Beloved Ones,

Each of you is coming closer to a stronger connection with your divine essence and this will help you feel more stable than has been evident in the past several months. This process is opening new doors of perception which will help you to move forward once again. There is ever the ebb and flow in the energetic waves that move through your personal and planetary cycles. As you become aware of these and how they affect you, you align with their influences and act accordingly. As you do this, life becomes more harmonious and pleasant. The people around you are more responsive to you and show you their appreciation and love. When you are in tune with your personal energy cycles, life becomes an ever expanding adventure of new experience. This new state of being requires its recipient to be willing to go beyond their established comfort zones and take the steps necessary into new directions.

It takes courage and bravery to move past one’s former patterns of limitation and to begin taking action to forge a new path as one leaves behind all that one experienced in their lives, to make a start in the new beginning that beckons them forward. Allow the self doubt and indecision to dissipate as to the right path you must follow; it will unfold in its own divine timing. It is difficult, we know, to focus on just one thing, as your senses are assailed by creative thoughts and ideas. Spend time in the outdoors, sitting quietly and experiencing the sights and sounds that array your senses. This helps to ground your energies and keep you aligned to your divine essence. The next step will be made clear to you through this activity of keeping things simple. Know that there are many loving, supportive, and nurturing energy beings constantly surrounding you. All is in the process of the unfolding story of your personal and collective lives.

We find that many of you are now experiencing the return of the energetic flow through your human operating system. For many of you, this was a missing ingredient that felt like a disconnection from source energy. This process was necessary in order to give you the time needed to absorb, assimilate and integrate the new downloads of information and activations that are being sent on waves of love. This process is ongoing, sometimes it comes as great energy flow and at other times, as a time of rest. Life is a continuous cycle with valleys and peaks and there is always motion, even when you don’t feel it. Follow the signs your physical body gives you, for these are important to listen to for your continued health and well being on all levels of interplay.

You are going through a rebirth and your body, mind and spirit are being brought into alignment and connection so that you can manifest a greater reality than you have previously known. You are in a process of regeneration and transformation that offers you an opportunity to express yourselves in new ways. Seize these moments as they manifest in your lives for they bring to the surface new treasures from your soul. It is always up to you to choose how you grow, move forward and expand in your conscious awareness and evolvement; there is no one else who can do it for you. When you commit to taking a new direction, what you need to manifest it will be drawn to you.

Experience the joy and fulfillment that comes with creation and expect the unexpected - for your life can take a new turn miraculously. In your new beginning, you are reaching a new level of understanding which is helping you to reach new dimensions within. By following your inner wisdom and listening to your inner guidance, you will achieve success in all of your endeavours. All that is required is your active involvement and that is the key that unlocks your great potential.

How often do you react when something crosses you? It is well understood that many people are controlled by their emotions and tend to react to every rise and sometimes the influence of the emotion remains with the person for hours that occasionally can extend to days. It is also well understood dear ones that your mood can either brighten or diminish the beauty that is in every moment of every new day. Emotions that are permitted to disturb the balance of your heart and mind come in levels from mild to major depending on the intensity. It is important to keep in mind dear ones that thoughts and emotions that you give power to distract you from the present, they disturb whatever peace was present.

Emotions, thoughts and feelings can have enormous power over you, but only if you allow them to. When you learn to stop reacting and not give wings to your emotions then you will gift yourself the ability to live in the flow of life more emotionally and mentally balanced, attracting deeper, and more meaningful happy moments and seeing life is exciting, a never-ending learning adventure that begins by learning the truth about who you are as a person. And by taking the time to explore and to investigate why you do the things you do and what aspects of you really need your time and attention to improve.

Learning to become more still in the depths of your busy mind allows you to live in a more present contact with your Self and the world around you. By learning to control your emotions, you are learning to make contact with the equanimity that is present in your beautiful heart. When you are to recognize you have made it the sea of equanimity, understand that you have made room for other positive emotions to rise; such as joy, love, compassion and dedication that are natural developments for someone whose heart is at peace. When you take the time to learn the meaning behind your automatic thoughts, you discover the brilliancy of clarity and learn to bring stillness to your mind, giving your mind a mental vacation. By taking the time dear ones to look at why you react to those turbulent emotions, what you will discover is that your heart favours peace and tranquility over any upset. You are not the one who is to create stillness in the back of your mind. It is already present. When you finally let go of the ride from the twists and turns of your thoughts, you come to this place of stillness. It is the same for equanimity, you do not create it; it is already there in your heart, waiting for you to let go of your need to react to every emotion that bubbles to the surface.

