I think that will be enough, if you think it;) As we set things in motion with our thoughts.
And as I thought of this event, I realized I can not participate at the set time, but will send healing to the palestians, right now.

hello everyone .. I have never attending a meditation event, but i always try to send love and light by meditating at home or while traveling .. is that enough ?.. i don't get time these days ..
