Found these articles online, basically due to Obama wanting to have an open government with no secrets, the petitions online have made a difference, and Obama is working on releasing all documents concerning UFO's in the near-future :)

Gary McKinnon (UK) who had discovered UFO pictures on NASA's website may stand a chance, due to whistleblowers who used to work in NASA claiming that NASA had deliberately tampered with, or destroyed evidence of UFO's on there pictures...
