Must be another russian rocket gone wrong. lol. just kidding. :) I remember that haiti UFO build with that 3D software. I know we can do a lot with this kind of software. But if this isn't CGI and built, it's one of the best ones out there. I'm not closing my eyes on it yet. But I did love to see it. :)

Thats thing is definatly there. it hasnt been edited in or anything, Or that has to be some kind of amazing camera trickery to blur and have the light glare perfectly. Whatever it is its definatly a real flying thing.
