 n energy can begin to flow to you.\n\nSome of the things that you can 
 experience from the energy adjustments before the main session are tin
 gling, vibration, pressure or electrical sensations in your body. You 
 can feel very energetic and peaceful or lethargic as toxins are releas
 ed. Dreams can become very vivid and unusual. Unusual aches and pains 
 may come and go as the energy works through the blockages. You may hav
 e to use the bathroom more as your body detoxifies and releases toxins
