. If everyone was splitting the atoms of water and using for fuel, the world's water resource would be depleted one day. I agree, this is not the answer to the energy problem, but it is a quick fix when it comes to gas engines, like cars or generators. There are more efficient energy devices that have been built or yet to be discovered. For some HHO could be an option until this technology comes out. If HHO is known to the general public it could be a step to wards the acceptance free energy devices. Also this could loosen the rail on that train Jim wrote about. :)

CLINTON BUSH OBAMA ALL HAD AND HAVE THE SAME BOSS WITH THE SAME REAL AGENDA AND WILL NOT LET ANYTHING OR ANYONE GET IN THE WAY OF THAT AGENDA WHICH IS TO HAVE CONTROL OVER EVERY RESOURCE AND LIVING THING ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET....And its up to us to throw something in the way of there train to derail it with we still have the internet to deploy that information along with the awareness and so the information that very well could and I feel certain would derail this train for total control of the planet is to give away free to as many people these free energy devices it would have a devastating effect at first to the world economy but as REAL FREEDOM is discovered for the first time then we as the Human Race will be ready to ascend and evolve into a truly free race of people without any fears of any kind to hold us back from what we all have truly been searhing for . This is the key that could and would start the free Energy reality but it will take the investment of GIVING to the worlds people with a reward true FREEDOM

I think they are using dissociation of water and electrolysis, like Stan Meyer fuel cell http://www.rexresearch.com/meyerhy/meyerhy.htm

I think frequency is important, they must have an oscillator of some kind and I think they are using something else other than sodium bicarbonate to make the water conductive.

Now on the the next task at hand. Engines aren't designed to be run off of hydrogen. how do these guys make it work?

Vaddix, http://www.futureenergyconceptsinc.com/products, look at the electrodes, tubes in tubes and they are using an electrical pulse frequency too. It looks like they are getting plasma energy along with the hydro/oxy gas.

I have made a few fuel cells, but I used 2 stainless steel spatula's for electrodes, and they are facing each other as parallel plates. I think the tubing is the way to go.
