Beloved Masters, you are beginning to comprehend how different your physical reality will be as you gain access to and integrate more of the more refined frequencies of the higher realms.
You will also realize how radically your future life’s experiences will change. As everyone’s telepathic and clairsentience skills are perfected, you will understand why truth, honor and integrity will become paramount.
We are aware of the Light patterns that you emit, and also the resonance of your energetic signature, whether it is harmonious or discordant.
We see your radiance or lack thereof, and you cannot hide who you truly are from us. In the near future, this gift will become the norm for many advanced Light Workers as well.
You are not only seeking to return to balance and harmony within, but it is your Higher Self’s greatest desire that you reclaim and perfect the beautiful Soul Song that is uniquely yours.
The spectrums of Light and of sound in our realm of existence are far beyond your senses and even beyond your imagination.
In your reality, you can only experience a minuscule portion of the Celestial sounds, the radiant Light, and the power and majesty of our environment.
Fear and your ego are your greatest enemies. As we have explained in recent past messages, the negative, stressful events that you are experiencing at this time are activated from within to help you eradicate and/or refine past conditioning.
Tests and situations of tolerance are created to help you acknowledge any restrictive, damaging thought patterns that you may not be aware of at a conscious level.
Universal Law states that the frequencies of your thought patterns must be refined and lifted in order to tap into the next higher level of consciousness.
You must qualify or become attuned to each new level of conscious awareness before you may integrate the vibrational energies it contains.
Once you have mastered that level to a certain degree, you will be ready to receive its unique gifts and benefits. As you begin to follow the nudgings of your Higher Self, you will gain the ability to disregard or to not be affected by the actions or reactions of others who try to dis-empower you.
The realms of duality and polarity are great teachers. If you had never experienced anything but loving and positive actions, there would be little or no growth, and stagnation would result.
Your ego self will constantly urge you to focus on the external world, and to behave in ways that are not in your best interest as an aspiring Self-master.
If you consciously strive to stay centered within your Sacred Heart, and to use the enlightened wisdom of your Sacred Mind, you will never be led astray.
Your intuition will grow stronger and stronger as you build your confidence as a master of Self, and you will always sense and understand the correct decision to make or the path to follow.
As your confidence and your intuitive abilities increase, indecision will become a thing of the past. You are relearning the master skills you enjoyed in the higher realms.
Remember, you have been a master builder of worlds without end, and you have existed in the higher realms much longer than you have been entrapped in the dense environment of the lower dimensions.
Never forget, you are eternal and immortal. Your physical body is a temporary temple in which God dwells. The Sacred Heart is the temple of the soul.
Therein is the Essence of life where true Love resides, and where your awareness of Infinity begins. The Diamond Core God Cell within the Sacred Heart contains the Twelve Rays of God Consciousness, which are etheric crystal prisms of refracted Light called Rays that beam forth the Essence of Creation.
Death is a metamorphosis, a changing of the cloak of flesh for a cloak of Light. You have but one life and that life is eternal. You have assumed many roles while on your journey throughout eternity; however, within your Sacred Heart, you will remain as you were in the beginning, a Divine child of the Supreme Creator.
To become en-LIGHTEN-ed is to realize your Divinity within, whereby an impulse from deep within your Sacred Heart will assist you to follow, unerringly, the guidance of your God Self. In the higher realms your vessel of Light is pure, perfect and indestructible.
Envision a wholeness that has never been altered and a radiant form with no imperfections. Even though chaos and duality are an integral part of your existence in the third/fourth dimensions, there is order and design in this Sub-universal Master Plan.
You were not sent forth as co-creators without protection and a clearly defined path to follow in place. Your return to full consciousness of your God Self within this Sub-universal expression has always been assured.
Your Sacred Mind always knows the truth, and will eventually override the misconceptions of the conscious mind, which can be reprogrammed as you strive to clear the subconscious mind of all negative influences.
Your Sacred Mind is the direct connection to the God Mind. Moderation in all things results in equilibrium, balance and a sense of well-being.
Self-mastery leads to control of the physical emotions and the thought processes of the lower mind.
