The excitement continues to mount as does the intensity of humanity’s collective intent to awaken. The ocean of Love flooding the planet is embracing you all, everyone is immersed, there are no holdouts or exceptions, and the effects are absolutely amazing. Yes, a very small minority of hardcore illusionists are still refusing to acknowledge the unreality of the environment that they are attempting to shore up, but their efforts and intentions are futile as the power of humanity’s collective intent strengthens and engages ever more fully with the divine ocean or field of Love in which all are enfolded. The illusion is disintegrating rapidly, and that small core of refuseniks who are trying to hold on to power and control by supporting and maintaining that unreal and unloving state of affairs will just be gently relocated to an area where they can continue playing their games without in the least way inconveniencing the rest of humanity. The time for controlling, dominating, and manipulating others is over because the New Age is one in which synergistic and loving cooperation provides a harmonious environment for all to enjoy to the full free from unwarranted authoritarian hindrance or interference of any kind. Your Father created you free, and free you will always remain. Your awakening into the awareness and experience of that your natural state is the event for which you are all enthusiastically waiting. You will not be disappointed!

The message for today is “Be alert.” The grand event is very close, and as it happens the joy that humanity experiences will be wondrous. You have been waiting eons for this great spiritual and evolutionary step forwards and upwards which was planned as soon as the “separation” occurred, and its time is now almost upon you. Time is a difficult concept for you, being part of the illusion and seemingly very real, but in fact there is only “Now.” Now is eternal, everything that happens happens now, there is no other time . . . there is no time!

Nevertheless you are accustomed to your experience of the apparent, constant, and logical unfolding of linear time, and so the event will occur by and by, in time, and when it does, it will of course be Now, and then you will realize that you are, and always have been, eternally present in that state. Your very limited state of human consciousness has great difficulty with that concept, so, as Light workers and wayshowers inspired and uplifted by the grace of God, just accept, as at the depths of your being you do, that what has been promised is about to occur.

There are extremely few of you, the Light bearers and wayshowers, who do not get some sense of the intense energy of impending change, of essential change, that is enveloping your lovely planet in preparation for your upliftment into a far higher state of awareness, intelligence, and wisdom, which is the next stage in your ongoing and entrancing journey of spiritual evolution. You were created perfect, and God gave you everything – LOVE! It is just that in your present state of individual personal limitation you cannot understand what that really means, but you are about to find out. Oneness knows all that there is to know, and when you open into awareness that you are One with all of God’s divine creation, all knowledge will be instantly available to you.

It will not overwhelm you as does the inundation of information that you are now experiencing on Earth, but it will meld with you instantly as you choose and make the decision to avail of any part of it that appeals to you. You will all be instant experts (in fact you already are) in any field of knowledge to which you feel drawn. I want to stress that you will be true experts, unlike so many in your unreal realms who claim to be experts or who are “recognized” as experts, but who most certainly are not and never could be because the limits that you built into the illusion when you constructed it make that an impossibility. A real wide awake expert knows. Earthbound experts believe, and then when more knowledge is gained, they release those beliefs and embrace new ones. It is not a wonder that you are all so confused . . . even those who claim not to be.

Many on Earth enjoy puzzles and struggling to solve them. That is because at a deeper level you know that you know more than you think and you want to come to understand that which appears to be hidden from you – mostly in plain sight! You are spiritual beings have a physical experience of limitation, and you desire only to move beyond those limits. That has become a major area of interest, and consequently you see greater and greater numbers of people spending their lives breaking limits in every field of human endeavor.

That is a sign that you are ready to awaken by ascending. However, many of the older ones among you may find the strain too much for their physical bodies to undertake because they have become so firmly attached to their present state of physicality in which increasing age causes incapacitation to varying degrees, and to raise their energy signature to the next level would just cause their bodies to disintegrate. To avoid this unpleasantness many will quite suddenly and unexpectedly lay down their bodies and ascend without them. The fact that they had been hoping for a physical ascension that does not occur will not be a reason for disappointment, because the transfer from physical form to spiritual form will be instant, and delighted amazement will then fill them with wonder and awe. As you have frequently been told “There will be no disappointments.”

