If you want to mentally prepare to deal with the information that will flood the planet and completly overturn the bullshit paradigms humanity currently clings too, I recommend that you listen to these excellent Audio tapes from Suzanne Toro's interview with Clif High on blogtalkradio.

In a nut shell, humanity needs to undergo a complete and MAJOR RE-EDUCATION. In effect the global matrix is about to fall apart and everyone, BUT ESPECIALLY USANS, needs to learn WHO THEY ARE to survive it.

THINK anout it cobbers! How will the general population react when they start to be confronted with the truth; ie with the fact that EVERYTHING they thought they knew about their world (and hence themselves) is complete BULLSHIT?! It is probably that huge numbers of people will not be able to absorb the information and will become almost catatonic. They may well need help just to navigate their way through daily living. 

How will those of us who have some idea of the truth - an understanding that has generally talen us years to cobble together and assimilate - be able to help others who will be hit over the head with such information virtually overnight? The truth will be literally mind boggling for many and they will not cope. We will need to be prepared to face that reality along with the effects of Earth and climatic changes and all the rest. IT WILL NOT BE EASY - for anyone!

One physical survival strategy Clif High recommends, and i totally agree  with him, is that EVERYONE needs to start immediately to grow their own food - preferably in concert with others. Locally grown food may seem trivial in the global matrix context but its ESSENTIAL in one's personal world; AND every time we do not rely on the corporate world we weaken it. Food scarcity and inflated food prices are increasingly upon our world. There are myriad internet sites that help us gather ideas for self sufficiency in food production and generally.