A Self-master stands firmly centered within the Sacred Heart in the midst of chaos and change - holding fast to the wisdom of the Sacred Mind as it gathers strength and guidance from our Father/Mother God - while learning to become an observer of the process as all illusion slowly fades away.
Many of you have discovered that no matter what you are experiencing in the outer world of form, there is a strong sense of joy that wells up from within.
These powerful pulses of energy OverLight any discordant situation, and help you remain centered within your Sacred Heart. Individual will comes from within the soul, while Divine Will originates from within your God Essence Seed Atom. The soul is forever seeking to advance toward its collective whole - reunification is its major goal.
Throughout your many years of trials, tests and challenges, we have told you that the Ascension process entails acknowledging, releasing and transforming all of the negative, impacted vibrational patterns that you carry within your complex physical, mental, emotional and etheric forms.
As novices beginning the journey of transformation, you could not comprehend or fully understand what a profound gift awaited you as you reached a certain level of balance and harmony within - the gift of GRACE.
A state of Grace awaits every soul on Earth once they gain the ability to function within the frequency patterns of the mid-fourth sub-dimensions and above.
As you return to the accepted level of duality within the spectrum of Light and shadow, you gradually learn to maintain a “harmless nature,” which is a vital element of becoming heart-centered and soul-focused.
Ascension means attaining a clearer awareness of Self, and accepting the fact that you are an extension of our Mother/Father God.
As you delve deeper and deeper within Self, you come to realize your intimate connection with the Creator. Once you have felt the exquisite bliss of a heart-to-heart connection with our Mother/Father God, and you are able to draw fully on the Adamantine Particles of Love/Light, your yearning for Love is gradually fulfilled.
Your hunger for sustenance will always be satisfied, and you will be given the strength, will and determination you require to joyfully complete your Earthly mission.
Through this process, your true Self is gradually being revealed to you. We have explained how the spectrum of Light and shadow was created in this Sub-universe so that humanity could experience duality and polarity.
In the higher dimensions, for those closest to our Father/Mother God and the Great Central Sun, the duality spectrum is very narrow; however, it became broader and more pronounced as each dimension was established, until it reached what was to be the maximum duality that was to be experienced.
You are aware that it was not ordained or intended that humanity should sink so deeply into duality and polarity thereby causing so much pain and suffering.
The time has arrived for the distortions and excesses of the past to be brought back into harmony, and it is our greatest desire to assist you to move through this process with ease and grace.
Dear Hearts, too many of you are carrying great burdens from the past, mistakes you have made in this lifetime, and also many errors from past conditioning and buried memories of painful events or actions from all your previous lifetimes. Holding onto these memories or carrying the “burdens of inequity” no longer serves you.
It is time for you to allow us to help you heal the painful memories of the past, just as we are clearing the distortions of the third- and fourth-dimensional collective consciousness belief patterns and bringing those dimensions back into their originally designed spectrum of duality.
We have repeatedly told you to, “Heal the past, script your future and then live in the moment,” for this very moment is the Still Point / the power center of Creation.
Why not move into the center of that spiral, into the eye of duality and polarity where all is calm and peaceful, and filled with pure, rich, primal life force substance just waiting to be molded into your vision of the future?
This very moment, as you move into your Sacred Heart Center, you can experience the profound love and compassion of our Father/Mother God and the Supreme Creator, and know that you are a treasured son or daughter on an important Heavenly mission.
Remember, nothing you can say or do can diminish this love.
Attaining universal consciousness is a never-ending process. Human-mental logic and the Sacred Heart / Sacred Mind will begin to function as a unit of Spiritual Power as you attain a certain level of wisdom and enhanced God-consciousness, and you will automatically begin to question the contradictions of the different religious beliefs.
This is necessary so that you will begin to seek out the pure Essence of Divine Truth that is scattered throughout the ancient sacred books.
Over time, sacred Truth will be revealed to you according to your present level of consciousness. A Self-master is constantly seeking, discovering and integrating more complex and empowering Sacred Cosmic truths.
