I come to further communicate at this time of vast change and inner reflection amongst the peoples of planet earth. I am Commander Ashtar and I am here to communicate to all who have eyes to see and ears to here below the dissolving of the old 3D earth in TRUTH.
Those who are now able to discern my energies will now understand the reason for my energies communicating at this moment in their human life experience for ALL ARE ONE and ALL ARE.
The shifts and changes to the human vehicle in which you reside will now speed up and those shifts and changes are your key to the new earth, those who choose to hold on to the old earth energies fighting with SELF and no other, for ALL ARE ONE and ALL ARE.
The creation of all that is within the outer waking reflection of the human life experience created from the SOUL in order to show TRUTH. I ask that you now honour the SOUL and anchor TRUTH within the human vehicle. There is nothing that resides outwith your human vehicle that has not been created out of necessity, for the SOUL has spent aeons on this planet, incarnating over and over in an attempt to release the bonds of the lower earth energies. Now is the time for the release and the new earth energies are now flowing across and within planet earth in order to facilitate your release from bondage.
I am not here to explain that bondage for the bondage is SELF created, it was created by your SOUL in order that you remember who you are in TRUTH and in order that you can remember the POWER that YOU ARE in TRUTH. None walk the earth alone yet many will choose to create this in order to maintain a lesson that is now over. So deep is the energetic charge of the old earth energies that you have walked blind through the landscape of your BEing for aeons. Now a LIGHT shines brightly, that LIGHT IS SELF.
Many may feel the challenge of my words, for many are caught in the lessons of victim and yet the lessons of victim are now over, the new foundation for the human life experience created from within, I ask why you perpetuate the victim when you are in TRUTH FREE. Those who have incarnated amongst the human race in order to help facilitate the growth of the human race are now asked to reveal themselves to SELF in TRUTH for the containment of the old earth is now dissolved.
ALL FREE to create that which they desire from the heart space in TRUTH. That which will prevent is the lesson that blinds the creator and that creator is YOU, for all create in order to experience. I ask why you would create an experience that you could not heal? For such is the strength of your power that the ALL that is created is manifest within SELF and is reflected within the human life experience that YOU CREATE for SELF.
The peoples of planet earth are now moving into a new earth, a new way of BEing and many are able to anchor this TRUTH. Those who hold on to the creations of old are now asked to let go in TRUTH and to remember who they are in TRUTH. Seeking to change the outer reflection whilst being blind to the inner landscape will work to create a holding pattern that your SOUL now asks you to dissolve.
It serves no one to fall to the teachings of the old earth for they have no place within the new golden age of humankind yet many are attempting to re-anchor the teachings of old in order to create the new. The new is the new and the old is dissolved and I ask why you would want to create from containment when you have allowed your inner vision to show you the sparkle of the new?
Those who dismiss the sparkle of the new are blind the sparkle by the old earth and the teachings of lack and containment, you have created lack in order to experience lack, it is FAITH and TRUST of SELF that will show TRUTH and will show that the lack is the illusion created in order to be experienced for in TRUTH your SOUL is abundant on all levels and I sendout the coding to those who are here to pave the way for the new ways of living. I ask that you accept TRUTH and ANKHOR within the heart space all that YOU ARE in TRUTH.
A magnificient being of LIGHT that is now learning to see and hear in TRUTH. I ask why you would read my words if you were not aware of TRUTH for the human vehicle is now asking to be seeded with TRUTH, the human vehicle asks the energies that YOU ARE in TRUTH to seed the human vehicle. This is done by fully ankhoring the energy signature that YOU ARE in TRUTH into the very cells of your human vehicle. This is done from within and the work is now asking to be born through YOU and into the human race in TRUTH.
I ask why you fall to the teachings of the old world of the outside being real when in TRUTH the only person here is SELF and YOU are within. ALL will be created from the inside out and I call to those who are here in order to show TRUTH and ask that they now shine in TRUTH. For all that is TRUTH will remain and all that is not will now fully dissolve within the heightening new earth energies.
I am Commander Ashtar and I ask that you remember my energy in TRUTH for those who try to define me are suffering from the amnesia of planet earth. ALL ARE ONE and ALL ARE, therefore there is no outside there is only inside. I ask that you look within in order to SEE in TRUTH for the new earth is born anew each moment. This will now unfold across and within planet earth and the LIGHT that is ankhoring within and around planet earth will now reveal TRUTH to new levels. ALL that IS was always to BE for ALL ARE. This is the moment that ALL have KNOWN would manifest for ALL have manifested it in TRUTH.
