 ay Feb. 21, 2011  Greetings! Ashtar here. If you are paying attention,
  and we hope you are, then you are aware of the uprisings of many agai
 nst their governments as well as the outburst of your sun. As above, s
 o below, yes? Stay tuned.   For your next meditation we are asking YOU
   to focus on three of the planetary grids, each of which has a role 
 to play in the rotation and balance of Earth, and each of which can be
  interrupted by either of the two above scenarios. One of these grids 
 is at the `core' of your planet, one is at what you call the `mantle',
  and one circumscribes the Earth just beneath the surface; and you cal
 l it the `crust'.   Before beginning the meditation, we ask that YOU u
 se whatever method works best for you in order to *ground* yourself in
 to the Earth, and then proceed as follows:  1.  For the first five mi
 nutes of this meditation you are to send the Energy of Love to the cor
 e of the planet.\n \n2. For the next five minutes you are to send the
  Energy of Love to the mantle\n \n3. For the last five minutes you ar
 e to send the Energy of Love to the crust of the planet.   That's it f