Ascension is a process of constantly transcending your current level of limitation, both emotionally and mentally. You must always integrate and experience any new knowledge you accept as your new philosophy of life, thereby gaining the wisdom of the concepts.
My valiant Light Bearers, you are becoming more aware and hypersensitive to the frequency patterns of change, both within and around you, and your heightened sense of awareness increases, it is critical that you learn to become a mindful observer. A Self-master always views life events from a higher vantage point so that he/she does not become caught up in the maelstrom of drama and chaos that is rampant in the world.
It requires discipline and great wisdom to stay the course or to remain centered and empowered when it seems as though the world around you is sinking deeper and deeper into chaos and destruction.
We know how eager you are to attain full Self-mastery; however, as we have often stated, the fast track is not necessarily better.
You must be willing to allow your Higher Self and your Angelic helpers to set the pace of your advancement, for we have the advantage of observing what is taking place around the world, as well as within each of you from a higher vantage point.
This enables us to interpret the outcome of forthcoming events through energies of the strongest probable future. At such times, occasionally, we are allowed to intervene through specific mandates from our Father/Mother God and the Lords of Light.
We ask you to remember, if obstacles are continually put before you as you attempt to move forward or create something new in your life, know that it may not be the right time for your vision to become a reality.
Be willing to go into sanctuary (spend time in contemplation), so that your Higher Self can either inform you of what you must do in order to proceed, or possibly what must take place that you are not aware of before your aspirations can be fulfilled and made manifest.
Be willing to stay in the moment, and to know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be at the present time. Affirm often: “This is a perfect moment and I am centered in the power of the present.”
We implore you to view your life experiences through the filters of your Sacred Heart/Mind as you draw forth the powerful Adamantine Particles of Life/Light and infuse them with your love before radiating them out into the world and to humanity. We are all in this cosmic dance of evolution, and together, we shall prevail.

Today we would like to focus your attention upon the energy which many of you are undoubtedly feeling. Have you felt the energy come to a screeching halt yet?
We mentioned a few weeks ago that you would likely be met with some very strong energy that made you feel as though you hit a brick wall.
So we would like to take this time to readdress this in hopes of alleviating many of your worries and concerns.
Most of you are feeling an extreme drop in your motivation to do just about anything. If it is not absolutely necessary then you just don’t have the energy or the drive to pursue it.
So what happened? As we mentioned the energy which helped kick start this year gave many of you a tremendous upsurge of energy which left you feeling excited, anxious and the feeling of great anticipation for what this wonderful new year will bring with it.
However that energy is stronger than many of you are accustomed to holding and as a result many of you have required the time necessary to help you reflect and acclimate to the strong surge in energy.
Let us share with you an analogy to help you better understand what is happening on an energetic level. Imagine a large dam on a raging river; when it is fully open the water is able to flow in abundance, without any resistance; however when that dam is constricted, so much so that it affects the waters ability to pour in, the water becomes backed up.
It affects the waters ability to flow through. And as a result the river on the other side of the dam is much smaller because there is a large blockage.
The water is only trickeling through, but to suddenly release the dam would allow such a powerful rush of water to burst through that it would cause more harm than good.
By slowly opening the damn, it will allow for the water to gently increase rather than bursting though it and causing the dam to break.
Many of you have subconsciously created a dam in order to restrict the tremendous amounts of light and energy to pour through your energetic fields.
Though this is not a bad thing at all, you have created this energetic dam in order to protect your systems from overloading, much like a circuit breaker blowing a fuse rather than combusting.
Remember this energy is far more concentrated and the range in frequency is much higher than you are customarily used to holding.
This is one of the main reasons why so many souls have chosen to exit at this time. Not all souls want to fully experience the process of ascension here on Earth and as the energy continues to increase, those souls who do not want to have this experience must make a choice.
They must elevate in frequency or exit their physical bodies. Remember one decision is not better than another. To choose to ascend is no greater or lesser of a choice than to choose to exit the physical body. It is simply the souls preference in what they would like to experience.
Some of you have even manifested physical blocks with this energy resulting in nasal congestion, ear infections, repertory infections, digestion issues, kidney stones and power outages through power surges.