It is well understood that if you want to come to a place of peace, you must practice peace. By practicing peace, you must be able to allow yourself to relax your mind and let go of the emotions and thoughts that grip your mind, body and heart; preventing you to have a balanced, peaceful connection with your whole self. Many of you already realize how impacting emotions are to the physical body. Many times emotions cause pain and discomfort to your chest, shoulders, face; sometimes the stress from your emotions makes it difficult for you to breathe, making it difficult to relax your already hard-working heart. Adopting to more peaceful ways and solutions is healthy for your whole self. Becoming more aware of the sensations different emotions bring, brings understanding and clarity to what it is you need to do that is mindful and healthful to your person.

Even though learning to relax the hold emotions tend to have is vital, letting go of them can be much more difficult. Just like the cool down of an exercise or yoga routine, you are letting go of the tension from each area of your body; you can do this as well when it comes to destructive emotions that come from the storm that rages through your mind. When something crosses you, you don’t have to rise with heat and upset, and if by chance you realize you have already begun reacting, you still have the power to limit how much damage any emotional outburst can inflict. The most important key to lowering your tendency to react, is by you becoming more aware and mindful of what is going on around you in the here and now. Don’t dwell on yesterday or worry about tomorrow, focus on the present and be willing to let go of what is unneeded and unnecessary with dedication and commitment. Choices cross your path every day, learning to make the best choice that fits you each time, thinking before reacting takes time and practiced diligence.

We are positive that by now you can easily understand that it is your thoughts that bring support to any emotional reaction, and vice versa; your emotional reaction motivates your thoughts…sometimes in a self-reinforced, yet destructive loop that doesn’t end until you exhaust yourself or come to the realization that making a different choice is needed to promote change in how you deal with certain situations and the people that come with them. Instead of always wanting to be right in every argument, come to realize dear ones that being happy is far more important. When you are willing to let go of the horde of reactive thoughts that you know will cause a reaction or two, then you have a better chance to instil peace in more places in your life.

The more comfortable you become in equanimity the more conscious you are and when emotions come the solid foundation of peace that you build will sustain you. Joy, love and compassion are naturally already a part of you and you express them every time you are genuine to yourself and to others by your actions, words and choices. They cannot flow through you until you allow them to. Your heavier emotions and feelings such as anger, resentment and fear also cannot disturb you unless you allow them to. It is important to comprehend dear ones that the practice of equanimity does not mean you will become indifferent. Equanimity shows you a different way, a way that is right that promotes clarity in your mind and freedom in your heart so you will not misunderstand the voice of your conscience so you are able to respond in a kindlier and more reasonable way. In addition, the practice of equanimity does not diminish your passion for life, it simply takes away the destructive aspects, leaving behind a more wholesome you.

Living in a place of peace and equanimity allows your heart to flow fluidly, ready to respond to any moment without being attached to any specific obstacle and by not identifying personally with any non-peaceful thought or feeling. When peace and equanimity is alive and present within you, you then dear ones are more than able to live in the completeness of the flow of the energies and joys of life.

“Ashira’

I wanted to take a moment because this was, indeed, a planned exercise because we know there are still aspects to the relationship with mothers and fathers that are still hidden in corners. These are times for healing and these are times for forgiveness. These are times for self-forgiveness as well.

This is the time now that all come together on this day to honor the energy that fathers bring to this planet. And while there is much discussion of the Goddess Energy that has entered the planet there is many times that bad-mouthing, is that a word, I do not know, but bad-mouthing and reprimands of the male energy occurs. Many times the masculine energy, the patriarchal energy is associated with the negative. That is not what we desire.

We desire that the men and the women, the male and the female and all of the sexes in between and everywhere are coming together with an understanding, a forgiveness and a tolerance for one another. It is more common these days to see men and woman as true partners, true strong partners within relationships. Even within relationships that are not marital in nature but those relationships such as with Susan and James. There is a strong balance and an equality that is shared.

These are the types of relationships that are moving forward in the 5th dimension. The understanding of strength on both parts. The understanding that each has a role to play. And in the 5th dimension you will understand this more clearly because your roles will become more clear. There will be clearer communications with one another.

However, in the past there is still much to heal and much to love. This is a brief message to follow up on the exercise today. We will return with questions and answers and a closing at the end.
Let us prepare for “One Who Serves” and James by singing three “Ohms” please.

“Sugat Gu Ra Ru"

Greetings to you. This is not who you thought was coming. We throw a monkey wrench into the works here! This is Sugat Gu Ra Ru. And I hail to you from the mountains in Tibet. Where I spend all of my time and some of you here have been with me before in what you would call a student –teacher relationship. And yes, you were the student! You were my chelas. And there were those times when we were together when you were experiencing and working with various aspects of raising your consciousness, just as you are doing now.

