, the scattering of grey hairs, the dimpled thighs, the aching ankles, whatever characteristics your body takes on. Love the body, love the spirit (YOU) who lives in the body and know that it is a temporary vehicle. You are NOT your body, you are NOT your job, you are NOT your possessions or your circumstances. You are here to learn and experience life on a physical planet. And you are here to learn how to open up to allow your soul to take up residence in your physical body. There will be bumps along the way; allow them and relax. You're all doing well.

Hmm, got to feed the body right now and the cats.

Enjoy your day / night wherever you are on this lovely planet. You are love and you are loved, whatever your shape, disposition and income or not.

I'm not sure what I've been trying to communicate here, but if it helps great. If it doesn't just let it go and find something within that resonates. Language has its limitations and we're swiftly moving beyond them. Use your feeling whiskers to find your way through the unmapped territory that lies before your feet. It is through divining that inner connection that you will discover what is appropriate for you in the moment. Be present, be calm, be in the NOW.