Remember nothing manifests on thy physical level before it first manifests on a spiritual level.
There are many who are concerned about their complete drop in motivation, energy, and drive to once again move forward; but we can assure you, you will once again rebalance as you acclimate to yet another increase in vibration.
As the energy increases, you will also notice that time continues to play less and less of a role in your life. Time will continue to feel more malleable and so it is as you continue to increase your vibration.
If you would like to work with this energy energetically we will give you a simple exercise to practice. We want you to visualize a beam of white light flowing in through the top of your head.
You may start with a small beam of white light and as you work with this energy you may increase the size of this light as you wish. See that energy flowing though your body effortlessly.
Allow that energy to individually work with each and every one of your cells, helping each cell to release what is no longer needed and to elevate the frequency in which it vibrates.
Allow that white beam of light to ground into the ground below your feet.
We wanted to share this message particularly for those of you who are feeling this energetic block and have anxiously awaited to be once again propelled back into the accelerated feeling this energy can also bring.
We must remind you, it will not serve you to try to rush this period of integration as you will only lengthen it by resisting it.
The reason being is that you must take some time to absorb the higher frequencies so that you may use them for your highest good.
To rush this energy, is to not fully understand it. This time of integration is just as beneficial as it is to accelerate.
We cannot tell you how long it will take, as each soul is different; though we can assure you it will indeed pass and you will once again feel the need to move forward again.
We hope that we have served you, and that we have brought you a sense of peace by better understanding why you are feeling this way.

Saint Germain and the Cosmic Master Speech by Andrew B.
This information comes from the etheric ethers and Unveiled Mysteries regarding Saint Germain and his past. It is not a channeling. It something that resonated so deeply with me that I was driven to share it with all of you.
Seventy thousand years ago lived a civilization in the Sahara desert where Saint Germain was the king.
The capital was known as the “City of the Sun.” As the king, Saint Germain was a master of ancient wisdom and a cupbearer of the light that ruled by the light and the kingdom was the living example of perfection.
People back then remembered their Source within, their Divine presence within.
This continued for hundreds of years. This was a Golden Age. We are in the middle of another Golden Age being created as we speak.
Gold was a common commodity in that age, as in all Golden Ages, because its natural emanation is a purifying, balancing, and vitalizing energy or force.
But, there was a portion of the people who became more interested in the temporary pleasures of the senses than in the larger creative plan of the Great God Self.
This caused them to lose consciousness of the God Power throughout the land.
Those governing realized they must withdraw and let the people learn through hard experience that all their happiness and good came from the adoration to the God Within and they must come back into the ‘Light’ if they were to be happy.
Saint Germain, through the Inner Wisdom, seeing that the people were becoming still more deeply enmeshed in the sense gratification, realized that it was no longer the Divine Plan to further sustain the kingdom.
He was instructed by those of greater spiritual authority than himself to give a banquet announcing his decision to withdraw, and thus bid his subjects farewell.
The banquet came and this beautiful wondrous presence, a Cosmic Master, came and gave this speech to the people. Within seven days of this speech, Saint Germain and his family were taken to a Golden Etheric City, an empire of light that existed over his land.
It was composed of self-luminous, etheric substance and rested above the physical city which was the capital of the physical city.
Two thousand years later,most of that empire had become barren land, the streams dried up, and desolation stretched everywhere, all the result of the discord and selfishness of mankind and the blight it becomes upon the growth of plant life in nature.
This kingdom had extended the entire width of Africa on the east until it reached the Himalayan Mountains. There followed a great cataclysm, submerging all the land.
Through that change, an inland sea was formed where the Sahara Desert now lies. Another earth change, which took place about twelve thousand years ago drained this sea and a part of it later became the present Sahara Desert.
The River Nile, as it is today, most nearly resembles the beautiful streams of that long forgotten period. As mentioned, the following speech (in bold below) from a Cosmic master was taken from the etheric records and is not a channeling.
When I first read this, is so resonated with me…so much energy was flowing through me, as if to confirm it’s truth in all the cells of my body. I had this feeling that I was there, and that I knew these words very well.
