Beloved masters, you came from far-distant Universes, Sub-universes, galaxies and planets, and you brought with you a wealth of cosmic information, which was stored within your Sacred Mind for future access. There were stringent requirements you had to pass and solemn vows you had to make. You agreed to come to Earth during these momentous evolutionary times, and then incarnate into greatly diverse and often very difficult circumstances. You made a pledge that when the time came for you to step onto the path of ascension, you would allow us to set aside your free will so that we could take whatever measures were deemed necessary to awaken you. For many, it resulted in a Soul merge, and others who had already awakened to their Soul Self were ready for a merge with a facet of their Higher Self. When the Soul finally merges fully with the Sacred Heart, it is a grand reunion of monumental proportions. When your intentions are composed of wisdom overlaid with love and projected with purity, you become a powerful source of Sacred Fire energy.
This awakening resulted in a mass Divine discontent among what we will call the “advanced guard”. You all have experienced some of the diverse and momentous transformations that have taken place among the masses. You have also observed or have been affected by the accelerated Earth changes, which have increased in frequency, and are continuing on a regular basis. Most of you, who have consciously made an effort to reclaim your Divinity, through whatever means you were/are attracted to, are among this advanced group of souls. You agreed to be the examples, and you are willing to do everything within your power to ease the way for others by becoming sentinels of Light, Wayshowers and World Servers. In past ages, the ascension process was available only to those who incarnated as initiates firmly on the path–as disciples whose mission was to anchor as much Divine Light and to bring forth as much cosmic wisdom as possible. That time is past. It is a time of mass ascension, for all the planets, solar systems, galaxies and Sub-universes within this universe are actively involved in an unprecedented ascension process. The wheels of Creation are ever spiraling downward or upward, inward or outward, depending on the great cosmic cycle of the time.
The Superconscious Mind and the many facets of your Higher Self are the link to the Spiritual realms.First, you may begin to get flashes of information/inspiration via your intuitive abilities and during meditation. The powers of the mind are greatly enhanced as an aspirant on the path becomes more proficient and comfortable in using the higher frequency patterns of the Sacred Mind. As a result of tapping into the higher frequency realms of the brain structure, a good portion of your memory of past events will begin to fade as you move out of the realm of the instinctual brain/mind into the realm of the Higher Mind. Ascension is mind-expanding, a process of passing from one state of consciousness to another. The awareness expands to include all humanity, the Earth, the solar system and its workings. No longer is the focus on thelittle self. The ultimate goal is to become a galactic Being and eventually attain a universal consciousness.
As you become proficient at accessing the power and majesty of the higher frequency dimensions—you begin to get a glimpse of how wondrous paradise can be—and the excitement begins to build. That is what is happening all over the world. It is a very personal experience, for you can have confusion, turmoil and chaos around you and still be centered in the calm eye of peace and joy. As time goes by, you will find that your center of peace will extend out farther and farther, and as more of you begin to tap into the eternal power of perfection, it will spread faster and faster until it encompasses the world.
There is a great stirring taking place among the masses, those who until now were not ready to listen to the inner nudgings of Spirit or delve into the mysteries of Creation that are beginning to flow on the currents of higher frequency RAYS of the new Divine Blueprint. We have said that you have been very brave to step out of your comfort zone, out of the mass consciousness flow of popular beliefs into uncharted territory. You have been willing to face up to many challenges and tests, and you have not been deterred by those who said you were wrong, evil or wishful-thinkers. You are proving that what you have accepted as your truth is indeed working, and the validation is concrete and visible for all to see so that there can be no dispute. Fear is the greatest deterrent to change, but you are learning to tame your fears and you are claiming your Sacred Will-power.
Each time you visit your fifth-dimensional Pyramid of Light, you become more adept at tapping into and using the gifts of Creation, and you bring back with you more and more of the rarified unmanifested fifth-dimensional Light substance. See these streams of Light spiraling down into the physical realms of expression, as they gradually become tangible and take form under your direction through your visions, dreams and clear intention. Many of you have learned the discipline necessary to hold your visions without wavering, and you are learning that the miracles of manifestation take place one clear thought, one step or action, and one day at a time. There are no shortcuts, beloveds; you must follow the universal laws of manifestation in order to harness the power of Creation.
