Blossom: Blessings to you, wherever it is you are!
Federation of Light (FOL): We are ‘here’ in this moment with you.
Blossom: Are you also elsewhere?
FOL: Indeed. For as with the Energy of White Cloud … we are not just restricted, as you ‘believe’ you are … to Being in just the one place at one time.
Blossom: It’s not that I believe I am restricted … far from it. It’s just, I haven’t quite mastered the flitting hither and thither at will … yet!
FOL: You shall. Many are!
Blossom: Hints on how?
FOL: Without doubt … ‘FAITH’.
Blossom: In?
FOL: TRUTH OF THAT KNOWLEDGE.
Followed by INTENT …
Followed by TRUST OF SELF …
Followed by PRACTICE …
Followed by KNOWING …
Blossom: Thanks. I guess this should/can apply to so many things we ‘think’ are not within our grasp?
FOL: Indeed Blossom. Limitations have been ‘set in stone’ it would seem, when we look upon restrictions the soul believes it has.
YET, THIS IS JUST INDOCTRINATION OVER EONS OF YOUR TIME.
SO THAT ON A CONSCIOUS LEVEL … AS A CONSCIOUSNESS … ONE TRULY KNOWS THEY DO NOT HAVE THESE CAPABILITIES.
ONE TRULY BELIEVES THIS.
And in this way … that is why we say … ‘Set in stone.’ Yet, what is it that over time breaks down stone?
Blossom: Water. And in White Cloud’s metaphors … Water is LOVE.
FOL: So dearest souls … the more you CHOOSE to ... give/offer ... MORE LOVE to THE SELF … the more the stone shall erode and allow all that was in it to dissipate … to clear … and in its place … re-introduce to the mind … to the VERY BEING … that which IS TRUTH. That which one KNOWS NOW to be possible.
Have we not said many times … EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE? Yet, your limitations prevent possibilities from ‘Coming to Light’.
Blossom: This segues nicely into a question asked. You have been talking lately about manifestation and keeping up the High Vibration. Yet, how is that always possible when we are being bombarded with ‘that’ which lowers our energy and perhaps indeed, our very thoughts? You speak of free will; yet, do we actually have it, if our Beings are being tampered with?
The gentleman asked that, if the lower Vibrational Beings of our Planet can interfere with our Beings in this way … then we could possibly assume that ALL human life would be happy for YOU to step in and intervene for the Highest Good of all … and you would be bringing back our free will … ( which is why you say you would not intervene) … Rather long winded way of me expressing this!
FOL: Firstly, we would say that … your thoughts , moods, ailments, etc. are affected by that which is ‘downloaded’ into the very air that you breathe … by those who ‘desire’ to control the masses … even though we are unsure of their ultimate outcome … for it cannot come about …
BECAUSE … YOU … EACH ONE OF YOU … ARE LIGHT.
We ask without agenda … for YOU … EACH ONE … to recognise the POWER OF YOUR LIGHT.
Basically … and we mean … ACTUALLY IN FOUNDATION OF SELF … YOU CANNOT BE CONTROLLED.
You can recognise ‘attempts’ and in doing so … USE YOUR LIGHT TO CHANGE THOUGHTS AROUND.
Blossom: With all respect … what about assassins … who are literally programmed? I have seen documentaries on hypnotism etc. … and I have to disagree with you!
FOL: Because … you are not seeing it as we do.
Blossom:Nope. I am seeing it as I do! So how would you answer that?
FOL: Oh, Dearest Blossom. How do we answer that? For it would surely be opening a can of worms and we are aware too, of that which ‘keeps you safe’ within that which we offer.
To reply to this we would say … ‘agreements are made’ … on a soul level. For the understanding of such things … would not/could not … make sense on a day to day basis.
Blossom: Which is the only way we CAN see things!
FOL: Exactly … and this is why it is so difficult to describe and explain. We shall continue regarding that which we speak of … in that YOUR SOUL … the WHO YOU TRULY ARE ... IS LIGHT.
THIS LIGHT … shall we use the word … wins/conquers … over everything … every time. Yes, you could come up with a thousand scenarios that YOU think prove otherwise. Yet, take it from us, if you choose … that LIGHT IS THE POWER.