In the moments remaining before your awakening focus on the knowledge that each one of you has at the center or deepest part of yourselves that all is divinely taken care, that all who wish and desire and choose and decide to ascend into fully conscious wakefulness will do so. The welcome that awaits you is beyond description, there is nothing that could be used in human terms as an analogy to describe what awaits you. Plan for utter joy!

PYRAMID ACTIVATION AND INNER EARTH CHANGES …. by judithkusel

Massive changes are happening in the inner earth crust, and these are pulling us more and more into the core of ourselves - that center place, where we feel the most….. It is there in the gut, and reaction to all the outside forces….. It is there in our relationships to the outer world - whether deep bonds of love, or social bonds….

It seems to circle out and out and has an effect on all and sundry….
The Earth is really a living and breathing entity and as she is being re-activated from the inner core and her whole molecular and outer structures are being revamped, something immense is happening.

What is happening is the opening up of long dormant energy centers, the pyramids under the sea, in the inner core earth, and those who lie buried underneath the rubble. Some, like in South America, which lie buried under sand, in the forests, or in Lake Titicaca are becoming more activated, as are those elsewhere.

The pacific sea beds are changing and the inner core pyramids in those areas becoming activated, like those dormant in Antarctica, the North Sea and Europe and elsewhere.

There are certain energy centers which are working with the purest vibration of sound and this sound is out of hearing range. It is not the Selviggio frequencies as such, but some very higher frequency sound vibration which cannot be measured as yet, and which we have forgotten about.

They all work in tandem and activate the energy grids, the nadis and meridian lines of the earth - and most of those in our own bodies and those others which are in the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies.

These frequencies are buzzing into the brain wave frequencies of our mind-heart connections and most importantly the other 352 energy wheels or grid systems in our bodies which we have forgotten about.

The higher our own frequency bands are rising, the more we will start opening up to the realms which are there, yet as still not recognized - those realms which bring the whole consciousness of the different dimensional layers of planet earth together.

This means from the elemental to the highest frequencies of the ethers around the planet - this where most psychics can tap into in order to do psychic readings.

However this will now be fine-tuned so that the dense matters and the denser spirits who are earth-bound will not be able to gain access anymore, as they then are removed from the planet, and will take up life in a different planet in a far-off galaxy to start the evolutionary process on a dense planet, like this planet in the 3D form.

All of this is reflecting in our everyday relationships with people and society all around us.
A lot of relationships are falling apart at the core - mostly because some partners are starting to vibrate at a much higher frequency band as others. This is true for families and friendships too, and society at large.

Some are so stuck in fear and the dense material forms, that they fear to step into a much higher frequency rate. This is their soul choice. What will happen is that will just will not be able to adjust as the higher and higher frequencies of sound vibrates through the stratosphere and the inner earth. They will literally feel they are disintegrating at some level - this is true.

As far as relationships go, remember that love is also a frequency band and vibrates at certain frequencies. Under such circumstances, one partner may be stuck or hung up about material satisfaction and very much in the outer forms, and not at all activated from deep within the inner core - while the other might just be so activated on all levels, that all the glue in the world will simply not hold the relationship together.

This is part of the transition - one has to understand that all outer show of marriage contracts and being bound legally have no jurisdiction in the higher realms of being - just like physical boundaries between countries are really of no consequence ….
Animals have migrated along certain routes since the earth was formed and know no written form or do they see boundaries. All of this exists in the 3D forms and not in the higher realms.

This does not mean that partnerships do not happen - but then partnership happens between two people who are on the same vibrational frequency band, and then like will attract like, and it will be in higher service that the coming together is and such a bond will not disintegrate because of having the same values and same being, seeing and experiencing.