I can tell you that in those times when you were with me in a more stricter fashion you might say, more different, disciplined, something very foreign to you now. We do not see you in this lifetime being one who can sit in a lotus style position in a cave for hours and hours, sometimes days and weeks and even months at a time and meditate. I can tell you that you raised your consciousness in this way.

This time you are doing the same thing. It is just taking a little bit different route here, acknowledging that you have your everyday aspects here, your life to live. That life does not work together with the austere life which you had at those times.

At this time now, we would ask you and this has been coming, that you would continue to work with your thought processes. And raise your thoughts for as you raise your thoughts you raise your consciousness. As your consciousness raises your thoughts raise. And very soon you will find it is more and more difficult to have a negative thought.

When you have come to this point when you are no longer having negative thoughts or at least when you have one, you can push it out immediately. When you come to this point then you are moving closer and closer to your transition. Yes, the transition towards the Ascension Process. It is a process though. It is not an overnight sensation here. You will not be here one day and gone the next although there will be some who have more of that type of an experience. You have been told that everyone will have their own type of experience and yes, this is true.

And you in this group and many who are reading these words are in training to bring about the changes in yourself that can lead you to the point when the transition happens for you, for the entire planet, you will be in a position where you can be ready to go through it. You will not, have the aches and pains and the quandary that many will feel as to what is going on.

You will be experiencing it as a sense of bliss. A sense of wonderment. And you will be saying, “OK! I am ready. Take me now!” Because that will be the feeling that you have. But in order to get to that point you have to first come to more and more of an understanding of your thoughts and how creative your thoughts are and how to control those thoughts as much as possible.

We say to you now every day, focus on this. Bring your thoughts into a more of an understanding that you are in control of the thoughts not the other way around. Because your thoughts create you. Every day your thoughts create that which is your life ahead of you. And as you move into the higher dimensions your thoughts will continue to create but they will be creating instantaneously.

So you have to prepare yourself for that eventuality when your thought manifests immediately. We would certainly not want some of your thoughts to manifest at this time in the higher vibrations. And the “One Who Serves” has told you it cannot be this way because there is a “fail safe” process here and this will keep this from happening but even so we want you to work on this every day. Feel your thoughts, experience your thoughts, and then take your thoughts into the higher vibrations with you. You will not want to stay in the lower vibrations with lower vibratory thoughts.

That is my message here at this time. I do not come to this group very often but when I get the chance and when there is the movement of consciousness within the group, it can call to me. This has happened. I have been called here to work possibly a little closer with you and to bring you closer and closer to what would be your own personal transition here.
I will not take questions. “One who Serves” will take care of that.

Greetings to you! “One Who Serves” here now to answer your questions with “Ashira” standing by here as well. We will say something at the end before “Ashira” comes in.

Would you have questions here for “One Who Serves” and “Ashira”?

Question: Several friends and others have had the inspiration to create their own language in symbols. I have written entire pages with symbols. When I went to the hospital recently, I spoke to people who have been seeing symbols appearing on their skin. What can you tell me about these experiences?

“One Who Serves”: We can tell you that you are experiencing that which we have been saying for some time now. Your memories will come back. Your understandings will come back. As to the deeper understandings as to where you hail from, where you come from, your system, your experiences prior to this. Even some of your past lifetimes are coming in. It is not so much at a conscious knowing level but it is a subconscious level that is feeding into the conscious level. You see?

So, that you may not understand what those symbols are and where they are coming from but yet they are there within you. As the time goes on here we are seeing that as you continue to work with this and this is the important thing that you continue to work with this, that these symbols will become more familiar to you. Then one particular day you will have this experience as you are reading these symbols or looking at them that it will come back to you what they are meaning. Okay?
Anything to add, “Ashira”? “No, splendid!”
Would there be other questions here?

Question: Í have a major question in my life. Since the plans have been initially made each girl has developed a major issue in life. Do you have any advice? I feel this is my last shot to be able to have some influence with them.

“Ashira”: Yes. This was received (from “One Who Serves”).
We would just say to you as “One Who Serves’ would say, “Go with the flow”. If you are asked questions, you may give advice. We would share that giving advice without the question is part of that wall that you are striving to tear down. And that said, the problems that have developed in their lives is a subconscious way of them being able to come to you with a reason and allow this to play out the way it is meant to play out.

You are at this point in time given the opportunity to change what has happened in the past. For you to respond in such a way that they will not expect. And so if they present you with a problem and say, “What do you think I should do, Mother?” Remember what we have said in this group previously. Baby steps. Teaspoon full. Not the whole apple. Not the who game plan that they should follow to make it right. It is their’s to figure out.

You are right. It is time for you to move in new direction with those who have come to you I this lifetime and to be able to share with them as a mother who supports them and allows them to be who they are as they strive to meet their path.
So we feel you would have another question. What would that be?

