Israel conducts experiments on Palestinians, says Bhutanese intelligence report (The Himalayan Post)

The Israeli government is conducting scientific experiments on Palestinian prisoners in a top secret facility in the Negev desert in defiance of the Geneva Conventions and medical ethics, according to a report issued by the Bhutnese State Intelligence Directorate to Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay.

Bhutan's External Intelligence Wing (EIW) has established an extensive spy-network in the Palestinian Territories and within Israel. Through the EIW's spies and contacts in the region, new information about Israel's internal activities are now revealed. One of the most shocking discoveries by the Bhutanese is Israel's top secret human experimentation program codenamed "Project 899", which includes the testing of germ warfare attacks and vivisection on Palestinian subjects.

According to the report, Project 899 is headed by Surgeon General Avraham Cohen, a medical officer of the Israel Defense Forces who specializes in the development of biological weapons. The human experimentation program under his command was initiated in 2010 and is based in a military facility known by its code-name Unit 479 and is located in the southern Negev desert.

The report states that test subjects are regularly gathered by the IDF from the civilian population in the occupied Palestinian territories or from Israeli prisons that detain Palestinians. The test subjects are selected to give a wide cross-section of the population and include anti-Israeli partisans, political prisoners, and also people rounded up by the IDF for alleged "suspicious activities".

The following are excerpts from the report detailing the activities of Israeli researchers at Unit 479:

1. Vivisection:

"The Palestinian prisoners are subjected to vivisection without anesthesia. Vivisections are performed on prisoners after infecting them with various diseases. Researchers perform invasive surgery on prisoners, removing organs to study the effects of disease on the human body. These are conducted while the patients are alive because it was feared that the decomposition process would affect the results. The infected and vivisected prisoners included men, women, children, and infants.

Prisoners have their limbs amputated in order to study blood loss. Those limbs that were removed are sometimes re-attached to the opposite sides of the body. Some prisoners' limbs were frozen and amputated, while others had limbs frozen then thawed to study the effects of the resultant untreated gangrene and rotting.

Some prisoners have their stomachs surgically removed and the esophagus reattached to the intestines. Parts of the brain, lungs, liver, etc. were removed from some prisoners."

2. Germ warfare experiments

"Unit 479 is involved in research, development, and experimental deployment of epidemic-creating biowarfare weapons in assaults against Palestinian test subjects. Plague-infested fleas, bred in the laboratories of Unit 479 are released on prisoners who are kept in quarantine. The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of military aerial spraying that will cause bubonic plague epidemics on civilian populations.

Prisoners are also injected with inoculations of disease, disguised as vaccinations, to study their effects. To study the effects of untreated venereal diseases, male and female prisoners are deliberately infected, often by rape, with syphilis and gonorrhea, then studied.

The test subjects even include infants, the elderly, and pregnant women on which Israeli researchers performed tests with Bubonic plague, cholera, smallpox, botulism, and other diseases. This research led to the development of the defoliation bacilli bomb and the flea bomb used to spread bubonic plague."

3. Other experiments

"In other tests, subjects were deprived of food and water to determine the length of time until death; placed into high-pressure chambers until death; experimented upon to determine the relationship between temperature, burns, and human survival; placed into centrifuges and spun until death; injected with animal blood; exposed to lethal doses of x-rays; subjected to various chemical weapons inside gas chambers; injected with sea water to determine if it could be a substitute for saline solution; and burned or buried alive."

The results of the research conducted by the Israeli scientists at Unit 479 will enable the IDF to develop biological weapons that will be used to infect agriculture, reservoirs, wells, and other areas with anthrax, plague-carrier fleas, typhoid, dysentery, cholera, and other deadly pathogens.

Due to these experiments, the resulting cholera, anthrax, and plague is estimated to have claimed the lives of over a thousand Palestinian test subjects in the last 4 years.

After the content of the report was revealed to the press, Foreign Affairs Minister Lyonpo Rinzin Dorji said: "The damning report submitted to His Majesty's government about Unit 479 is proof of Zionist barbarism and that Israel is an existential threat not only for the Muslims but for all of humanity. Therefore, the Cabinet Secretariat urged His Majesty's Armed Forces to commence the invasion of Israel as soon as possible. If we continue to delay the invasion, our country and other anti-Zionist countries could be subject to a bio-terror attack by the Mossad or the IDF that will cause an epidemic of Biblical proportions."