You are being called to join the leadership Light team, those who will show the way for the beautiful souls now awakening from their spiritual slumber. Thousands are needed to facilitate and assist in this next wave of awakening that is now in progress, for it encompasses millions upon millions. Even those still in denial are becoming aware that something profound and unprecedented is taking place on Earth. These souls will not have to go through the extensive cleansing, clearing and painful processing that so many of you have experienced. Indeed, you have opened the way and have the knowledge that will help them to move quickly through the awakening process and into empowerment.
You are the examples and the Wayshowers, for you are destined to teach those around you the simplified steps necessary to clear their old thought patterns, so that the Divine Light of the Creator may begin to take dominion within their heart center. You are major players, my brave ones, as we move to the next higher spiral of evolution. By now, we hope that you are beginning to accept what we tell you, that you are all beautiful Beings who carry a precious Spark of the Creator within your heart/soul. Allow your Higher Self to inspire and guide you, but please step to the fore and use the knowledge, wisdom and skills that have been so dearly won.
Dear hearts, you are a composite of all your past experiences and memories. You have had many lifetimes as a female where you were abused or mistreated by men, and many lifetimes in the male body where you suffered the loss of your beloved mate, were betrayed, or did not measure up in some way. All those conflicting energies within your cells, auric field, and brain structure will color your outlook on the opposite sex until you resolve and transmute them. At the core of your Being, what you are really seeking is the reunification with the other half of your godly Self, that perfect Divine Ray of Creation that was sent forth in Its totality. You then separated into two sub-rays, one representing the Father Creator and the other a representative of the Mother Creator. You have divided and separated into many facets or fragments of consciousness since, but have forever yearned and sought your return to wholeness and unity consciousness.
How can you accomplish the healing and reunification of these two primary facets of yourself? First, by developing a sense of Self-worth and Self-love. You will begin to radiate this higher vibratory energy out from your auric force field, and others will respond in kind. Learn to trust yourself and your intuition so that you may trust others. You will never feel alone when you learn that you have a mighty force of angels ever near you, ready to protect, encourage, love, and support you every moment of the day or night. Release the pain of the past by forgiving yourself and all others.
There will still be those who come into your life with whom you do not resonate, and that will be so as long as you are in the physical vessel. If you can maintain an attitude of non-judgment, and radiate love to the essence of each person, you will not have to experience a karmic dance or interaction with them. Bless them and allow them to follow their path, while you follow your own.
It is time for humanity to remove the etheric shields of protection they have placed over their heart/solar plexus centers so that they cannot be hurt or unduly influenced. Opening the golden seal portal of the Sacred Heart, where your Diamond Core God Cell resides, allows the Love/Light of the our Father/Mother God to flow freely from both the front and back portals of the Sacred Heart.
Beloveds, there is another important concept that we wish to present to you. In doing so, we know that it will trigger fear and doubt for many of you. If this is the case, we ask you to set the information to the side, and ask that it be validated if it is to be your truth, or if it is too uncomfortable, just disregard it. There is much information coming forth that will challenge the old world concepts and thought forms of the past. Just as children learn the simple basic concepts of life in their early years, their lessons and knowledge become more complex and thought-provoking as they mature. This concept applies to your spiritual education and growth as well.
We have told you that the Supreme Creator has begun to emanate the rarified Love/Light Essence from the heart core of Its Being (Adamantine Particles of Pure Divine Light substance). This Essence contains all the facets of Creation, which include the Seed thoughts, energy components, and grand designs for never-before-experienced new creations. Within these wondrous multiple beams of Creator Light are newly-activated, black-spectrum Rays of pure unmanifested potential. The Creator is sending these Rays as a gift throughout this universe, for they contain the stillness of the Great Void, which will be accessible to all who are brave enough to tap into the magnificent power of the Void of space, in order to be a participant in the creation of future worlds and galaxies.
First came the Void and then came the Light, and within the Light were all good and wondrous things. The spectrum of Light would not be discernible without the many shades of darkness. Many of you fear the darkness and your shadow side, perceiving it as evil. Beloveds, if all is a part of the ONE, the Creator, how can there be anything to fear when you are filled with God Light? You as humans have created many things to fear, but these things are not the Creator’s doing. Do you fear the Great Void that is the backdrop for the stars and constellations? Some of you fear the night, but it is not the darkness that you can blame, but the hurtful things that humans do under the cover of darkness. We wish to help you to begin to investigate and transmute those old self-limiting concepts so that you may broaden your horizons and assume your cloak of Light. With the gift of Light comes a great responsibility, the leadership role that we outlined for you earlier.