Those who walk the earth in human form will now reveal TRUTH to those who walk in the human form and have forgotten who they are and where they have come from. The time of darkness has ended for there can be no darkness when the LIGHT shines so brightly from within. Those who have blended into the human race can now stand in the LIGHT that they are in TRUTH for ALL ARE ONE and will now be shown in TRUTH.
I ask that you look to the skies and allow the illusion to dissolve for ALL ARE ONE. The planetary grids now releasing the hologram that has kept your vision cloaked. That which is shown is TRUTH, that which is FELT is TRUTH and that which YOU are is TRUTH. Let go of what you have been taught and move into the heart space for all that you KNOW is accessed through the heart space. YOUr SOUL now calls to SELF in human form and many are now heeding that call. The need to look outwith for confirmation of who you are as a race has now ended for when YOU begin to remember you will KNOW.
I will guide more in due course. That which unfolds around and within the human race was always to BE for YOU ARE. The calling is sent out and the unfolding will manifest in due course in your waking human life experience. YOU are the creators for you were always the creators and they walk amongst you now in TRUTH. As the last illusions of the old earth fall away stand in the LIGHT that YOU are in TRUTH and remember that ALL ARE ONE for ALL ARE.

Now you have reached the time of the equinox. As you have seen on previous occasions, the energy of this time is beginning to be felt now, will reach its peak on the day of equinox, and continue to be felt for the three days following. You are immersed in such strong fields now that you may feel as though you can’t imagine feeling any more.
Nevertheless, there will be such an increase.
You are so much better equipped to handle it now than you were scant months ago that it may indeed seem to be “business as usual” for you. We tell you, however, that many of you have reached a point which will allow this newest surge to propel you past your last hurdles into a much different quality of consciousness.Once again it may not appear so at any specific moment on the day. We hope you have learned now not to anticipate such a thing. If that does happen for you, please accept our congratulations, but most of you will grow into the change just as you are used to doing. It will, when you look back upon it, be a major turning point, however. And so, since we do see that as accomplished, we send our love and congratulations now.
This is a journey of epic proportion you are embarked upon, dear ones. It will last all of your lifetimes and far, far beyond. But there will be signposts and moments of supreme joy in accomplishment along the way. And we wish you many of those. But please learn to enjoy every hint of your growth as it happens.
What seems tiny to you now may well turn out to have been immense in the future. You certainly are aware of such turnings when you look back upon what you think of as your everyday lives, and this is not really any different nor truly even separate in any way, though you think of it as such.
Change upon your world, in many areas, has begun to speed up, just as we foretold. This will continue. It is time now for you to focus and maintain your center, stay grounded, and hold your vision of your better world. Do not allow the worry and fear which await an invitation into your minds to have an entrance.
This would be a good time to tell them that you are sorry, but your higher selves, your angels, and your guides have taken up all the chairs and there is no place for them to sit. If they do insist on making an appearance, just bathe them in love and light and watch them change into peace before your eyes.
We have watched you become experts in that sort of thing these last few months. As it works in your outer world, so will it work in the inner.

We enjoy speaking to you again. We know how you feel in this Now moment where the Energies of the March Equinox are so powerful – they are now increasingly high, though they will lessen after the March Equinox. Instead of looking for changes on the outside, look upon the beautiful transformations which the Energies will cause inside you – many of you will feel the same.
We are closer to you than ever, and are full of joyful anticipation of our reunion. We protect you and help you. Your human collective is going through a very intensive phase of transformation at present, and you can best observe this process if you go inside, as we have told you many times.
Look in your mirror – see where you were some months ago and compare this to your current position. Do you see the changes that you have accomplished? Do you see how enlightened you are? Consequently, don’t be surprised if you suddenly find that you no longer enjoy certain activities, foods or beverages that pleased you in the past.
It is a natural process – the more Light you absorb, the less interest you have in things, activities, food or drinks which are not of the Light. If you experience problems with this, call upon us for help and ask for a cleansing and detoxification of your bodies. You can achieve this in several ways. You can ask us to bring you on board one of our healing ships during your sleep time. You can work with the Violet Flame of our beloved Brother St Germaine or you can ask Archangel Raphael to work on you with his Green Beam of Healing Light. Ask and we all are eager to help you.
The transformation of your bodies can cause temporary inconveniences, but accept this with gratitude. By doing so, you will ease the process and ensure that the transformation completes as smoothly as possible. Each and every human being is going through this transformation process, and the more you accept and welcome this change with an open heart, the easier and faster you will reach the finishing line.
