Everything you are describing, I have been living...I am under much pressure (advanced degree hanging over my head, stress from fiance's pregnancy, and looking for harmony between my fiance' and I), which can sometimes cause me to slip into a state of feeling much stress and frustration...I notice when i allow myself to let those feelings overwhelm me, the next is more stressful. I'm learning to shift from that lower vibration, and stay in the neutral zone of peace!