LIGHT HAS THE POWER OVER ALL!
To revert to the gentleman’s question … There is reasoning on a planetary level as to why we do not ‘OBVIOUSLY’ step in. Yet, KNOW THIS when we say ... on a more subtle, more ‘undercover’ route … we are doing so much more than is KNOWN to the public. For it cannot be so … YET!
Much has been aborted by us that MUST NOT and therefore, DID NOT take place. Regarding … pollutionising (?) the Planet in a much more confronting way than is now presented.
Much has been prevented by us … that shall come ‘to Light’ in future days. And you will see that ‘those’ outside of your Planet have assisted ALREADY greatly … and there is plenty more where that came from!
Does that not take away our free will? … for you say that is why you cannot interfere. Yet you are … so … so … I’m losing the plot here!
We would say ‘WHOSE’ free will? For each soul has it.
Somebody get me off this roundabout! So I choose to let you ‘spout’ for a while and I won’t intervene and therefore, confuse myself and all!

There are seeds in place that were planted in Divine timing upon your Planet.
These seeds ARE YOU!
You are the keepers of yourselves. You are the ones who must keep these seeds watered and sheltered and protected from elements that may harm.
And in doing so … these seeds ‘BLOSSOM’ into the fullness of themselves and open up … producing /introducing … their FULL POTENTIAL.
WHEN/AS … this is … recognised/felt/acknowledged … by self … a metamorphism (?) occurs.
Within this ‘Evolving’ the TRUE POWER OF SELF awakens into the sunlight.
As the sunlight provides nutrients with its rays … the flower is no longer JUST A FLOWER.
It becomes ...
THE BEAUTY OF LIGHT ITSELF.
Do you KNOW what that means?
THE BEAUTY OF LIGHT ITSELF?
It means …
THE FULLNESS OF GODSELF … UPON EARTH … WITHIN YOU … BEING!
FEEL these words we express. We ask you to not simply read them … Take them into your heart … into the DEPTH OF YOUR KNOWING.
Drink in their Vibration and turn them into heartfelt recognition of WHY YOU ARE!
FEEL IT NOW … BREATHE IN NOW … IN THIS VERY MOMENT … THE TRUST OF THAT WHICH WE SAY.

For it is in this recognition of GOD … that lives within you … that ALL EXPRESSION OF TRUTH CAN BE!
THAT IS WHY YOU ARE HERE!

By BEING GOD …and bringing that knowledge of self ‘to Light’ … you take on a different approach to your ‘task’ here upon Earth.
And all you need do AS GOD … is BREATHE LOVE … in and out … in and out.

BY DOING SO …
EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE … will fall neatly into place.
EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE … will come together as it should … IN LOVE.
How can it not?
NOBODY /NOTHING … CAN CONTROL YOUR BREATH!
Nobody can control the DESIRE behind EACH AND EVERY BREATH … except you.
And the more you do so … the more you LET THIS BE … the more LOVE you are offering to the entirety of EVERYTHING …
And the more you do this … the more the DARKNESS HAS TO FALL AWAY.
For it cannot exist in such a LIGHT FILLED Vicinity!
Oh! How we Love you, Dearest Souls. Oh! How you Love us! Oh! How LOVE LOVES LOVE!
We KNOW you are awake. We KNOW many have been awake for such a long long time …
Yet … we desire for you to jump out of bed and leap into action.
Such a lot to accomplish … all this breathing in and breathing out!!
We encourage you also; to connect with the assistance NATURE has to offer.
For it is NATURAL.
BE WITH IT … BE IN IT … TOUCH IT … FEEL IT … IT IS THERE FOR YOU … TO ASSIST THE PLANET AND ALL UPON IT.
These KINGDOMS … of/in … nature, present in many forms. They are of an intensely High Vibration … THERE TO SERVE.
Follow these guide lines, Dearest Souls, should your soul lead you to do so, and in this way you will find such GREATNESS OF SELF … SO MUCH MORE GREATNESS THAN AT THIS TIME YOU HAVE YET IMAGINED.