Saint Germain is so close to me now and I feel his presence every moment of my life and with all my energy healings as I use the violet flame constantly.
This speech is a lesson on love given by the highest of the high cosmic master and talks about connecting with your Divine Presence and your God self to create perfection and love in your life.
All is love and when you follow the law of love, and love yourself and every other being on this planet, life will be reflected back to you as a mirror of love! Then you will receive love.
And then you will find and see the Divine Presence within you and see the Divine Presence in every soul on this planet.
And when you see this, you will see the Oneness of all that is and connect from within allowing yourself to be sustained by the love of God as you no longer look from outside of yourself, but from within for all your needs and desires.
I hope you enjoy this speech as much as I have enjoyed it. Here is the Cosmic Master speech. “O Children of Earth, I bring you a warning of serious import, at a time of great crisis.
Arouse yourselves from the snare of the senses that is engulfing you! Awake from your lethargy, before it is too late!
This, my ‘Brother of Light’ must withdraw and leave you to the experience that you have chosen, and which is slowly enticing you into its many pitfalls.
You have opened yourselves to the uncontrolled ignorance and emotions of the outer self.
You give little attention and still less adoration to your Source, the Supreme, the Mighty, the Radiant, the Majestic, the Infinite Cause of all that is, the Creator and Sustainer of all worlds.
You give no gratitude to the Great Glorious Presence, the Lord of Love, for the very Life by which you exist.
Oh why are you not even grateful, for the blessings nature pours out so lavishly, for the abundance that comes to you through this fair land, and from your own wise and unselfish ruler?
You thank each other for favors, the things of the senses and form that are so ephemeral, that pass from one to another and then are no more, but why, Oh why, do you forget the Source of all Life, all Love, all Intelligence, all Power?
People! 0 People! Where is your gratitude to Life for Love, for the magnificence of experience that you enjoy every moment, every hour, every day, year after year?
All this you call your own, but it has always belonged, does now, and always will belong to the One Great Source of Life, Light, Love and All Good, GOD, the Supreme, the Adorable, the All-Pervading One.
When by your own misuse of the energy of Life, which this All-Pervading One showers upon you constantly, pure, perfect, and uncontaminated, you have created conditions so destructive and painful that they can no longer be endured.
You turn in either desperation, agony, or rebellion and call upon God for relief from your misery. This is your offering to the Giver of all Good, in return for that Ceaseless Perfection which he continually bestows in Supreme Love.
The only condition, upon which the One Great Self gives all, is its right use that it may bless the rest of creation with infinite joy, harmony and activity.
When in the depths of misery you turn again to your Source, for relief from your misdeeds you either cry in the agony of despair or, if rebellious, blame Life and the Source of All Good for allowing, what you call injustice and wrong conditions to exist in you and your world.
It is you, the little personal self who are unjust to Life, you who are unfair, you who create the misery of earth, for only humanity, because it has free will to create as it chooses, each individual through his own thought and feeling, only humanity who dares to bring into existence the discord, misery, and deformity that express upon earth.
This is a blight upon Creation and the Perfection that forever swings in the Great Cosmic Melody of Eternal Song. Only mankind is guilty of making a discord in the music of the spheres, for all else lives and acts in accordance with the Law of Love, of Life, of Harmony, and of Light.
All else blends into the harmonious whole-the Body of the Infinite, All-Loving One. All other realms of Life and Light move and create according to the fundamental principle upon which all Perfection rests.
That principle is Love.
If it were not for the Great Selfless Ones like your ruler, the Great Host of Ascended Masters, whose very keynote of existence is Love, humanity would long ago have destroyed itself and the very planet upon which it exists.
The transcendent and magnificent activities of Love and Light are the Natural Conditions in which God created and expected His human children to manifest, obeying His command to Love.
There is no such thing as a supernatural condition anywhere in the universe. All that is Transcendent, Beautiful and Perfect is Natural and according to the Law of Love.
Anything other than that is sub natural.
The daily experience of the Host of Ascended Masters is the Perfection, God’s children were meant to live in always. Earth’s children did express this Perfection once in a former cycle, which was One Golden Age.