We ask you to LIVE your lives with a heightened sense of awareness; to FEEL the joy of being connected to All That Is, and then share the joy with others; to use your WILL power to move swiftly along the path of enlightenment, so that as you gain a higher vantage point, you can more easily assist others over the rough spots. Endeavor to LOVE others with all your heart and soul, as the Creator loves you; to SPEAK your highest truth with love, compassion, and discernment; to SEE the best in everyone; and to know that we are all a part of the same great I AM.
Precious friends, we began and will end this wondrous journey together. We will encourage you, stretch your minds, and nudge you when it is appropriate, but most of all, we will love you eternally.

Beloved ones we are the Nephilim and we come to guide and to support and to help you understand at a human conscious waking mind level the vibrational changes and shifts that both the planet earth and the human vehicle into which you have incarnated now moves through and beyond.
For ALL changes and shifts at all moments of each moment and many of you are filtering this out at human conscious waking mind level.
The changes to planet earth are necessary for the changes to the human race, both interlinked and both interwoven with each other, for ALL ARE ONE and ALL JUST IS.
The vibrational changes to the energetic signature of the planet now expand, grow and unfold, for the planet must be at a vibrational level of support in order to anchor the changes that now unfold RAPIDLY upon and within the planet earth.
ALL is not as it appears and the appearance of your outer waking reality will shift and change and morph as you begin to align fully with and through the energy signature of planet earth.
It is no longer enough to be consciously aware of the planet on which you walk, you must now begin to view the planet as part of YOU for ALL ARE ONE and ALL JUST IS in TRUTH.
The heightening of energies is designed to illuminate all that no longer serves and we guide this clearly to ALL at this time for the old 3d earth may try to teach that somehow you are being “punished” or that you have done “something wrong” and we guide this is not TRUTH and is not supported in the New Earth.
YOU are creating this life experience moment to moment and the universe is working to help align you with TRUTH at all times.
The alignment is necessary in order to find and achieve BALANCE and this is something the old 3d earth moved you OUT of at all times.
Balance is the key to the unfolding of the New Earth and we guide for ALL to find balance each moment of each moment. We place the symbol of the golden ankh, the seal of solomon and the coding of 222 within the HEART space and ask that ALL become more consciously aware of all that is now unfolding.
To look beneath what APPEARS to be unfolding and work with what IS at all times.
The confusion, chaos and disruption working as a blindfold to the New Earth and we ask for you to become more aware of the blind folds and to take them off when you find them.
For the old 3d earth will try at all times to pull you from balance, to attempt to blind YOU to your OWN POWER and this is not supported in the New Earth frequencies.
Moving through the fog of the old 3d earth will show you clearly WHO YOU ARE in TRUTH and as you begin to unwrap the blindfolds and allow your eyes to adjust to the brightness you will begin to REMEMBER in TRUTH.
This process now speeds up RAPIDLY for ALL upon and within planet earth for the New Earth energies are now expanding and anchoring more deeply into, within and across the planet and therefore the human race.

We congratulate you on a year well lived. - Channeled by Ron Head

It is customary at this time of year for you to look back across the preceding months and remark upon the year that you have just passed through.
Now that you are less than one week from completing this cycle, we agree that this is the time for just such an assessment, with one small adjustment.
We wish you, each of you, to not only look at what has occurred on your world, where the vista will contain both desirable and undesirable scenes still.
But look primarily at the changes you have seen happen within your own lives, and further still, within your selves. So many of you have begun a journey which you must see now is leading you to higher awareness, broader consciousness, and a more loving and compassionate life.
Many more, having already placed themselves upon that path, have seen vast and almost unimaginable changes in every facet of their lives.
Many have begun to receive, or to perceive the reception of, communication from this density from which we speak. And there are many other internal changes which so many of you are going through.
Spend some time contemplating these things.
This year, your 2013, the first year after passing the marker of 12/21/12, was hardly a ‘nothing has happened’ year.
And yet, dear friends, let us now alert you to expect a year which will be far and away more significant in each of your lives.
Still there are many of you whose minds will immediately turn to monetary or political possibilities when we say this. But most of you are aware by now that, while we are well aware of how strongly those things affect you, they are not what we speak of through these messages.
