US military actively liaising with extraterrestrials. On Thursday 12th November 2009, an eighteen-person human delegation met with Ebens extraterrestrials (Greys) from the Zeta Reticulum star system. The meeting took place on Akau Atoll in the Johnston Islands (north Central Pacific Ocean, 1,325 km south west of Honolulu). The eighteen humans attending included representatives from the United Nations, the Vatican, US military intelligence and linguistics, Russia, China, and a single individual representing the Obama administration.
The Akau Atoll meeting was part of an ongoing set of diplomatic discussions and exchanges which go back several decades. A classified initiative called Project Serpo is thought to have been the centrepiece of the talks. Serpo involves a secret exchange program with extraterrestrial visitors from Zeta Reticulum. Apart from this, senior US Navy intelligence officers have always played a leading role in an US interservices working group responsible for ET meetings of several different kinds. Face-to-face contacts with off-planet reptilians, silicon-based life forms called The Conformers and humanoid ETs representing an association of star nations have taken place regularly over the years. Among human national governments, only the Russians are thought to be working actively with positive ETs (as opposed to the negatives which the US prefers). This is said to account for the operational freedom the Russian Tesla-enabled cosmospheres which now have total control of the Earth's airspace. The cosmospheres are sphere-shaped spacecraft built by the Russians that can move at the speed of magnetic force and can suspend at any elevation by magnetic force. They are equipped with the latest particle beam, laser, scalar and surveillance technologies, far superior to the rest of the world. The Putin-Medvedev Russian government is the first and only national government to be actively working with the assistance of benevolent advanced extraterrestrials in the pursuit of planetary peace and prosperity on Earth. whether any leader is good or bad, they are all placed in positions of power for a reason since this is a planetary school for souls.. leaders have been contacted by positive et's many times in the past. at least russia is cooperating which backs up what i've been reading about russia wanting change and peace. Change will happen whether the dark like it or not and i'm sure they know that for a certain fact.

My son is in the us navy asigned to a special type spy plane and they were not supose to leave Sandiego until the end of february but now they have all been pushed to leave on the 8th of JANUARY so he was asking me whats up dad in the pacific arena cause the navy tells them nothing about what or why there doing they just do it the uss Carl vincint has like 3o suport ships and subs around her now to have every thing pushed up something big is taking place FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT ..
