Last year I receive an experience of light in my head. Since then I am looking for an explanation of this incredible white light, which certainly lasted 3 seconds. We are people of light, absolutely. I can see auras and I feel others' pain. Not always easy to handle, especially if the frequency of vibration in your body one time is high and sometimes low.