Monetary things are only concerns if there is a possibility of lesser or more.
Politics, as you understand them, are also not a concern when only the highest interests for all are considered. We speak here, most often, of causes, and not of effects.
The causes of which we speak are the changing states of your own being, the growth of yourselves.
We can promise you that, if you continue to make the progressive changes in yourselves at the same or increasing rates that you have maintained, your next year will be remarkable.
You have, and will continue to have, the complete support for this from every available source we command, and those, my friends, are considerable and unlimited.
So consider that your possibilities are also considerable and limited only by your ability to receive what is offered.
Step forward now with confidence, open heart, and firm intent, into the next step in building the new life you desire. Find your own joy.
Find what makes you sing and dance. How do you find that? Set it as your goal. Take the first step. What is the right step?
The right step is the next one to present itself after your decision.
Your job is to make the decision and take the step. Your Self, your guides, and your angels will take care of the rest.
And your next job is to hold tightly to your goal. Never waiver from it except to change it to a higher goal when one presents itself.
It will soon be time, for those who are so inclined, to make what you call ‘New Year’s Resolutions’.
This time we recommend that you re-read the above and make your resolution accordingly. Make resolutions that truly mean something to you in the deepest part of your being.
Make resolutions which you will never give up on. Call upon us for aid in your endeavor. Call upon us often. We congratulate you on a year well lived. We will speak again soon. Good day.

New Year or New Here, You Are on Your Way Channeler: Pleiadian Renegades
Looking ahead into the year before you, we were going to tell you a few things that might settle your minds about the things that are most likely to appear on your world screen.
However, upon thinking it over, we decided instead to tell you some of the things that would not be coming your way, to settle minds far and wide in a more satisfying way.
Sometimes, it’s better to know what isn’t going to happen than it is to know what is likely, and from there make the necessary daring moves on your part to make even more wonderful things happen.
First, we would like to point out that there is no danger of the last big comet colliding with the Earth.
While you may be seeing more fireballs in the sky in the coming days and weeks, you will not take a direct hit in a catastrophic bowling-ball style.
So don’t worry about that.
There are some other things in the inner reaches of your solar system that may catch your attention, and when they show up we will have more to say on that matter.
For now, enjoy the days of sunshine and know that you are well shielded from celestial loose cannons.
In the environmental disaster that you know as Fukushima, there is concern that the entire planet will be flooded with radioisotopes in such a way that life will not continue, that entire nations will be infected with damaging ionizing radiation and genetic mutations, or that the global ecosystem will fail.
Let this be one thing you do not have to lose your cool about: We are guarding the facility to what extent we are able and have been monitoring the progress of its demise.
While there are indeed high levels of radioactive toxicity in your world, it is out of the question that it would entirely wipe out life or civilization in any way that would prevent the human species from maintaining their evolutionary course as it has been set.
You have decisions to make, yet there is one thing you can be assured of.
The long period of disinformation is about to end, the truth is coming out, and we are working to alleviate the worst of the effects. In the final analysis, there is no such thing as a nuclear nightmare about to happen, and while there are many who are in harm’s way in the learning curve that is public awareness of global catastrophe, your world will not disintegrate and the race will live on to see a brighter day.
Those who have made the choice at the level of soul before incarnating here, who will have direct effects from this event and its fallout, will be given the opportunity to explore their decision and give their experience the kind of reflection they destined themselves to do.
There are no innocent victims, though there are casualties, and with the pain of loss comes a soul integration that for the most part remains unseen while you are still on the plane of existence that is the world stage.
If the revolution doesn’t happen on schedule according to the plans of the overlords who have navigated through it so far, it will indeed get going on schedule for those who have a very real interest in seeing things settled in a new groove, one that allows humanity to flourish on its own terms and not under the oppressive rule of the erstwhile leaders of the dragon brigands who have carved out their lair in the suburban paradise of earth’s life-sustaining garden.
They will not like the outcome, perhaps, but then again, it was never a hard and fast rule that they would win on their terms, only that they would work towards bending the game to their favor while keeping a few cards up their sleeves.
The turn of events that comes in the year 2014 is going to have a lot of people recalibrating their way of looking at things, and the way reality is going to be impacted, we don’t see the continuance of life under the present system as something that you’ll be aware of for much longer.
