Drones have become a routine part of military operations in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Using data from theBureau for Investigative Journalism (which we used to create this map), California-based designers Pitch Interactive have visualised every known attack by the US and Coalition military since 2004. Says Pitch's Wesley Grubbs: "Our aim is to try can get people to pause for a moment and consider the issue of drone strikes seriously"