Question: I don’t understand baby steps and not the whole apple. That might be one of my problems. I want to pick them up and carry them.

Yes. From one who understands that maternalistic urge we so much do want to see our children at any age in pain or confused. We believe that we have the answers and yet, each of these has their own strengths and their own answers. It will be an opportunity for you to allow all of those things to play out and to walk away after this month feeling much more accomplished as a parent and feeling that you have indeed accomplished that which you set out to do in this trip. We bless you!
“One Who Serves” would you add to that?

“One Who Serves”: Yes, we would add something here that you bring up the term, “this is your last shot”. This is not your last shot! No matter what happens As the “Event” and all of these things occur, you will continue to have experiences with your loved ones.
Please understand that when the “Event” happens and the “Ascension Process” happens it is not going to be taking your loved ones away from you, it is going to be adding to what you already have. It will make it more wonderful, not less wonderful. We know that this question has come up many times to many different sources. What will happen to those who are left behind? What if our children are left behind? What if our pets are left behind? Or whatever it might be?

That is not a concern at all. What would be to rip your loved ones out of your arms? How could that be wonderful? That is not to be. Do not think in terms of this is your last shot because whatever happens you will be with them again and again. Not in terms of reincarnation or anything of this nature but with them. And with them in a wonderful way. Not in the trials and tribulations that you have here in this 3D illusion. You see?
Time to put away the 3D’d expressions! Do as “Sugat Gu Ra Ru” said. Gain control of your thoughts. It is very important here. It is all part of the training we are bringing to you! How can you have negative thoughts when you think of going with the flow, Be the One, you see? All is purposeful.

Question: For the past 7 years I have been going through a lot. I was wondering if I am going in the right direction for healing.

“One Who Serves”: We understand your loss here and many would echo this same loss. Not specifically what you have gone through or are going through but loss in terms of those who are finding themselves estranged from those who were close. You may have had the friends before but they are no longer your friends. Or you were close to someone and no longer close to. That is because of the changes, because of the vibratory changes. Those who are changing in vibrations are now looking for others who are changing in vibrations.

It is the same as when you enter a room and there is much negativity. Let us say it is an office function or something of this nature and you walk in and everybody is down and negative. Do you want to stay there? No! You want to leave. You don’t want to be brought down by their negativity.
So you search for those who are at the same vibration as you or even higher vibration because it makes you feel better. That is what is occurring across the board here. Not only to this one who has asked the question but planetary-wise. There are many who are experiencing these changes where once they had these relationships and now they are gone. Whether it is job relationship or family relationships or friendships or whatever it might be. It is all changing and it is all purposeful.

Now to deal with this as you need to, that is what becomes difficult because you have what are called the familiars in your life. As you move through the transitions in your life as “Sugat” has spoken of, as you move through this transition the familiars in your life leave both at the physical level and at the spiritual level. New ones come in, new friends, new family relationships sometimes and even new pet relationships. Whatever that might be but it is the new and you are moving to the new. Think of it that way. Create it that way.
Know that you are moving on and everything that is happening to you now is being orchestrated by those who work with you directly. And know that there are many working with you! You see? Does this answer your question?
Anything you wish to add “Ashira”?

“Ashira”: We would add that you have asked about healing and are you on the right path. And as “One Who Serves” has said this is about release. Releasing the past. Not judging the past. Allow it to flow through you. Move into a consciousness of acceptance for the new. Move into a consciousness that forgives yourself and all others in your life. Move into a consciousness that everything that has happened has placed you in a exactly the place you are supposed to be even though it may not feel comfortable.

The judgment you seem to have in your speech about this situation, release that. Know that you are allowing life to flow in you and through you as it is meant to.

Becoming concerned about what types of healing will be best for you; this is a time of frequency of vibration. This is a time of thought processes taking you into the next dimension and those around you are pushing you into those directions. We would share that is the direction to be looking for the healing and the wholeness you seek. You are moving forward into it even as we speak and even though there are those that would tell you that you need this crystal or that potion this is not a time to become hung up on those things. This is time of self-improvement and wholeness and of affirming that you are an amazing being and that all things that come to you as you, in you and through you are all in perfect Divine Order. That will help you to be in the place that you are moving to and that you are welcoming.
Wonderfully said, “Ashira”. Are their any further questions than we will release the channel.

“One Who Serves’

Understand that as these times continue on and you continue to look upon being in the NOW, certainly in the NOW at all times for the present NOW is what is the most important. It is the journey you are on, not the destination. Yes, you eventually get to the destination you are looking for but then when you arrive there will be many more that will appear in front of you and that is life! That is the way it is.

