 nd around us. All we need do is follow this very simple MIRACLE MEDITA
 TION, done with the Intention of Manifesting Miracles immediately:\n\n
 MIRACLE PRAYER & MEDITATION process\n\n* Put aside any time on the Sun
 day (11am preferably)\n* Create a Sacred Space for yourself to Meditat
 e in\n* Light a White Candle\n* Put on some calming music or use your 
 breath to relax you\n* Sit in a comfortable position\n* Make the inten
 tion to the Universe that you are invoking Miracle Energy and asking f
 or Miracles to flow to those who are ill and suffering.\n* Start relax
 ing and begin opening your heart centre\n* Start expanding your heart 
 energy from you to the world & beyond\n* When you feel this happening 
 begin consciously connecting to Miracle Energy.\n* Repeat 'I Am The Mi
 racle, You are The Miracle, We are The Miracle of One'\n* Repeat this 
 as many times as you feel you want to\n* Then when you feel like you a
 re bathing in Miracle Energy, say these words:\n\"All is well. All is 
 well. All is Healed. All is Healed. Miracles flow to everyone.\"\n* Th
 en in your mind's eye see all on the planet being well, healed and rec
 eiving Miracles. If there is someone in mind who you know is sick or s
 uffering, you may wish to focus on them too.\n* When you feel this ene
 rgy move through you, keep breathing into it and allow the Miracle Ene
 rgy to keep flowing through your heart.\n* Finish Miracle Meditation w
 ith deep breaths and these words \"Thank You .. Miracles Happen .. And