If you truly desire to evolve, you must take Responsibility for all in your life; for all in your life are your own creations. Everything in your life you have created through your energy and thoughts ( thoughts are energy, as is all of you). You then project all that you are out into the world, which is then reflected back to you. This is a gift for then you can make aware choices that are based in who you really are...if that is your choice. Of course, if you want to stay in the same dynamic, you make no changes. However, not making changes can keep you in pain, whether that is emotional, mental or physical. The best way to move beyond the old is to meditate, which strengthens your Heart and as your Heart is strengthened, you awaken from the illusion of creating something over and over again. The reason you stay in the same pattern is because it's comfortable; known by what is called your “comfort zone.” Let go of any resistance of moving beyond, which helps you release any fear you have of moving forward. You then can more easily let go of any control, which is fear. Control keeps you out of the Flow and out of the Moment, where all life is created from Awareness. When you control your life, you keep all old and debilitating patterns in place.
It is your intellect/your separate ego that keeps you in the old, for it only knows the past and the patterns that you initially created. It doesn't matter if someone passed these onto you when you were a child or not; all is your creation. These patterns include the continuous loop of old behaviors, beliefs and patterns. These continue to repeat until you take an action toward something new and different. When you meditate, your Heart then leads the way and as you follow the Intuition/Wisdom of your Heart (feelings), you move into a new space. This is not achieved through your intellect, but is created by your Heart. Be in the Moment, for that is the only place where you can feel your Heart's guidance. Guidance does not come from outside yourself or from the past or future. True guidance and Awareness only comes in the Moment and only from your Heart's Wisdom. You are your own creator. If anger or frustration emerge from the depths, it may be resistance to letting go of the past. It may come up because you are denying who you are: a masterful and powerful being of Love. It is important to not just be in Acceptance of what is “good,” but to accept all of who you are. It's all or nothing. Labeling something as good or bad is dualistic and you can begin to let this duality go by not falling into the “labeling trap.”
Realize too that this is great time to let go of all your ancestral karma. You can do this by focusing on the present and taking care of whatever comes up in you. When you take Responsibility for all in your life, it includes all of your other lifetimes in which you did not have the Awareness to change your course at that time. As you continue to evolve and awaken, your Higher Self/Soul then steps in to guide you and you become one with the higher realms, as you are meant to be. This ascension into the higher realms then upgrades your DNA, dormant gifts and chakras (all of them; not just the generalized seven that most know of).
Higher frequencies are being activated within you, so that your Lightbody (the eternal you) may merge completely within you. This greatly affects every aspect of your being. You may feel this especially in your physical body, for it brings much Awareness, heightened Sensitivity and more integration with Unity Consciousness. You may experience this as feeling more Love, more Light and more Freedom. Also, you may unite with your Twin Soul (two of the same essence), whether this is in the physical or within your Heart. You may bring forth this One by simply calling to him or her to join you when you meditate.
We are in a powerful time of Transformation. Much of what I have shared has led us to this magical moment. The Transformation of the old to the New is easier now, as long as you don't resist and cling to where you are comfortable. Question everything from your Heart Space. Know of your Mission; your Promise. Be in Divine Service. This does not necessarily mean to drop everything and go into war-torn areas or it can, depending in what or where you are guided to be. There is much work for all, as we all have within us how to share Love. It is as unique as each of us are. We share Love, our essence, in whatever way we are guided to do so.
Feel what is important for you to do. If you are drawn to completing a simple chore for instance, feel whether that is coming from your old self of “needing or shoulding” to be responsible or productive or based on someone else's desire for you. Often when you feel into something, a choice is born. Do you feel Joy or do you feel it is an old program? To increase your Light, do what is Joyful and not what is a “should” based on an old pattern. Listening to your Heart, you will know. Sometimes doing something that seems so 3D may actually be a step toward evolving. Only you know the Truth if you feel deeply into it. Our path is to continue to purify and ascend and we do this through each aware choice we make. I also want to mention that by infusing your Joy into a simple chore is helping you evolve as well.