Be aware, however, that the present system is part of a greater and grander system that you may not yet be able to fully appreciate, and the ones who are acting in the shadows will have their own dramas to fulfill while you have the stage and spotlight on your own revelations of understanding and love.
Finally, to turn your attention to the skies, where many of you have been straining your eyes to see a speck of shiny metal silently gliding over the disbelieving populace, we say please don’t expect that there will be an invasion from outer space. It is not our style to participate in such theatrics, and the truth is, anything that you see as invasionary tactics will be coming from those already firmly established on the ground among you.
While some of our crew are indeed walking the halls and byways of your world’s higher-vibratory-compatible areas, we are not and will not be part of an invasion force.
Rather, our preference for contact takes a more intimate route of meeting face to face when the time is right for communion between our world and another’s to commence.
That time may well be at hand, it is true, but you will not be witness to the kind of blastingly big theatrical entertainment that some would have you expect.
We have more to say on this, and will comment further as the need arises for you to be ready for the next level of information.
Many of you are well prepared and many of you are making the final steps toward becoming prepared for open contact.
While others are not and probably will never be ready to participate in the direct contact scenario that is lately emerging, there are many who may yet surprise even themselves at the kinds of awakening they will soon see in their own lives.
Don’t give up on everyone just yet, dear friends. There is room for many more to join the party, and we are prepared to welcome your sleepy comrades just as much as we are prepared to welcome you.
Is this enough to get you geared up for the birth of 2014? It is enough that you can begin to understand the level of expectancy that surrounds the emergent year from our side of the timeline.
We are so open to you as friends and guides, if you have anything that feels like the sense you can make out of it is in need of some illumination from loving minds and hearts.
We are just a breath away, dear friends. It is our pleasure and honor to initiate this communication with you, and we are happy to take it further.
If you ever want to talk, we are available. Remember that we are with you, we are among you, and we are watching and waiting for you to arrive at the moment of meeting.

You are now about to take a step into a period in which there are swift changes resulting with arduous transitions.
Fellows, it is considerably important to keep being at the center, to recuperate and to take steps in the focus of the reality that you would like to create. Invite much more the ones who have ascended masters.
Each statement and each action is considerably valuable. That is to say that it is good to give an ear to your inner voice and own. We have the chance to reach and touch you in the way that you wish. You are surrounded by the beauties; everything is in your service.
It is time to reach the integrity without getting lost in your potential eternity. Blend with the soil as much as possible. Each event helps the soil move more and more. Each vibration in it leads to a change.
What is hidden there comes out. Everything is in the air. Keep close with the soil as much as possible so that you remain at the center of the chaos time to time.
This is the voyage of an association that you have given a start, remembered and known that it would come true in order to complete this process by simplifying and recovering.
Try to know much more about your body. You can feel our support and help in any way: some beat of your muscles or a floating of a butterfly in front of you… Increase your awareness.
Trust yourself in order to be aware of the incoming messages. Believe in the voice which comes slowly out of your inner depth, fellows. Be aware of your opportunities.
Each way appears as soon as you step further so as to get real and carry yourself for better. More people try for changes in their career following their aims of life.
Do not worry, but feel the trust for the one arising out of your soul. You may start taking steps for these changes during March.
Do not forget, fellows: you tend to choose what you think and where you direct your focus. Getting aware of your creative strength, use your talent so as to get the better.
The time of spring is when all buds blossom. Therefore, realize how you have fed your buds, in which feeling, though and action they are fed until that time.
Take the advantage of the purity of the sea after the process affected by the intensity of the summer. Talk to the sea; let it touch your whole body and flow into your soul by your skin.
Let it purify what there is. Renew yourself in the tranquility of the sea. You shine so much as you get purified and improved that you get ready to spread lights over your World.
Walk your own path illuminating your environment, whoever and whatever you give a hand. Do not try to convince anyone, fellows.
Just keep going on your own way. Your light shines so brightly that you help and inspire everybody to find their own light.
At that moment, you comprehend what the peace and tranquility is. The more you feel the light, you understand that peace is not the thing invited but felt in your depth.
In September, you may face the effect of the rules and authority. Let your focus be your strength, inner peace and light that you have gathered rather than your anger and temper.
You have left behind a lot of related stages until today. Therefore, the older authority, system and the rules become ineffective.