We know that we repeat ourselves. You may ask why there is not more tangible proof of this transformation. Well, it is a lengthy process which will continue for quite some time. In most instances an overnight transformation won’t take place because this would be too stressful for your bodies, so rest assured and trust that the process will occur in the manner that is best for you.
We are all involved in this transformation, and we, your Star brothers and sisters, help you with our healing knowledge. In your dreamtime you come aboard our ships and we support your transformation process with our Light and Sound healing technologies. When you wake up in the morning you may feel energized, or you may be exhausted as if you have worked all night long. However, both feelings will be a clear sign that we have worked with you.
From now on you will recognise more and more tangible evidence in your outside world clearly indicating that the transformation process is going full steam ahead.
All over the world Governments are changing, and people are protesting against unfair living conditions. Cyprus is a very good example of how humanity will no longer tolerate the continuation of the old energy patterns.
To steal money from those who have suffered enough under the old energy is no longer acceptable. Humanity is rebelling against this, and is seeking solutions which are in line with the new transformative energies. These solutions are known and are ready to be implemented.
Watch the developments in Cyprus and see how much of your world has already changed. Only a few months ago, would you have believed that a small country with little impact on world politics could cause such a massive global effect? The whole world is now watching Cyprus with amazement at how the people there are rebelling and the effect that it is having.
As we have told you, the basis for all prosperity programs is set by you implementing the necessary changes and being unwilling to continue accepting the status quo. This is how this transformation process works – step by step, gathering pace, and becoming more clearly visible to the outside world.

Greetings Dear Ones! It is I, Lord Emanuel, welcome, welcome, welcome unto me this day, come, come, my beautiful Children of God into the warm embrace of Love that I shower upon you now. Deep breath Dear Ones, feel the Love of God pour down upon you now and the Light of God pour into the crown chakra of your bodies and let it in, let it in, let it in. Ah now that feels better doesn't it? And this shower of Love you can have at any time of the day Dear Ones, you can call upon me, any one of my Ascended Family and indeed you can call upon your own Great God presence I AM to shower the Love and Light of God upon you at any time.
Dear Ones in times of stress throughout your day, any time you start to feel the 'old ways' of being creep upon you, feelings of stress, anxiety, any feelings of tension or anger any time you feel pulled out of the bliss that is being showered by the Love of God then take yourself aside for a minute and re-connect with this.
Yes, indeed Dear Ones, this feeling of bliss one experiences when completely connected with the Higher Realms and feeling the Oneness of All That Is, this is available to you 24 hours a day, every day if you so choose. This is not something that is momentary and is indeed your natural state of being. Well in actual fact, what you experience is but a fraction of your natural being but this is a step by step process and what you have access to now will feel like Heaven on Earth but let me tell you Dear Ones, it is but a fraction of what is actually available to you on Earth and so it will expand and expand as you grow Dear Ones, as you Ascend up the Spiral of Evolution with your Beloved Earth Mother.
Yes, Dear Hearts as impossible and improbable as it may seem to you right now, that state of connected bliss is your natural state of being and you would be very wise to sit in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted and spend at least 15 minutes of your day in this connection. If you do not know how to get this connection, call upon my name and sit quiet. I will come and I will guide you. If you will let me.
It starts with the breath. The breath is your connection to the Higher Realms, your breath is Sacred. This in fact, would be an understatement. Your breath is Everything. So it starts with the inhale through the nose, deep into the belly and exhale up and out through the mouth. Many of you already know how to do this and those that do not, you have this innate ability and you will remember exactly how to do this. Life times upon life times of study and devotion have got you to this place today. You were born with these skills you are merely remembering them, if you relax and allow, your body knows exactly what to do.
Many of you practise meditation already and have your own way but for those of you who don't I will keep it so very simple for that is all it has to be. Inhale and exhale, deep long and slow in through the nose and out through the mouth. In your mind's eye, imagine you are breathing in the Light of God, the Light of your soul and exhaling out all that is resisting your Ascension into the Great God Being that you are. You may see this as leaving dark. Do 7 breaths like this then relax into normal breathing, then do 7 more then relax into normal breathing for about 15 minutes or as long as is comfortable or you feel is right for you. Follow your own guidance always. This, especially with the help of the Ascended Realm will put you in a state of complete Oneness and Connection and Bliss.
This is your natural state. When you are ready to come out of your deep meditation, do so very slowly and consciously. Make it your intention to hold this state with your eyes open and hold this state as you get up and move around. This may be challenging at first but with daily practise will become normal. And when you feel yourself be pulled out of this state by the outer world, take a few moments aside with yourself and just a few breaths will return you.