Society as such will disintegrate more and more. The structures will be shaken now to the very core. As will all foundations which are build on falsehoods and false information.

There is really only one way now, to go and seek that inner strength and guidance, and that is from deep within. The indigo, crystal, rainbow and sun children all have inbuilt mechanisms which are now kicking in and are being activated. They will remember, and they will know what to do.

After all that is what they have come in here to do - to activate the energies and to assist with the core rising of frequencies and vibrations, so that the old can disintegrate and new can be formed.

All of this is happening more in the INNER planes, rather than outside. This is because the change is coming from deep within. What changes from within, affects the outer whole. Because the outer whole is much denser and vibrates at such a slow frequency, it takes longer to change.

We are so finely created, that our own inner core can more easily adapt to frequency bands, and to inner fine-tunings… while the outer world, has very slow cogs and wheels which need to disintegrate in order to that new mechanisms can be put in place which vibrate at a much higher frequency rate.

As the pyramid energies now truly become activated and inner core earth energies, this is going to impact more and more. The pyramids are all tuned in a certain frequency band and it is one that our instruments cannot as yet measure. However in the next few months and years, this too will change.

It is best to understand that all changes have to felt and experienced from deep within, and thus the inner hearing and seeing have to get more and more activated, in order to be able to step up in consciousness.

This is happening to thousands of people all over the planet, and even if they cannot always voice this, those who know, will understand what I am talking about here. It is something which has to happen to the individual. One cannot do this for another - however loved and close they are…. The activation has to come from WITHIN.

The beauty and magic of life in the higher states of consciousness, is beyond anything we can even try to explain…. Yet, those who have been through deep inner core shifts and changes in the last few years know that there comes a deep inner love and contentment, which surpasses all words.

One is simply tuned-in, and that is reward in itself - no matter how uncomfortable the changes were….. It is worth everything!

YOUR BREATH & YOUR CONNECTION TO SOURCE

“Greetings Dear Ones,

We are the High Council of Orion.

Before we begin we ask that each one of you take that nice deep breath in for yourself, allowing the air the surrounds you to fill your lungs.

Allow it to infuse greater level of oxygen into your body, yet understanding always that it is your breath, which is your connection between your spirit and your human existence.

For when your spirit no longer animates your human existence, the breath stops. Or if the breath stops the spirit, the soul, loses its connection with the physical body.

So understanding that your breath is integral to your incarnation, and it's also integral to your connection with the spiritual realms and the realms beyond.

Now that you've taken that moment to take some nice beautiful breaths for yourself we ask you to tune in at the moment with how you feel as you allow yourself to breathe into your presence. Breathe into the current moment in which you exist.

We’re going to talk more about the breath today and your connection with your awareness of the Now, your breath as your ability to help you stay in your current moment, your breath as an exercise or expression of your ability to actually bring new information in.

So this is a fun and exciting exploration that we have not brought through before.

As we mentioned a moment ago the breath is this connection between Soul and human experience. When you look at them as interconnected they are also interdependent.

For those many of you who are looking to the realms beyond wanting to reach out to receive more from Spirit, from higher sources, if you will, we ask you to do that by bringing awareness to your breath.

So as you wish to connect through by thinking, through prayers, through meditation, through journaling, whatever it is, we ask that you begin to be attention to your breathing and your breath.

Before you ask, before you tune in, before you begin to write, allow yourself to really become present to your breathing. Allow yourself to feel your breathing in its fullest expression.

For if you have been in your mind, if you've been in your everyday world, you may find that you're breathing gets very shallow, as many say very much “chest breathing”. So the breathing we ask you to do is that breathing into your abdomen, breathing into the belly, so that they are the full breaths that as you breathe in you imagine the air flowing all the way down into the lowest parts of your abdomen.