Keep remaining at the center. Take the responsibility of each moment that you have created.
Your efforts for a new World will create the reality. It will rise so beautifully that it will come into your world shining more brightly in November.

144 Double Helix Strand Spiritual DNA Activation Process, Author - Essence Ka tha’ras
A friend recently asked for instruction on Activating Multiple Strand Spiritual DNA.
In response to her request I have written the following and decided to share it here for any who may want to use this particular process for Ac tivating their Multiple Strand Spiritual DNA.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DNA Activation Process I suggest you start with initially activating 12 Strands of Spiritual DNA, then proceed in increments of 12 until you reach 72; so that would be 12 Double Helix Strands initially activated, followed by 24, then 36, 48, 60, 72.
Once you have activated the first 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA you will then activate another 72, which will take you to 144 Double Helix Strands of DNA, or 288 Single Strands of DNA.
First I would like to share this article I wrote back in February of 2012. In it I shared a bit of information about Spiritual DNA. Here is what I wrote on Spiritual DNA, and a link to the whole article if you would like to read it in full. “The Purple Pathe” is my old web-site.

By now most Lightworkers are aware of the process of activating multiple “new” strands of Spiritual DNA. The Spiritual DNA we are currently activating has always been a part of our complete Spiritual Self, and is necessary for raising the frequency of our physical and etheric bodies so as to enable us to, safely and effectively move “back into” our Light Bodies.
Sometimes this process is misunderstood. It is more clearly stated that we are RE-Activating these Spiritual DNA strands. They have always been there; we just stepped too deeply into dense frequency vibratory rate realms for them to operate at full capacity.
In a very basic manner, the vast majority of these Spiritual DNA strands had to shut down almost completely or we would not have been capable of moving into such dense frequency realms.
This DNA has always been within us, and the knowledge of this hidden and almost completely dormant DNA allowed those who knew of it to implant mechanisms and devices into it that aided them in using it in controlling ways.
Keeping the knowledge of these “Spiritual DNA Strands” hidden for as long as possible was the first order of business for the Shadow Side Forces.
Strategically placed locks within particular Spiritual DNA Strands create blockages to the knowledge of the truth of humankind’s Spiritual heritage.
Tactically placed, these obstructions create stumbling blocks that, although they cannot and will not halt the inevitable outcome of all that is encompassed in the current Ascension process, if left unchecked and unattended, can and will, slow the process.
Every truth humans reawaken to, deal with and take charge of implementing into their lives, individually and collectively, is one less blockage that can hinder the progression of our journey home to ONEness.” Now for the activation process
Each of us has what we can term or label an “Etheric Physician”; “Etheric” meaning non-terrestrial. Very basically, I guess you could say, this is one of our Spiritual Guides who we can call on to help us maintain and care for our Etheric and Physical Bodies, including our Aura; our personal energy field.
Step 1: Go into a meditative state with the intention of calling upon your Personal Etheric Physician. The first time you call upon your Personal Etheric Physician, I suggest you take the time to meet them and get to know them a bit. Very much like you would a physician in the physical world.
Questions you may want to ask and have answered Do they emit a Masculine of Feminine frequency? (to us… are they male or female) What is his/her name? What do they look like? Where are they from? Have you work with them before? and if so, when and where? And any other questions you might have.
Step 2: Once you have gotten to “know” them, you can either set an appointment for later, (if you are ready to physically leave meditation) to Activate the number of Spiritual Strands of DNA you are ready to activate and maintain.
Sometimes they will have specific instructions as to certain work they want you to do for a certain number of days, in preparation for the Activation. Examples such as, they may want you to fast and/or cleanse.
They may want you to meditate on something specific for a certain amount of time, or they may want you to finalize some particular type of emotional release work, etc.
They may also ask you to gather crystals or other stones of particular vibratory rates to utilize during the activations, or even particular Essences or Essential Oils.
Other times they will think you are ready then. Simply follow their instructions. On the day of each activation, try to find at least a several hour period when you will be undisturbed.
This allows you time for the meditation process where the activation will take place, plus time afterwards for relaxing and allowing the initial assimilation of the new frequencies to settle into your personal energy field/aura and you physical body.
A visual for this newly activated Spiritual DNA: The Double Helix Strands of DNA weave themselves together creating an energy channel, or tube, that runs through the center of your body.