Dear Ones, this might seem like hard work or like it will take some dedication. But I may like to remind you that all things are speeded up now and that with our Assistance in the Ascended Realms, everything is achieved in Quantum leaps. All it takes is your willingness and your openness to receive what is your Birthright, a calm, focussed, alert mind and a blissful, youthful, strong and vital body. This is my Promise to you. I AM Lord Emanuel and you are all waking up my Dear Children of God. I Love you.

And so it is. You are perched on the cusp of something grand. You are but a mindset away from the glorious realization of your fondest hopes and dreams. It is this cusp which hugs the borderline between a dysfunctional world and another world of prosperity and balance; one, an existence of strife and illusion, with the other a paradigm of abundance and truth. You walk along the the border of war and peace.
Starvation and fulfillment. Hatred and friendship. Slavery and soveriegnity. Blindness and clear seeing. Which one shall it be, you wonder? Whatever shall be the end result? Why, it is entirely up to you, of course, and the first step is in the choosing.
So choose wisely, Dear Children, and know that at this given moment you stand quite literally with one foot in one realm and the other foot in another. You must realize that the time for procrastination is over and you need now decide for yourselves - will you take on a fresh approach to how you live your lives, or shall you stay with what society has taught you, however comfortable and familiar?
Dare you step out on a ledge and look outwards towards the truth and Light; and would you trust enough to balance there knowing that there is absolutely no way that you can fall? It beckons you, that Light, so warm and inviting.
Dare you spread your wings and let your heart take flight, going ever higher, until you reach that Light, which is the wisdom of your Highest Self?
How Divine and lovely you are, sweet warriors of the Human race. How brilliant and accomplished. You know it, deep inside, that this is so.But dare you step out of self-doubt and believe it? There is nothing you cannot do, once you set your intention and develop faith in your own powers of creation. For to decide and be convinced that yes, ‘you shall be this, you shall do’ that, is to set into creation the realization of your dreams and goals.
You are the masters of your own destiny, my children. You are the architects of your own fate. You, and not anything or anyone outside of yourself - outside of yourself and and your unseverable connection to Source.
Those who have filled your head with such rubbish and falsehoods about your own limitations, did so out of fear. They feared the the day when you would remember that you are a powerful Being, without any sort of limitation.
They feared greatly the time when Humanity as a whole would remember and set to balance the scales of injustice. And most of all, they feared the loss of their carefully constructed illusion of control. It is long past time for every man, woman and child to fully grasp and understand the truth that each one of them is equally deserving of a fair portion of Gaia’s bountiful harvest.
Each is Universally and unconditionally loved. There is no separation between ‘myself and you’, ‘us and them’. These are merely societal constructs, words, concepts - and erroneous ones , at that. You must follow your heart and decide which truths you shall live by.
Shall you be the one who steps out of the box, a pioneer of fairness and equality? Might that be you, Child? Do you have faith enough to do so, and to know that even should you stumble, we stand a-ready to catch you with our open arms? If you do step out, then do so with Heaven’s blessings. May God’s love be ever with you.

TheOne-DreamDreamer - Energies Are High… - 19 March 2013
The danger of relying too much on what is said will happen is that one’s power is given away again. This is referred to the intrinsic power of inner Feelings. Whereas it can be of great help to have someone that facilitates the waking up of inner Feelings and helps with first step discernment, still there comes a point when one needs to get out of external guidance and commit to the Self again.
It’s a Wonder Full journey for it’s a journey Home! It’s paradox is that in a linear way of thinking it might seem weird that in order to connect to all that is one has to do it on it’s own, but truth is… there’s nothing as “on it’s own” when one is connected to… All that Is! For that’s when duality’s broken into pieces and One starts pulsating from the inside out again.
Be it one date or another one… all Know what is happening once the Feeling gate is open. For once it’s open… it can’t be closed again! There are thresholds that cannot be closed.
AND…
There’s a uniqueness that can’t be ignored. And that uniqueness is You. Sparkle of God It Self. It Knows when Energies are high for they are so due to a collective, universal flow, and it Knows when Your Energies are High for it is Your threshold that is involved in the Now for your journey. One reason why relying on external guidance for it can bring one to miss it’s own Flow Peak. If no one is telling you today is a “big day” but you Feel it is… trust it. For it Is.
Take a rest from prophecies and Be your own one. There’s no need for outside guidance once you’ve reached the point of understanding where you come from. Confirmation of that naturally follows with insight. And as said, it’s an IN-Sight.
Rely on It. It’s You tapping your shoulder and there’s no one on Earth that can tell you how it Feels when it Feels, and it Does Feel once it’s allowed to Be.
That’s why if the internet goes down… you’ll still Be able to Know
