Can you imagine a world where you could be free to be exactly as you are, do whatever you wanted to do, speak your mind in complete honesty in every situation? Can you feature what it would be like to love yourself enough so that you were no longer afraid to be Who You Are? Most of you cannot. You are so accustomed to living the programming of fear. Your consciousness is most always focused on what another may think about you, say to you, or do to you. You are ever concerned about committing an offense in some way, or to be found lacking, even in your spiritual groups. You cannot feature going through your lives as an open book, for all others to see.

This is the way of the new energies, though, Beloved Ones. It is called living in your highest integrity. Let us look at this word of yours, integrity, for a moment. Immediately you think of the concept of honesty. Yes, that is correct. A good number of you would consider yourselves to be honest in your dealings with others, meaning that you do not lie, cheat or steal. Are you honest with yourselves, though? Or are you afraid to look deeper within yourselves for fear of what you might find? A person who lives in the highest integrity is honest with self first. Such a person has no shame. You use that expression, to have no shame, in a derogatory way. You use it to refer to someone who does not take responsibility for actions committed, or who acts without conscience. It is the reverse that is actually true. The emotion of shame is quite destructive to you in all of your bodies. Carrying shame within you will certainly hinder your process of integrating the new energies coming into your plane. You cannot be Who You Are and at the same time hide Who You are. Once again we return to the question of Love over fear. To choose to be ashamed, to choose to deny your unique gifts of Divinity, is to choose the energy of fear. To move into now and embrace yourselves for all that you are, Human, as well as Divine, is to choose the energy of Love. The world you live in is now moving toward the energy of love, and indeed, Beloved Ones, it will become harder and harder to hide Who You Are, even to your own selves. This is a part of the releasing of that which is no longer needed…

As you embrace these new energies, and are willing to allow your fears to be transmuted, you will discover the glorious freedom to be Who You Are. Your relationships with others, and with Spirit, will be rooted in Love, rather than fear. You are becoming full co-creators with Earth and Spirit in the wondrous process of ascension you are now deeply into. While fears may seem to be very intense for a short period, you are being given an opportunity to release them for the last time. You have been courageous and dedicated in your journeys here on the earth plane, and now it is time to draw your reward. You must reach out and take it, though, and not be afraid. You are no longer in the old energies and fear will not serve you well. Embrace the energies of love and joy, and all doors shall be open to you.