Basically you can visualize it creating a boundary, or the wall of your Sushumna Channel. (For now only focus on the Sushumna Channel in the picture below, and do not concern yourself with the Ida and Pingala energy channels for this work.)
The activation of each additional 12 Strand increment increases the diameter of the Sushumna Channel. How this will feel is very individual. My personal experience is that once all 72 Double Helix Strands are activated and woven together, the Sushumna Channel fills approximately the center 1/3 of the physical body.
Once you have activated the first 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA, and have worked with this for a sufficient amount of linear time and are comfortable with maintaining this frequency, then you are ready to activate the next 72 Strands.
The Second 72 Strands of Spiritual DNA The activation of these 72 Strands is done all at once. I suggest, if possible in your daily life, you set aside two days of at least minimal physical exertion for this activation.
(Alone time is always best, but is not always afforded to us in our day to day lives.) This will give you time to do the work with your Etheric Physician and then have a relaxing down time to let the physical body rest and adjust to the substantial frequency increase.
The process is the same as with the smaller number strand activations. I highly suggest you meet with your Etheric Physician a few days, to a week or so before you plan on doing this activation to see if they have any specific instructions they would like for you to follow.
The activation of this second set of 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA creates a second outer wall of your Sushumna Channel. In other words, the “Energy Channel/Tube” created by the first 72 Strands will be contained just inside this “Energy Channel”. Like double paned glass, this makes a second layer.
On the day of this Activation, do as before and move into your meditative state, following all instructions from your Etheric Physician. Allow quite relaxing time to assimilate these new frequencies after the work is completed.
******* If you notice, each of the numbers associated with this DNA Activation process adds to either a 3, a 6 or a 9. This is the same number sequence associated with the Solfeggio Frequencies. I highly recommend the use of the Solfeggio Frequencies during the time of preparation for, and in the actual Activations.
Personally I suggest you specifically use the 528 Hz - Miracle/DNA Repair and the 417 Hz - Transmutation. The use of any and/or all is fine, but these two in particular are very good for this work.
If you are not familiar with the Solfeggio Frequency tones and music, you can simply search it on the web. There are many good Solfeggio music videos on Youtube and you can buy any number of versions of them on iTunes. Just find what resonates with you.
********** Remember, 12 Double Helix Strands is actually 24 Single Strands of DNA, 24 Double Helix Strands is actually 48 Single Strands of DNA, etc.
Each Double Helix Stand pair will have a Masculine/+ Charged Strand and a Feminine/ - Charged Strand joined into one “Double Helix”.
In conjunction with these activation, once you have assimilated and adjusted to the higher frequencies you are now holding and maintaining, (allow several weeks after the assimilation of the second 72 Strands before doing this next step), you will initiate a double spin direction of these two layers of Spiritual DNA.
Once again, go into your meditative state and call upon your Etheric Physician to assist you in this process. Initiate/Start the inner Energy Channel spinning in a clockwise direction. Give a few minutes to allowing this spin to start and then find its proper rate of spin.
Once this feels complete you will then initiate the outer Energy Channel to begin spinning in a counter-clockwise direction. Give yourself time to allow these two spin directions to find equilibrium and set the proper spin rate and ratio to each other.
Your Double Helix Strand Spiritual DNA Activation is now complete. My personal advice:
1: Don’t let your ego guide you into thinking you can skip ahead in this process. You can cause yourself emotional and mental discomfort and slow the process down by thinking and acting on decisions made with Ego’s voice and advise.
2: You need to give some linear time, usually a few weeks, (1 to 3) between each additional Activation. You have to learn to operate, and maintain each higher frequency.
3: Consciously work each day with these newly RE-activated Strands of Spiritual DNA. Give at least a few minutes time each day to making sure your energy is flowing correctly and with no blockages.
4: Become acquainted with what the energy flows feel like along these Strands and within this newly expanded Sushumna Channel. If you discover any blockages, or begin having emotional, mental or physical issues, simply call upon your Etheric Physician for assistance and follow their instructions.
5: For all who practice Energy Healing. Remember, we each have our own personal Etheric Physician. When you are doing Healing Energy Work on another, you can call on your Etheric Physician to contact their Etheric Physician for assistance. Once you become more efficient at working with Etheric Physicians, you can call directly on the Etheric Physician of the person you are doing the Healing Energy Work for.