This entire year and beyond (Truth knows no time, so is not confined to a day, a year or millennia) there has been much Expansion and releasing. As we know, this goes for Gaia as well. Be in radical Trust and stay true to your Path. Do not let yourself be distracted by all that goes on, but stay committed to your Path of Ascension. All is born from what you hold inside of you. If you are broken within, you will see the outer world broken. It all begins within. Even if you feel you cannot take one more step, do it anyway, or you may choose to rest for a bit. Whatever your choice, know that your consciousness is reflecting all the Light you have been receiving.
New pathways may open for you; surrender to what you are guided to. If you do feel overwhelmed by everything, this surely tells you that you are not balanced. Scan yourself and see if you are unbalanced in any area of your life and then make an adjustment. When in Balance, life flows beautifully.
When there is an over-abundance of Light flowing into you, you may feel anxious and confused. You might be forgetful and you may feel outer disturbances, whether from others or from the environment. You may feel shaky and want to close down, which can lead to depression because it is all just too much. Stay grounded and stay in your body because you might hurt yourself otherwise. Walking purposefully on Earth as well as being in Nature greatly helps. What you thought was coming your way may shift, for we are no longer in linear time. If something you desire looks like it is being manifest and then dissipates in thin air, realize that it is for your very highest expansion. What is best for you will always come to you. Observe deceptions (illusions) in the world and within yourself. Just feel into everything and you will know what the higher Truth for you is. Observation without attaching to what is presented is best, for then nothing sticks to you.
Do not let fear take hold; be the Warrior you are. We are ending and we are beginning. If you practice Yoga, do the Warrior Pose often, for the energy of it integrates into all your bodies. Connect often with the Heart of Gaia (the crystalline cluster at the center of Earth), for She is the greatest Warrior of all. Be Love, for Love is much stronger than fear. Observe the matrix being disintegrated; surely we see this with the current events of this powerful time. Honor who you are in all moments of your life. Rise up!

Live In Your Highest Vibration By Anne Prichard
Our vibration dictates the Version of Earth that we walk in, interact with, live in. Every morning when we awaken, we have the capability to set our own vibration and hold it as high as we can. As we walk through our day and we endeavor to treat all with kindness and love, we will experience the happiness and joy available and created by our vibration as we release all that is not in line with this high vibration.
It is important to remember and understand that if we experience a moment that is not so awesome, it is simply our old unconscious realities coming up to be seen and healed and released, and that it is only real in that current moment. If, however, we get caught up in it, allow it to continue and believe it to be our truth, we shift our vibration to that lower vibration and so continue to create more of this not so awesome reality.
Remaining neutral and loving and kind to ourselves in these not so awesome moments, allowing for the old to release and choosing new ways to respond, is important in shifting our consciousness to a higher state with greater ease. A huge part of this process is learning how to intentionally shift to a much higher vibration through expanding our consciousness instantly, (making different choices in the moment) until this becomes our new vibration/way of living.
One of the most powerful questions we can ask ourselves in everyday life is ‘how do I want my day to feel?’...and 'how do I want to feel in this moment?' This is worth repeating. How do I want my day to feel? How do I want to feel in this moment? This takes us to a new place right away.
Instead of manifesting a car, a house, a loved one, we look for how we would feel having those things, and then let the universe take care of the rest. We essentially get out of the way of ourselves and we make way for our higher self to deliver. Our ego is set on what it wants and how it should get it, while our higher self knows exactly what we need and will deliver it at the appropriate time.
Bringing that feeling of relaxation and freedom and happiness back into our everyday lives is a huge part of our Awakening journey. Releasing the 3d binds that have held us in a loop for so long is something we are all trying to do in these awakening times, and practicing a daily meditation is another powerful tool that will help in this.
And as we search for a happier, freer life, one that feels calm and inspired, remember that we can take our consciousness from times we were feeling free and happy on our vacation, or in any other situation where we sere feeling totally at peace & happy - and use such a remembrance to create enormous momentum for our new lives in the present moment.
We now get to choose heaven, happiness, peace, love, unity..... or the re-creation of our old program reality. And we can choose which of these states we want to be experiencing in every moment by simply observing ourselves and how we are feeling in each moment, which shows us what state our body is currently vibrating at. By being conscious of this we can constantly re-tune and shift our vibration faster and easier, back to our highest possible state of vibration.