That former civilization, that Ancient Perfection is older than you dream, older than you believe the planet to be.
All mankind at that period lived in a similar transcendent state, as the Ascended Masters, and the condition of misery, that has followed since that time down through the ages, came about because they chose to look away from their Source Love as the plan by which to live Life.
When the children of earth look away from Love, they are deliberately and consciously choosing the experience of chaos. Whoever seeks to exist without Love, cannot survive long anywhere in creation.
Such efforts are bound to bring failure, misery, and dissolution. By its very condition, it must return to chaos, the unformed, so it may be used over again in combination with Love, and thus produce a new form.
This is the Law of Universal as well as individual Life. It is Immutable, Irrevocable, Eternal, yet Beneficent, for creation in form exists that God may have something upon which to pour out Love and so express in action.
This is the Law of the Mighty One from which all else proceeds. It is the Mandate of Eternity and the Vastness and Brilliance of that Perfection cannot be described in words.
If there were not these Actual, Real, Permanent and Perfect conditions of Life and experience, which far transcend human description, existence would be but a travesty upon the stupendous activity of Life, that swings forever throughout creation.
There are those higher, harmonious, Transcendent Spheres, realms of activity and consciousness, individual and cosmic-where creation goes on continually in Joy, in Love, in Freedom, and in Perfection.
These are Real, Real, Real and much more permanent than your bodies and buildings in the physical world about you. These Realms of Life are created of Substance which is so charged with Love, that they can never have a quality or activity of discord, imperfection, or disintegration imposed upon them or registered within them.
Because they are based upon Love, the Perfection of such a manifestation is forever maintained, ever active, ever expanding, ever blessing with the joy of all that exists.
You bring woe upon yourselves which propels you into embodiment again and again in the ignorance of the senses, the human appetites, and desires of the outer self.
These appetites in the feeling nature of mankind are in themselves but an accumulation of energy which the individual through his thought and feeling has given a quality of one kind or another.
This misqualified energy, gathers a momentum through human expression and becomes habit. Habit is but energy specifically qualified and held focused for a time upon one objective.
The sense appetites of former lives become the driving forces and habits of the next, keeping you slaves, bound to the chariot wheels of discord, lack, and necessity, whirling you through a maze of human problems and experiences of your own creation-compelling you to learn and obey the Law of the One – Love.
Your own miscreations drive you on, and on, and on, until you are willing to understand Life and obey Its-One Law-Love. You whirl through Life after Life, experiencing discord upon discord, until you do learn to live the Law of Love.
This is a compelling activity which none escape and it continues until the outer self asks the reason for its misery, and understands that its release from the experience of suffering can only come through obedience to the Law of Love.
Such obedience begins as calm, peace, and kindliness in the feelings whose center is in the heart. Its contact with the outer world must come through the Inner Feeling.
Love is not an activity of the mind, but is the Pure and Luminous Essence which creates mind. This Essence from the Great God Flame streams into substance, and constantly pours itself out, as Perfection in form and action.
Love is Perfection manifest. It can only express peace, joy, and an outpouring of those feelings to all creation unconditionally.
It asks nothing for Itself because It is-Eternally Self-Creating being the Heartbeat of the ‘Supreme.’ Love owns All and is only concerned with setting the Plan of Perfection into action in all.
Thus, it is a constant pouring out of itself. It takes no cognizance of what has been given in the past, but receives its joy and maintains its balance by the continual Out streaming of Itself.
Because this Perfection is within Love forever flowing forth it is incapable of recording anything but Itself. Love alone is the basis of harmony and the right use of all Life energy.
In human experience, this grows into a desire to give, and give, and give of all the individual’s peace and harmony unto the rest of creation.
People! 0 People! forever throughout the ages! only enough Love can bring you back to the Heaven you once knew and abided in.
Here, you will once again embrace the fullness of the Great Light that gives all through Love. A visiting prince approaches your borders.
He will enter this city,seeking the daughter of your king. You will come under the rule of this prince but the recognition of your mistake will be futile.