Clearly, within your physicality, it's limited to your lungs, but the idea that as you envision it filling your entire torso you are expanding the fullness of the lungs and you transcend the stress, if you will, of the “mind breathing”: the shallow breathing.

Just bring yourself to the awareness of the shift in the energy within your physical body as you begin to breathe deeply that way. The breathing is always present.

It's always gentle. It's not a forced deep breath. It’s a gentle breath and as you practice this in any given session, if you will, the breathing might be a little bit shallower, in the next breath a little bit deeper, in the next breath as you feel more relaxed it’s deeper and deeper until those belly breaths, the ones that fill your torso, come more easily and naturally to you. As you move to that place bring your awareness to how your body feels.

Then begin the point of asking for guidance, asking for connection and inspiration, again through prayer, through meditation, through journaling, in whatever way you connect with and receive your messages.

Allowing those moments where you are deepening that exchange and interchange between the interface of the Soul and the human experience through the breath opens up your energetic field to allow for more.

As you practice this breathing experience observe the shifts and changes in the messages you receive, the connection you feel, the inspiration you believe that you are receiving.

Then, as you move throughout your day where you might not be in those conscious moments of asking for guidance and inspiration and information, allow yourself to consistently come back into awareness of your breathing even when you're in your workaday world.

Take that moment to shift your breathing and move to that place of ease.

For as you shift your awareness and begin to increase the way that you breathe and shift the way that you breathe, to allow those fuller breaths, you are increasing and expanding your connection with your Soul, your connection to the higher realms, your connection to higher-level inspiration.

Have fun with this!

Beloved Ones,

Behold yourselves in the mirror and you will see that the transformation of your physical bodies is occurring. There is a glow of radiance in your countenance and an indefinable something that others around you perceive. This will happen more frequently with every successful releasing of old programs and belief systems as they occur. As these are let go, more light is assimilated into your human operating system. Many of you have a great field of light that surrounds you wherever you go and this is a welcome, albeit unperceived, blessing for the people in your field of influence, which is expanding constantly.

We know that it is not an easy process to face yourselves and to acknowledge responsibility for all that has happened in your lives and we applaud the courage and willingness that you have each shown as old patterns and beliefs have arisen from the depths within you. Remember an important truth which is, that you arelight and have come to serve by being it. You are each outposts of the divine and that has sometimes been a lonely task to endure. Know that those in your immediate family with whom you have daily interactions are the souls who have agreed to play the role of catalyst in these times which helps to ignite another level of release and introspection as the ascension process continues.

For these roles are a mutual agreement that has been made in order that the release take place within each person of all that has been holding them back from the remembrance of their true state as a child of the divine. There is still of lot of learning and growing that must occur within these individuals and within yourselves and this is best facilitated by a humble attitude as teacher and as student. Sometimes, you are the teacher and sometimes the student and through this process, growth and understanding takes place and the ultimate result is expansion of understanding, compassion and empathy. Spirit takes every opportunity to present further development of loving soul qualities.

The old world paradigm has left its mark on every human being and everyone on the planet is now endeavoring to rise above these limitations into a greater unity of their individual aspects so that a greater unity can take place in the collective consciousness of humanity. The templates for this have been anchored and now this positive influence permeates the crystalline grid system that surrounds your planet. The crystalline grid is the vast network of communication that is now influencing the thought patterns of every person on Earth and its power and influence is growing and expanding. Every person has the ability to attune to this network and add to its effectiveness and influence.

This vast communication system is now ready to be further utilized by each person on the planet. As you practice your daily disciplines to bring more light into your own being and to raise your personal vibration and frequency levels, your individual efforts impact the entire global network which enables your fellow humans to find their own way back to their divine connection which further adds and magnifies the efficacy of the entire global crystalline grid system. These lines of light and energy around your planet can be further developed and amplified with power from the positive and beneficent thoughts and intentions, invocations and prayers of every person on Earth. It behooves each person to make sure that their contribution to the new grid system is one that is life enhancing for all.