To be in joy in the present moment and that is what is important to do. And the more you are in those thought processes that “Sugat Gu Ra Ru” spoke about here will bring you into the higher vibrations and keeping you there. That is the thing. Keeping you there. Many of you can have a wonderful thought and be in the higher vibration but the next thing you are back down again. Now you have to work on staying there. That is the more difficult here but that is the discipline that is necessary to find yourself in the higher dimensions and stay there and maintain there so you will be in the position to reach back and help your fellow human beings move forward.

I am “Ashira” and we are giving time to allow James to come back into his body and consciousness for he has a question for us today. We would share too that is a time where much is being revealed every day. More and more you will see these things occurring in what is called your mainstream. You will know that those who are to be awakened at this time in their 9-5 jobs, those who are to be awakened on the streets and in their homes. Their alarm clocks are going off more and more quickly. And you will see upon faces more and move visions of people who are confused. People who are fed up with the world because the world is a mess and they do not know where to look. And now, they are hearing about civilizations on other planets. They are hearing about other civilizations who have had their hands on this planet. The world, all of a sudden, seems larger and more mysterious. It is even expanding into the universe.

Yes, this is what you have been preparing for. They are the exciting times that you can be called into service at any given moment. At the grocery store, at the bank, in the office, in the park. Any place where there seems to be a conversation that starts with people who are confused, people who are wondering about what in the world is going on. These are your cues! These are what we have been preparing you for.
And we are very excited that all of you who are in this room, hearing us on the phones, all of those who are reading these words or hearing us around the world, are those who touch one another through the work that is being done through these two. We give you thanks because we know you are ready to move into action.

James, are you with us?

Question: Yes. Speaking of action here. I have a snippet of a dream. In this dream I knew that I was supposed to bring together the “rival groups or factions”. That memory came to me as I was driving back this morning from Flagstaff as I did not remember it when I first woke up . Is there anything you can tell me?

It has much meaning on many different levels. It is part of the work that you and Archangel Michael have been working on for a very long time and you have had memories of some of those dreams. Bringing those of different forces into harmony has been that plan in that particular dimension but let us also bring it into this world for the work you have been prepared for here.

You have been an observer at this point in time, have you not? More than an action because the action has been in other dimensions, other places. However, the time is come that you will have very soon this awakening in yourself again. A whole new awakening as to who you are and what your purpose is.

Standing beside Archangel Michael on this planet for all those that are the minions of those who were at the top, they will continue to be troublemakers for a while. It is your recall that you will have to move you into your next position. This is what the dream was about. It is to help you to not be surprised when the shift happens for you and you realize that it is time to be called into service with Archangel Michael and those who are in service to him.

Now to bring together under his wings of love, grace and protection all of those on the planet who still thought they were in service to those who had something to give them and they had something to gain. But as they come to realize that they have no more to gain, that their world has shifted and they will be confused. They are looking for someone to serve and Archangel Michael and his forces will give them that particular direction. They will fall to their knees in gratitude.

How does that feel to you, James? Thank you very much.

“Ashira”: We know you are also in service to Lord Sananda. And to building the Twelve of Twelve and having those expand. And it may seem, in this moment in time from your seat, that it all seems too big, too broad, too overwhelming to conceive of but all of you will find that once the Event happens and the awakening comes to each of you, you will find yourself in many different duties. Serving as one of the Twelve of Twelve is there for each of you. You also will have callings into this world and the universe depending on who is receiving these messages.
This is the reason we have all been so excited. It is not just the shift into the Golden Age upon this planet. It is the shift into the true meaning of your lives and why you chose to be here at this moment in time to go through this process and to move into the future.
Does that make sense for each of you?

That is what we came to share today. We are so glad as always to be a part of the Sunday meetings in this group for we know that it reaches out into the world and that the mass consciousness of this planet is shifted again higher into frequency for the time you spend together as a group.

Are You A First Wave Blue Ray Indigo?

I AM a First Wave Blue Ray Indigo.

I can say that now, as can many others my age, but when we were young not only did most of us not know what this meant, we had not ever heard of such things before. Even today many people are not familiar with, nor have ever heard of this Spiritual Generation.

In this short article, which is an edited and slightly expanded version of one I originally shared in January of 2014, you will find information describing some of the attributes and traits of a First Wave Blue Ray Indigo. For those of you who are First Wave Blue Ray Indigos I hope this information may help finally answer some questions for you, and let you know something of your Spiritual Generation’s work and what we have done and continue to do for the Expansion of Consciousness of Humanity in the Spiritual Awakening process. For those of subsequent Spiritual Generations maybe this information may help you better understand your parents and/or you grandparents.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos started incarnating in fairly large numbers around 1945 to 1949 through about 1969-1970. This makes them approximately between the ages of 45 to 70.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos began coming in en masse around 1955 or so, and the “Hippy Love and Peace Generation” was the very first sign of this new frequency moving into physical mainstream reality; and it went a very long way in breaking up the dense vibrational frequencies held by Earth and humanity at that time; something that was necessary for raising the consciousness of the Collective.

