UFO?

Hello everyone! A few days ago I looked up at the sky at night, and saw nothing but a floating light orb. Could this have been a ufo? It didn't shimmer like a star and It didn't flash or move like an airplane or any other human aircraft. What do you all think?

Do you think I should look outside with binoculars for a few nights?
