Urgent Prayer Request
DHS has rail roaded us and taken our kids and new born grandchild yesterday. We go to court this morning to get them back. Please send prayers and energy to our family and the court to do the right thing. I will post how the court turned out and give more details on the situation.

I'm a little bit jealous on your house in the woods, surrounded by nature with such a lovingly family is my deepest dream of Freedom. It is now certain 3 years that I didn't see my grandchildren, I miss them so much that my heart hurts..

We had family court yesterday. Its finally over. The judge awarded us full custody of kids and custody of the grandchild until we see that her mother is mature enough to take full responsibility of taking care of her child. The judge left that up to us to see when she is ready, which was a wise choice I believe. We are blessed. Its been a difficult experience for us, but good things came out of this situation and we learned so much. So thank God and we thank you all for your love and support.

The kids are back home. We went to the review at family court todayand the judge ordered the kids come home, all of them including the grandchild he made clear. They are still in custody of CPS but live here at home. He ordered in december we meet again and after that meet, as long as there are no problems, we get full custody back, no CPS supervision, case close.

Well, court was canceled again. Our lawyer received a message on her way to court, the prosecutor said she had to be in federal court and family court was canceled. She also said she wanted to make a deal with us. We never got to hear the deal, but I have a pretty good idea of what that is. They probably will let the kids come home as long a Chris doesn't live here. Thats fine because thats what we planed anyway. Visits are fine. The reason I feel this way is because the same prosecutor for family court is the same prosecutor at Chris's bond hearing at justice court. This is a small town. She was the one who suggested the the bond be lowered. I saw sympathy with this prosecutor. And I have thought of the deal being us press charges on Chris, but that just doesn't make sense. Why sympathy then and not now. We have a good feeling about this. I hope I'm right.

How dare they think, to take away someones kids, and especially when the parents are around !!!!! .