In a nutshell, First Wave Blue Ray Indigos came here to start (re)raising the frequency of Earth and the Collective Consciousness of Humanity so that when the time for the Indigo Frequency Generation to come in arrived, the vibration and frequency of the planet would be high enough for them to get here and exist physically. The frequency First Wave Blue Ray Indigos came into was so dense Indigos and subsequent Frequency Ray Generations could not even get here.

Many First Wave Blue Ray Indigos had self-worth, self-esteem and low self-confidence problems. This was due to existing on a planet that felt very foreign and was not highly spiritually evolved. There was a strong sense of isolation for this spiritual generation, because finding each other back then was difficult.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos instinctively knew they were different, and that things were not right on this planet, but they had to conform, at least in pretense, because the “accepted reality” at that time would not permit anything less.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos had a tendency to stay to themselves a lot, and needed lots of time alone so they could “be” in a place that allowed them to connect to the feelings of “home” within their minds. They were not likely to rock the boat or make waves unless pushed to extremes; and this had to be an extreme, extreme!

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos intuitively knew they were here to do something big, yet had no idea what that something was. This inner knowing created a strong desire in them to constantly push in search of what it was they felt so strongly within themselves. This was actually the driving force that led to raising the vibrational frequency of Earth during that time.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos are highly empathic and cannot, (even to this day) understand the acts of cruelty toward each other, animals, the earth, or the corruption in political, religious, and economic systems humans are capable of. They came in on a frequency ray, and from a place of Love and Peace, (as do we all), and want nothing more than to connect to others and exist in a place that feels peaceful, loving and kind. They are the true Idealist Utopians, and even though they can rationally understand why Utopia does not currently exist upon Earth, they cannot truly comprehend why it seems so difficult for humanity to instantly create Utopia on Earth. To them, it is as easy as breathing.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos are Healers, Teachers and Energy Workers by nature. The Blue Ray is the Ray of Wisdom and Healing, and First Wave Blue Ray Indigos came here to assist with expanding the Heart Chakra of the Collective. This is why so many of them wear their “Heart on their Sleeve”, as the saying goes.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos finally began “coming out of the Spiritual Closet” en masse in 2008; the year of the “Great Coming Together”. By that time many had finally healed sufficiently to begin feeling it was safe enough to expose their self to the world.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos often have issues with tendencies of escapism because of the intense feelings of being so different and alone in this world. They often suffer with addictive tendencies and personalities; this is one of the largest contributing factors to the fact that the use of Sacred Drugs during the ‘60’s and ‘70’s turned into such a large issue of drug abuse.

Many First Wave Blue Ray Indigos suffer from conditions such as chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. This is manifest from them constantly subconsciously transmuting energy for the planet and other people. The need for them to learn to do this work intentionally and consciously is imperative if they are to avoid creating physical ailments within their own bodies.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos will often stay in dysfunctional relationships and situations because they “feel” like they are responsible for healing the other person, or persons involved; they have a very hard time telling other people no.

Indigos, those who came into the Earth plane on the Indigo Ray, have many of the same qualities as Blue Ray Indigos except they cannot and will not conform, at least not for very long, to standards set by society that go against what they “know” to be their truth. They are the Spiritual Generation known as the “System Busters”. They came here to change the world and they know it!

Have you ever wished you could go back to an event where you reacted or did something you know was wrong and unkind? And have you ever became upset merely because you didn’t understand what was happening? Hindsight is always 20/20, you know this. There are many situations you have been through that if you really took the time to reflect, you might have made different choices in order to produce a better, and more amiable outcome. You are not alone in this regard, for there are many dear souls that have said something or done something they wish they could take back. The great thing about these experiences is that they hold important teaching material for future mishaps in communication and interactions with others and with yourself.

Yes there are a few people who must repeat certain cycles in order to realize they are in a destructive cycle that needs to come to an end. Everything that you have ever experienced is to help you learn how not to be or what to make better…experiences educate you on your likes, dislikes; they help you to understand what your beliefs are and if they need improvement or letting go, and they help you discover through each one, your authentic self.

When you take some time to consider what your beliefs are, you might come to realize that they are based on conditioned patterns of doing and living. Until you become aware of what you are doing, cycles get repeated, patterns continue until the realization hits you on what the repetition represents. Many beliefs systems are limiting, they are rigid and allow no room for personal growth and development. When you are stuck in a rigid belief system, you might occasionally feel separated, judged and suffer conflict with your inner self.

When you become the witness to any mental and emotional conflict, just before you make a decision that you fully believe in, do you then find yourself limited or free? It is important dear ones to discern the mischievous ploys of the ego. It wants you to identify and attach to any and all your beliefs. It does not want you to follow your heart or go towards new, exciting territory that will help unfold deeper awareness of your authentic self and attract new, brighter opportunities that will benefit your entire being.

Awareness is something that needs to be utilized at all times. If you have ever been challenged regarding some information or a belief that you completely believe as true and you react heatedly, this reaction dear ones is because you are protecting that particular belief. It is here, during this moment that you can question: Is there good reason for me to protect this belief or the information I carry? It is important dear ones to comprehend if what you are protecting is your little self, simply because you have identified with the belief and truly believe it represents you.

As you grow and learn new things, your beliefs change. It is necessary to be aware of what your beliefs and values are and to appreciate them for just what they are. In order to bring the changes you want to see in your life, you need to grasp the importance of awareness. You want to help change the world on a global scale, begin by focusing on your own self. Becoming more aware of your emotions and feelings, learning where they are stemming from helps bring awareness and understanding and change.

Becoming more aware dear ones allows you to observe what is going on around you and with you more objectively and less with automatic reactions. When you are able to observe, you bring understanding to the situation and lessen the potential of an outburst of chaotic behavior. When you are more aware, you come to realize there is no need for conflict, or to judge or feel you are being judged. When you understand, you have clarity and peace of mind.

As you go about your day, you interact with many people. Next time dear ones observe your thoughts, and be aware of how you are feeling. If you find yourself experiencing criticism or judgment or some kind of conflict, make a mental note on how gaining awareness can help you learn from these experiences. When you realize that some of your beliefs have been holding you back from experiencing deeper moments of peace within your Self, you are ready to let go of the emotions and feelings that have you fighting to keep and begin breathing in peace as you exhale them out.

When you finally let go of the hold of your reactive emotions and feelings and the beliefs they had you clinging to, not only will your awareness gain new levels, but you will disempower any hold your emotions had over you. Awareness and observation are essential to your journey that continues continuously. Peace will come to you and stay when you learn to let go what is lacking of peace within you.

We are the Ancients 28 June 2015 - Channeler: Dr. Madalyn Kennedy

I received two messages on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 and many prior that I will post her for you guys to see. Normally I sit early morning and receive my message or message and then I share them. Sometime I get alittle bit behind so I’m working on improving that. Not only are these powerful messages coming in often, I am being guided to create class, courses and training for a lot of wonderful and magical things that should be of interest to a lot. It’s so great to be busy and doing the type of work that I love to do.

This is the 1st Message:

Good morning dear one. This morning we begin again anew. We are here from many lands, many star systems and many universes that your people have not discovered yet and might not ever. Nevertheless, we are here and we are energetic beings that carry much power. It is not necessary for us to transport ourselves in a space ship as you identify that mode of travel. Since we are energy, we can go anywhere and everywhere easily and swiftly. No concern about a certain amount of light years time line either. Energy is energy and it is everywhere so we are everywhere and anytime.

We are all part of the Great Prime Creator as are each of you. Once that is really understood, there will be dissolution of conflicts and turmoil across your planet. The more of us that keep sending our messages of working with each of you to understand how powerful you are individually, not to mention how powerful you are collectively, you will have direct communication with all that you ever need and an understanding of all that is and every was. Your beautiful planet and you beautiful people are the hope for all of us.

We share a common dream of unity and it will begin with you on Planet Earth. Unity in the ascension, Unity in the understanding of energy. Unity in the understanding of the power of enexplicable love. This will come from you beautiful beings on planet earth and flow throughout all the rest of these galaxies of worlds. It does sound pretty utopian but isn’t that wonderful? Levels upon levels of development, of consciousness, of planes of existence will benefit from this awakening that is beginning with each of you. All the different species of all the different kingdoms are cheering you on and silently, sometimes not so silently, providing support when it is needed what ever that may be or look like for each one of you. Holding for now. .

Of course we are here – as we have said many times, we are always here, you just have to get in this feeling of alignment and we are able to come through easily. Thank you for keeping to your commitment to meet with us first thing each morning for as little or as long as you can. The amount of time you spend with us each day is not important. What is important is that you are holding up to you commitment to show up daily, even if it is a brief thought. This consistent connection with us strengthens and intensifies the abilities you are developing. The more consistent you are with this, the stronger and more intense the messages we can share with you will become.

You have to be in a physical and energetic alignment position to be able to handle these impressions that we share with you as you transcribe them into the messages of which we are sending. As you continue this daily practice with your open heart full of love and thankfulness for us and for everyone else, you will notice that your senses are heightened. This occurs with all who take the time routinely to connect with their inner guidance system through their heart center. All will notice heightened awareness’ in their physical and physic body systems. It is part of the process of the ability to recognize the changes happening for each and everyone that are in line with the ascension elevations. Much already has been spoken of the physical effects that the human body could experience as this ascension process continues.

We want to share today that the more you let yourself align with our energies through your connection of your inner guidance system the more ease of understanding of what is going on with your particular bodies system when it is happening and you are able to move past it with much more understanding and lessen that vibrations of confusion and fear. As it is just part of the process and like anything, if you let yourself dwell on something, be it good or not so good, your attention and empathy with that particular situation or symptom heightens. Sometimes it can be heightened to the point of fear with can create complete and total resistance.

When resistance steps in control of your feelings and emotions, everything is experienced at a much harder and more difficult way. It is the same as if you went to the doctor and know you need a shot of medicine to help you heal faster but you wiggle, scream, struggle and fight when you see that small little needle come near you. With all your resistance, the shot (which you Know that you Know you need) can then go in crooked and forcefully. But then the experience is over. You received the shot. You have started to get better finally, but you arm is still bruised and sore from the trauma you created for your body due to resistance from fear and it just took over. There is no need to let anything that is of a lower vibration other than love to have control of your actions and feelings.

We have gone to great lengths here today to explain to you simply that the symptoms from this wonderful ascension process will be felt by many and in order to not let yourself create a longer period of adjustment, a simple routine of aligning and connecting with your higher or inner guidance system through your heart center will give you an understanding that prevents any fear, worry or doubt to take over. Your continued alignment with us keeps you strong in many ways, not to mention it keeps you unified with all others who are helping to promote and assist the ascension process.

Thank you for the time you have spent with us today. We will keep saying over and over again until all is in clear understanding and acceptance that You are so loved. We are the Ancients and we are able to share our messages through many who are willing to listen at this time of ascension preparation and completion. You will notice that you will receive the same message over and over again from many because all are soon to experience ascension.

As life on the planet continues to evolve and expand, many are being called to align to their reason and purpose for this particular incarnation. It behooves each individual to seek within themselves for the answers; for the unfolding of this preordained service to the divine plan and to consciously and with intention, align themselves to it each day. When you do this, events begin to occur that seem to be divinely directed. There will be more information about this that will come to you through various means such as, bringing people into your awareness and sphere of influence who resonate with your soul’s purpose and those who can give the assistance that helps set you on your true path. There will be brought to your awareness information; in the form of books, websites and people which will activate your remembrance of the work you have come to do. You are now opening to your highest potential, one step at a time so that it does not overwhelm and overpower you. Your path must feel good to you.

There is a new dawn on the horizon, a time of fulfilling and positive experiences which help to cement alliances that will be beneficial to you in the future. When confronted with a situation that you have not foreseen that requires making a choice and decision that overwhelms you, do not rush into action but bide your time and wait for signs that will lead to the highest outcome. Take time out to relax, to play, to laugh and just be. When you do this, you are immensely renewed and equilibrium is restored. You have done the majority of the work of clearing old thought patterns and ways of being that are not conducive to the path you have chosen and have let them go. Now you are like an empty vessel which the universe seeks to fill through opportunities and encounters that are more in alignment with your soul’s true calling. Like is beginning to attract like – those who are resonating at the same frequency and purpose. People will come into your life through chance encounter, through pre-destined agreements, through soul group activities. Your lives will take on the appearance of the miraculous at times, for when an individual is totally aligned with their divine essence and follows its directives, the appearance of the manifestation of their dreams and desires happens much more frequently in an ease and flow that feels natural and harmonious.

You have established a firm foundation and now there will be no one and no-thing that can sway you from your true purpose and this is as it should be. On the higher realms, the workings of divine will are in effect and each soul is apprised of their role in the outer manifestation of it. Do not doubt your part in it but rather, trust that all is as ordained and follow your inner guidance as to what to do. Let the divine’s will be done in and through you. Be aware of the fact that the divine will for your life throughout the ages was and is always, that you experience the bounty and beauty that is available in co-creatorship in all its activities. Take the gifts that are offered to you in full confidence that it is in your highest and best interest. Align your heart to the well of love and abundance of the universe and drink deeply of it.

Keep in mind that the deeper you ground your roots into the Earth, the higher you will go. Allow your gentle soul to expand into everything you have asked for. Be the incredible brilliant star within the heart of the Infinite One. Be the chalice of pure light overflowing with glory and grace. Drink in the nectar of joy flowing to you from your divine essence. The inner expansion of your divine essence within you will require physical action in the next steps of your blessed journey. Stay in tune with the perfection of all life. When you make the time for creative work, it is like making time for prayer, it is a unification activity which involves the visible and the invisible, the known and the unknown. You are worthy of the time it takes to create whatever you feel called to create.
